Used as an parking and shuttle service to the milwaukee airport. Reasonable rates but when we were curbside waiting with a 6 month old baby and a disabled person in 20 degree weather were told the shuttle didn't have room for us. When I called the hotel, I was told I would have to wait until they could get us another shuttle. Traveling with 3 small children, a disabled person, myself and my wife. This could have been handled much better.
Decent hotel. Definitely towards more moderate level property with a Radisson branding. Bar/Restaurant open till 11 pm. Nice ballroom and other meeting rooms. Spacious lobby. Airport shuttle to MKE. Helpful staff. Indoor pool. Plenty of parking. If you are flying out of Milwaukee airport, you can park your car for a fee and take the shuttle to the airport. Facility and amenities on par with other hotels in it's class.
Hotel was nice, clean. They won’t pick you up at international arrival terminal if you parknfly with them - but they don’t tell you that when they drop you off!! Choose another airport hotel if flying international.
This is an excellent hotel! Our client was raving about the relaxed feel, updated rooms, and especially the indoor pool! Make sure you check it out next time you are in Milwaukee.
Room didn’t have a fridge or microwave in it. Drinks that were sold were room temperature. There was a wedding and the room we stayed in you could hear everything as if we were part of the wedding party. Kids were running up and down the halls. Our view our the window was some other ball room either being worked on or maybe storage. They have two elevators and not really located in decent spots. Room was clean however. No I don’t think I will ever stay again. Red roof was honestly better when we were in town a year ago.
Stayed here a couple times this summer for work. Tons of room for parking. Staff has been good, seems like they keep a good eye on the place and I like that, the nighttime front desk dude is a nice guy which is great considering most night shift hotel employees are passive and distracted. The bar and grill is super convenient with daily food specials for a good price. The breakfast is probably the best you’re going to get around for $5, also the people running the breakfast in the morning have been awesome. My room is above average, smelled better than any hotel room I’ve been in, which is big for me, few and far between these days. Overall this has been a quiet pleasant stay and I’m stuck wondering why the crowne plaza next door is jam packed full while this is hiding here. Great job guys!
This is a great hotel. We checked in late after playing a show downtown Milwaukee, about 1am. Check in was fast and friendly. Our rooms were located on the first floor and easy to get to with our gear. Our room was quiet, clean, the beds were nice and firm, and the blinds made it nice and dark, since we slept in a little while. Breakfast is buffet style, $5 in the hotel bar. The bacon is think cut, the potatoes hot, the coffee strong. A definite upgrade from standard continental fare, yet very affordable. Our server was friendly and attentive. I give this hotel experience five stars!
Updated hotel, the place was almost fully booked for Cubs weekend. They had an event going on and notified us when we checked in that there would be music from 5pm-12am they did their best to make sure we were away from the ballroom but we didn’t notice the music. The fitness room was nice several treadmills a full set of weights and yoga mats. Staff was very friendly.
Check- in was at 3pm, we arrived at 7:30 pm and a room was not available until 10:30 pm due to cleaning staff shortages. We were finally given a room with two double beds rather than the king we reserved. The room smelled strongly of lemon bleach and eucalyptus. There were garbage bags full of linens and towels lining the hallway both nights of our stay.
When I called customer care they said they would discipline the cleaning staff. I said that no one should be in trouble, you should staff your business appropriately. Their response was, I’m sorry we will talk to staff. The hotel was completely booked. They should incentivize staff so they stay and want to work well for the company. So disappointed. The only highlight was the amazing bartender!

The hotel is very beautiful but service it's not the best. Derrick in the front desk had a long face during our whole stay. Not even a smile. My husband tried to engage him into a conversation but he didn't respond or engage in it. My bathroom door never got fixed, those sliding doors are terrible. My TV didn't have any channels. We were there for a wedding which was pretty amazing and the food and decor were amazing. Overral they need some improvement. But its fine for a 1 night stay.
Overall: there is potential for this to be a great experience, but they missed the mark on my stay.
Pros: the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable, and the shower was nice when there was hot water.
Cons: everything else
There was a wedding the second night we stayed, which the front desk staff advised us prior to check-in, BUT they still put us in a room abutting the reception hall. The staff asked us if we preferred a floor, and we left it to her discretion...HUGE MISTAKE. Surely there were other rooms not directly facing the extremely loud music which piped directly into our room until midnight. Perhaps it's a training issue, because the same person failed to inform us that breakfast (calling it breakfast is generous) would be an additional $5/person. I wouldn't have a problem paying for breakfast in the restaurant, but there's consisted of bacon, sausage patties, and scrambled eggs all sitting in chaffing dishes over a flame for who knows how long. Finally, the water. The shower was beautiful the first morning, but the second was stone cold. The hotel appears to be undergoing updates and renovations, but they appear to have neglected the hot water heaters during the process.
