The driver promptly took us to the airport and was quite courteous. When I had to stay longer in my travel destination, I was told it was no problem. Just pay for the extra days on return. I wound up making a reservation for the Clarion Inn on my return due to predicted freezing rain. When I called for a shuttle, the shuttle had broken down, but the shuttle driver got us in the boss's car. He refused a tip! Service was great.
