Never have I met a more attentive staff and management team. The manager Daniel and the employees go above and beyond to make sure all guests have anything needed to make their stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are immaculate and parking is fantastic. I switched to this motel after having a horrible experience with the Days Inn on Menaul. The staff was efficient and considerate. The property was clean, well maintained and has good outdoor lightning. The room was clean, stylish and had everything you would expect a motel room to have! The bed was also very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

It's a Ramada. Although, I have been to some real cool Ramadas...its clean, it's affordable and it's close to the airport. The water is hot, the ac and heat work. A Marriott it is not but I didn't see any bugs inside or outside the room. I've stayed here a few times when in Albuquerque.

Old motel but one of the least abused motels in the city! I don't know if they are all suites but every experience at this place has been good. Quiet, no burn marks on the tub, no riff raff hanging outside of their doors on the backside of the motel and no strangers knocking on the door!

The staff at the Ramada Inn was very helpful and friendly. They always were willing to provide information. Its location is very convenient to the airport. The rooms were clean. A Waffle House and Village Inn are next door so it is easy to get a meal.

Really good breakfast. They have green chile and the very nice breakfast lady made a plate for me. The rooms are serviceable. If you're looking for a hot shower and a place to sleep, they got it. Location is good in relation to the airport, but there were a lot of randos just loitering around at the edges of the parking lot. Woke up in the middle of the night to some weird hollering in the distance. Also, deadbolt didn't latch in my room. GREAT wifi though.

I was very happy with my one night stay here. It was an on the spot decision due to a horrible experience at Best Western next to it. Turned out to be a complete win. Great pet friendly hotel, room was clean, but basic. Staff at check in, check out and breakfast room were all very friendly. Food choices at breakfast were nice variety, including tamales with green salsa!! Price for stay was reasonable. Will be my first choice next time I'm passing through Albuquerque.

Very nice hotel, staff friendly and check-in and out was easy and fast. One of the better rooms I had compared to other hotels around Albuquerque. Travel through a couple of times a year going to see family and back home. Most likely I will make this as my preferred hotel for my next trip. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and nice.

After a terrible stay at Ramada midtown staying here was refreshingly excellent. Great free breakfast and waffle house next door. No homeless camps like other hotels in downtown midtown area. I felt safe, rooms were clean and great bed and pillows.

To be honest I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I paid $50 for a two full size bed room and my expectations were low. Usually at that price range you get a moldy shower, lumpy bed, outdated furniture and the like. Well this place has none of that. It was very clean. The room was well appointed and updated. The beds were fairly comfortable. It had the same amenities as much higher end hotels do but at a fraction of the price. It was a pleasure to stay here and if I'm in town again I'll be here.

This is an older motel but I could tell my room had been renovated within the last few years. Shuttle is nice but it doesn’t run until 7am. The staff was nice and accommodated my early check in request. Waffle House is literally steps away. I would definitely stay again when back in town.

Location is very convenient. Close to the airport and the hotel itself has an airport shuttle. The breakfast was okay, a spacious room. They have good restaurants close by. Nice and friendly staff. Appreciate their support that given to us when we needed to get quickly to the airport.

This hotel excels in personal care!! I stayed on my way to a Red Cross Disaster Run in Ruidoso and when I checked out they handed me bags of 'to-go breakfasts and water bottles. I asked for one for my teammate who didn't even stay there and they gladly gave me extras. They rock. And the bed and pillows were perfect! And the place was very peaceful and quiet for great sleep! I highly recommend this place.

I was surprised that the hot tub wasn't working but the pool was still open and it was nice. Nothing to extravegent. No towels poolside and no one else was out there either. And the room was big but the shower which was handycap accessible was not made correctly and water just soaked the bathroom floor. Which I cleaned but used all their towels. Which I know they weren't happy about.. but I would stay again!!!!!

We had a great experience here. The checkin process was smooth handled by a very professional and courteous young man, Alex. The room was clean and filled with all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable. Location is only 3 minutes from the airport by shuttle - they will take you to the airport even before 7 am - we left at 5:30 am. And it’s right next door to Pancake House although we didn’t have a chance to eat there.

The staff was absolutely the most friendly people I have ever dealt with at a hotel! They were so kind and helpful! The rooms were amazing, very nice and clean. Breakfast in the morning was filling and great! I will definitely be staying here again when I make another trip to NM. It made my fear of staying in motels and hotels disappear! 👍🏻

We have stayed here every year for 3 or more days for the last 6 years because we do specialty construction for a corporate client in town. We have found that Ramada has improved their rooms over that period of time, but no amount of new decor is going to make up for the fact this is an old hotel. That said however, the price is good 79/ night for what you get. A clean bed, decent bathroom and a location right next to Waffle House ( the best perk). It won’t break the bank and offers decent arrangements for the price. Did I say it’s next to Waffle House?
Room was fine, location is good, parking with a trailer is challenging. It’s not where you’d spend your honeymoon but is passable otherwise.

The area surrounding the hotel was very clean and well-kept. The room was very nice and the price was very inexpensive. They had grab-and-go food , you pandemic. Had Waffle House right next door and several other restaurants within two blocks. Very quiet inside your room and outside. If you get a room on the north side of the building third-story you have a beautiful view of the city lights at night, and a nice view of the valley during the day.

For $75/night, close to the airport, this place meets expectations. Room was clean, bed was clean, no mold or issues I've seen in other reviews. The folks at the desk were great! No breakfast right now, but Village Inn and Waffle House are in walking distance.

We have stayed here before in order to catch an early morning airline flight and continue to return. We especially like the park and fly option. Plan to be back in March for another park and fly stay.

It’s fine for the price. Comfy bed, clean enough room (found a towel and clothes under mattress and not been cleaned when pulled bed out to look for plug socket). Breakfast buffet tasty enough starting from 6.30 and airport shuttle from 7.

I recently had a pleasant stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Albuquerque Airport in Albuquerque. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to change our room to the first floor since we had pets. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, especially considering the affordable price. I found the hotel to be a great value for the money. Additionally, having a Waffle House just 15 yards away from my room was a convenient and enjoyable perk. The breakfast provided by the hotel was decent as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient location.

I can't believe I paid $68 for a room that looked brand new! The heat worked, the internet worked, the shower was pristine. The housekeeping staff deserves a raise! The service was excellent. The staff was super friendly.

My husband and I were traveling with our dog and we had made a hotel reservation with another hotel and it was horrible! They didn’t have our reservation and wanted us to pay a high pet deposit. We decided not to stay and walked next door to the Ramada Inn. By this time it was very late and we were greeted by the night clerk Stephanie. She was very helpful and understanding. She helped us get settled into a room for two nights with our dog. The next morning we went to the hotel breakfast and it was Amazing!! The food was hot and very tasty! We meet a wonderful lady Flora who served us and made our breakfast very enjoyable !! We also had the pleasure to meet Daniel, the General Manager and spend a few minutes sharing how wonderful his staff is. Overall, the staff at the Ramada Inn was Excellent! They are all professional and helpful beyond words!! We will be returning to this Ramada Inn anytime we are in the area! Thank you - Judy P
