I returned from a 10 day trip, at 10:30 pm, to find that my vehicle would not start. The driver tried to help me and finally drove me to the hotel. The following morning they picked me up and worked tirelessly for hours until we finally had to call for a tow truck. Everyone there, including the drivers, booth personnel, on site mechanics and owner were compassionate and did all they could to help me. Thank you Airport Parking!!

The customer service at this location is unmatched. We parked our vehicles (one in-tow) here while passing through during a cross-country move and saved ourselves any worries about break-ins - for only close to $10! Kathleen, gate attendants, and bus drivers went above and beyond to take care of us - including driving us to and from our hotel. Highly recommend!

I ALWAYS park here when I fly out of Albuquerque. I usually choose the covered parking to protect my car from the sun. Not top expensive and VERY secure parking. I don't have to worry about anything having happened to my car when I get back a few days later. Another plus is the shuttle which takes you to and from the airport with no problems.

Great rates. Lots of space. A new mexico perk. Lots of shuttles running all the time so it's honestly faster to park here than in the covered garage. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the shuttles are quick and never too crowded. I've never waited more than a couple minutes for a pick up.

It's a parking lot. You park your car there. When you come back your car is still there. They have a little bus that take you to your car. They have a little bus to take you to the airport from your car. I'm not sure what the review should contain other than the basic facts.

I've always had a great experience parking here. Prompt, efficient and friendly drivers will pick you up right where you park. They then load your luggage into the back of the shuttle. After a quick drive, they then drop you off at your gate, again helping you with your luggage. When you get back into town, you can rest assured that not only will you have a shuttle available to take you back to your car 24/7, but with their 24/7 security in their fenced in property, you car will still be there unharmed. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a return shuttle and every driver I've had has been very pleasant and helpful. Don't forget to tip a couple bucks!

I loved my experience here. I needed to get my disabled dad to the airport with minimal walking. Airport parking picked us up at the car, dropped us off at ticketing, and picked me up promptly. AND because I was there for such a short time, they didn't charge me. We made sure to tip the very friendly and helpful drivers.

Just had the best experience with this company. My wife is in a wheelchair, which can make traveling difficult. After a long and eventful journey home, from out of the country that took 3 days and 2 nights, they were the bright spot at the end. One of the best deals I've seen for long-term, secure RV parking. Accommodating and great customer service, plus it's easy access in & out. A great option for long-term parking in ABQ, whatever the reason - though it's easy to see why they're hugely popular with the RV crowd. Paying was pretty confusing but I figured it out quickly. My return flight was in the evening, and on that particular night there was no security in sight. I was a little afraid walking to my car because the parking lot was dark. Although the parking lot did have me worried walking at night, my car was completely safe with no damages or break ins.

I was very satisfied. It was the easiest way to park and then I was carried to the airport. They came and picked me up at the airport when I returned. You can choose valet or self parking. Either way they treat you with respect. The rates were very reasonable.

Shuttle follows you to your car to drop you at your gate, and on return, I've never had to wait more than 4 or 5 minutes for a return shuttle. Faster, easier and cheaper than parking at the airport itself. Courteous and professional staff.

I use Airport Parking whenever I fly ABQ. Our flight was delayed 2.5 hours, but while en route to the airport Southwest *undelayed* it by 2 hours 20 minutes, meaning we were barely going to make it. These folks got us from the parking lot to the terminal in a jiffy, and we made the flight. It’s my third time parking with Airport Parking, and I’ll continue to use them every time. This is the best parking service at the airport, hands down. I’ve always had a good experience here. One time my car battery died, I traveled for work for two weeks so maybe with good reason. I called them and someone came by to give me a jump. On a different occasion, I forgot my wallet in my car! I had to hitch a ride back but the driver took me to my car and then got me on a bus that was headed out, true life savers! And the folks who let you in and out are such nice people. 10/10 recommend!

This was my first experience with this company, and it was fantastic! I chose covered parking because it was summertime. I parked my car, got out to unload my bags and was thinking, "I wonder what I do next?" when a shuttle van seemed to appear out of nowhere. The gentleman was so sweet, loaded my bags, and dropped me off at the airport within minutes. When I returned to Albuquerque, I followed the signs to Ground Transportation, wondering if I was supposed to call them to be picked up. When I got outside, one of their vans was waiting curbside for me and took me back to my car. Again, the shuttle driver was very sweet. Check-out was a breeze, and I was quickly on my way. All of this, plus super easy access to I-25, will have me parking here every time I fly out of the Sunport. Thank you so much for a painless experience!

I love using the parking facilities here esp when I'm in a bind and need somewhere quickly. You can park your vehicle in uncovered or covered parking, and you can also store a RV or trailer for a good price. When you join the Airport Parking club the point really help when you redeem them. I've used this place off and on for over a decade both for business and personal. Good people too, always great you and answer any questions you may have.
