In both economy lots, any stay from 30 minutes to 24 hours costs the daily maximum. In the garage, it's $5 for 30 minutes to 1 hour, $6 for 1 to 3 hours, $7 for 3 to 6 hours and $14 for 6 to 24 hours. All three are open 24 hours a day. Basic Economy Lot
A 388-space lot just east of the parking structure, reached from the arrival-level roadway to Girard or from Gibson to Girard. It's self-pay, with an intercom to the parking office if you need help, and it's monitored around the clock. There's no height limit.
Premium Economy Lot
A partially covered lot with 450 spaces, directly north of the garage. The height limit is 8 feet 9 inches.
Parking Garage
A four-level garage next to the terminal, with covered access and room for 3,400 vehicles. The height limit is 6 feet 8 inches on levels 1, 2 and 3, and 8 feet 6 inches on level 4.
Good to know before you park
- The airport says cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted when you exit. The Basic Economy Lot's self-pay terminals take credit cards and tap-to-pay.
- Commercial vehicles and trailers aren't allowed in any of the parking structures or in the cell phone lot.
- There are 78 accessible parking spaces, in every parking area and on all four garage levels near the elevators. If you need an accommodation, ask for a supervisor or call (505) 244-7883.
- Meeting a flight? Wait free in the Cell Phone Waiting Area at 2325 Sunport Loop SE, directly north of the terminal, until your passenger calls, then drive to the front of the terminal. You must stay with your vehicle. The free Aircraft Observation Area on Spirit Drive, just east of University, can also serve as a waiting spot.
- If your car won't start, the airport can give a jump start when its equipment and staff are available. Call the Parking Office at (505) 244-7883 or the Sunport at (505) 244-7700.
- The parking facilities are well lit and patrolled by the Aviation Police, (505) 244-7706.
What ParkingAccess can book at ABQ
