The wait to go to the airport was zero minutes, the wait at the airport was about 25mins. Not sure if that is normal, but we were tired and would have loved for them to be there sooner. But the rates were good, they were nice, and I will use again.

Parking was super simple and all the staff was friendly. Pick up on arrival had a 3 minute wait time so I was happy about that. The van was clean. Make sure you hold on to both the tickets they give you and if you prepaid online, have that confirmation available too.

I arrived around 3 am, and they welcomed me. They helped me to park when I couldn't find space. The driver helped me to check blind spot. Safe shuttle service. Kind. Coming back home time was around 11 pm, but using a shuttle bus had no problems. I was only one customer at that time, but the driver was really kind. Using the coupon also had no problems. My go to spot for Hobby airport.
Depending on my travel days, I may book on Groupon or direct with them for best deals. Never had problems with my car left there. I pull in and the bus comes and gets me right away. Upon arrival, the bus is at zone 4 or it’s there 3-5 minutes.

I've traveled very frequently for work out of Hobby Airport and I have had bad experience at many airport parkings around there until I found Key Airport Parking. They're professional, on time and very helpful. The shuttle drivers always helps me with my luggages, the attendants are always smiling and their fees are the best around. Last weekend, I left my car at Key Airport Parking and hurricane Harvey hit Houston. I was so worried about my car. I called the office and they reassured me that my car was ok. I have parked my car at Key Airport Parking since I moved to Houston 15 years ago. It is convenient, safe, reasonably priced and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Whenever I travel out of Hobby airport. I use Key Airport Parking for my car. The lit is located less than half a mile away from the airport and their service to the airport is very prompt. The drivers are always courteous.
They have 2 rates : $5.95 per day got uncovered parking or $7.95 per day got covered parking. Also they have dead ls on Groupon for the 3-day and 5-day parking.
They offer a 10% discount when space is reserved online but they charge a service fee as well.
The return pickup at the airport can be improved. If you fly in on the last flight, your wait time can be excessively long.

I have used a few times. I’ve never had to wait. Drivers are very helpful. My car battery was dead on return this trip and the driver helped me jump it. He had a jumper battery that didn’t work because he had already done two cars that day with it so he jumped it the old fashioned way. Saved the day.

It was cheap and convenient. Pickup wasn't as quick as the other local providers but they got me back to my care fairly quickly. Check was a bit cumbersome as I had prepaid which required I exit thru a specific gate and had to wait on the attendant verifying everything ok.

Very impressed with this service and price! I had trouble receiving the confirmation email after paying. I called and an employee was able to assist me by resending it successfully. As soon as I arrived, the employee recognized my voice and was of so much help. She printed out my ticket and reservation receipt as well. I was picked up right behind my car and taken to the airport immediately. Coming back, I didn't even have to call them. The shuttle was right there waiting for me in zone 3 and took me back immediately. The area seems safe, secure, and right by the airport. This definitely beats valet. They won a faithful customer!!
