I use Preflight every time. No matter what time it is the buses come every 10 minutes or more. I really like this company.
We tried two other parking facilities several times before using Pre-Flight and they are the best we've found. Drivers are professional, friendly, website easy to use, buses are prompt, and their prices are very competitive.
I used PreFlight parking for 5 days while on vacation. Prior to parking I printed out a coupon from the PreFlight website. The coupon offered a reduced price per day and said to present the paper to the attendant when exiting/paying. We got back late on a Sunday night. I drove past the payment kiosk and stopped at the attendant as directed by the coupon. The attendant seemed frustrated that I pulled up and didn’t use the kiosk instead. Keep in mind there were no other customers around. She didn’t say a word and took the paper. She then asked for my card, walked over to the kiosk, and paid my charge. She then returned and gave me the coupon, my card, and the receipt. I was ready to get home so I left. It wasn’t until I later looked at the receipt that I noticed I was charged full price. All together I would have saved $12 bucks with the coupon price. Honestly, I don’t really care about the money. What bothers me is the lack of customer service. I shouldn’t have to feel like an inconvenience. If you want to be treated well I would recommend trying another parking garage.
I had online reservation for covered parking but when I reached there, no covered parking was available. I had to wait for about 20 minuets to get covered parking. One of the lady at entrance was rude. Bus drivers were very nice and helpful. Shuttle service was frequent and convenient.
We use this convenient parking every time we fly. The car detail is pretty good too!
