Best Western Plus (MKE)

We could not get our car out due to your plowing leaving a foot high pile of snow and ice behind it. We had to push it out and had to ask for a shovel to chip away at the pile of ice snow and it broke my mudflap going over the pile

I don't know why yall rated 3.7 stars but whatever, here's your 5. I was a guest from California staying a few days. I took interest in the pool area as well as the breakfast as I have younger kids and wanted to keep busy on arrival. That was much enjoyable the few night we stayed. I know covid has a lot to do with none cleaning when in room but you guys got me more than enough supplies which I do appreciate. Anything I asked the staff were helpful and did not give me any fuss. My family came to visit and they were like oh we should of stayed here but I did my homework. Everything was clean and I appreciate all the staff and amenities. Will be back again when visiting ! Every time we go to Milwaukee we are staying here! Great staff. Very clean. Our room was well beyond our expectations! I would give this hotel a ten star !!! Wow! Ty for a wonderful stay 💛

This is nice for a best Western. They have shuttles to the hotel from the airport. Staff was great.

Really enjoyed staying here. It was a lot nicer than I expected. The pool area was really nice. The treadmill wasn't working, though. Everything was pretty good. The only thing I would recommend is at some point upgrade the way you enter your rooms and buildings. This place you swipe like a charge card to enter. Most places all you have to do is place your card on the reader.

From the moment we walked in and met Lexi at the front desk until the time we checked out and met Vanessa, our experience was wonderful. Our room smelled great when we walked in and I want a mattress like the one I slept on! Complimentary breakfast had a variety of options: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit (whole strawberries, apples and bananas), dry cereal, bagels, English muffins, waffle station, yogurt, and your choice of beverages (milk, coffee, tea, oj and apple juice). Easy to get everywhere from this location. Will definitely book there again when I come to Milwaukee!

I have mixed feelings about this review lol. For the most part this hotel is very nice. Very clean and very comfortable. There are a few little things I didn’t like. Our bedspread had two blood spots on it and one blood spot in the bathroom. We just tossed that bed spread off. The rest of the bedding was clean. The pool area is beautiful, however the hit tub was on the cooler side and the bubble knob was missing. So no bubbles. The other thing. The breakfast was not very good. But the dinning area was very nice and clean. I realize you can’t be perfect all the time. Over all a good stay. Oh yeah and the gap under the door was crazy big. Im glad we had an extra towel to throw over it.

Listen your a 3 minute walk from the airport. And it's a easy drive to the city. Like most airport hotels your gonna be in rough area. The staff great help! The hotel extremely uniquely weird and I'm there for it! You are walking to get to the front desk and have to go through doors that feel like your going into the furnace room. But wait it's a pool! With fake plants everywhere, and rooms to look out at the people having fun in the indoor pool! What's that a hot tub?? How cozy, why's the water green? Who cares you got a room just by the airport which is gonna save you at least a hr when your leaving! The baby hot cheeto bags in the front desk kept calling my name! A $.50 bag for $3 God bless America! We had the warehouse view out our window, and didn't see one vagrant all night.



On a real note, the staff work hard and were very helpful.

I have been in numerous of time it's it's nice I never had the breakfast but you supposed to get free nights but I never got one free night and I always get to sleep the double room the sweet with the whirlpool I always get there and stay three nights every time I come but never once got a free night but it's nice the rooms are awesome the whirlpool is nice you know the pool in the hot tub is wonderful everything was amazing it's just that I never received my free nights and I don't stay there over over nine times and I stayed two to three nights every time I go maybe one day I'll give it to me a free night I guess

If you want to stay close to the Milwaukee airport at a reasonable price. The hotel is just 2 mins drive from the airport. The reception staff were really friendly and the check-in process was smooth. The rooms are nice, and had both AC and heating. Coffee in the room was quite good too except it didn't have any stirrers to stir your cream and sugar in the coffee. The bathroom amenities were good. But the only problem I faced was the hot water during the shower. You set the water at a certain temperature and then in a few minutes the temperature would increase and again go back to the set temperature. This was the behaviour always. Once you figure out the pattern you can step away from the water at the right time. 😄

My fiancé and I checked in after getting picked up by the shuttle at the airport (I believe she was also the one I spoke to on the phone regarding shuttle times), and it went seamlessly.



Such wonderful service, I can't imagine anything else after getting up at 3am for a flight and arriving at a hotel at 8pm. Stress free!

Exceptional service at this location and would highly recommend staying here in this area. Great place to have peace and quiet and get quality sleep so we can enjoy the rest of our baseball trip. See Vanessa… she made our stay the best!

The rooms are comfortable and the pillows were fantastic. Room 150.

The breakfast staff member was delightful. The breakfast bar here is nice way to start the day!

Hot tub was closed. Service at front desk was a little slow due to training. However they were friendly and stored our luggage.

The restaurant was closed for dinner on a Wednesday night - not a big deal because their menu is limited anyway. The bar was open though and they let us eat our delivery pizza in the restaurant. They even gave us water, plates, and napkins.

All the staff members we met were really wonderful!

I called twice asking for schedule/ location of their "24/7" shuttle service to the airport. Waited for 45 min and never saw it. Ended up getting an Uber (~13.00). Other than that, breakfast was pretty good in the morning.

We booked a room night of because our original hotel we booked at was disgusting. We got to our room and omg we were relieved. Room were clean, beds were comfy. Unfortunately, the shower pressure was basically nothing and when we got there it was only cold, in the morning there was hot water but barely any water pressure. The shower faucet wouldn’t shut off so a generous amount of water was dripping continuously. We closed the door but we could still hear the dripping faintly through the wall. The pool is in an open area so you can definitely hear kids yelling and screaming but after seeing the hotel we went to first we were fine with that. Breakfast was decent…

Excellent service and great rooms! Price is amazing and the pool is indoor heated and beautiful! Dave had amazing customer service at the front desk in getting out room details and exceeded our expectations! Definitely be back soon!

Very friendly and helpful staff . Clean room. Comfortable bed. Bed frame very stained and gross looking and some rips/holes in sheets. Lobby and main area very nice. Breakfast was standard fare but had been sitting out too long. Coffee and creamers great!Overall a great stay. Thank you!

Had a great experience booking the block of rooms for my engagement party. There was a little issue with the wedding, but it was fixed promptly. The only complaint is that I was told they didn't check on my guests or fill their rooms with more towels & toiletries.

We arrived late in Milwaukee and needed a place close to the airport for the night. This location is literally an 8 minute walk from the terminal. We took and Uber at night, but I walked to the terminal to get a rental car the next morning. Check-in was a breeze (even at 3am) and our room was very comfortable and quite. There's a pool and jacuzzi in the covered courtyard and they serve a really nice breakfast in the morning. I'll definitely stay there again.

Really amazing customer service, above and beyond when you book. Extremely clean rooms, very nice pool area. Wasn't able to swim but I really wanted to take a dip in the pool, sadly pool was closed by the time I got there and didn't make it for breakfast either which smelt amazing. Highly recommend this location to stay if visiting Milwaukee. We'll worth the price.

Very close to the airport. Nice pool, excellent housekeeping, Lots of parking. The front desk people are awesome.

Great hotel. Staff was easy to work with. Even though they could provide a hot breakfast "short staffed". They still made sure to provide what they could. Clean, and a really nice pool
