Having a good restaurant attached to the hotel was nice, but since we were bringing our 3 tiny dogs with (at $24/each PER NIGHT), they changed us to a lower-tier room on the day of our travel when I booked the room months in advance. When we got to the room, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, there were cobwebs in every corner of the ceiling and we felt like we had to wear our shoes everywhere in the room. Not the typical aesthetic we look for. For the price, I wish we’d just gone to a La Quinta. They actually welcome guests with dogs instead of throwing them in a back room that hasn’t been cleaned, all at a premium price. Won’t be returning.
Some pros and cons. Really close to the airport obviously. Dated older hotel...my room had decent updated decor though. There restaurant food was mediocre at best. Check out the huge clumps of dust & lint inside the vent (in plain sight) in my bathroom. Maybe...clean it? Just a suggestion.
So the hotel looked nice, breakfast was acceptable and free. Rooms were okay. There is a bar and restaurant there.
During our stay they had roofers using power tools at 6am we were not warned about. Walking up many customers. No one was happy.
Also under the beds there was trash left, lazy house keeping or lack of looking. Either way it was not fun for our toddler to find it under the bed. See images.
The doors are not very sound proof. I was able to hear casual talking outside of my room. Not a big deal for me, but others may find it distracting. My room also faced the gathering area outside of the main event room, so the rowdy crowd could be heard from there as well. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
It was freshly remodeled. It had really good service. They have a really good pool. The restaurant with some are really kind and let us look at their smokers. They have good airport service when they drive you there and back. even if you come and on your way back
