The Manager and the driver were wonderful. It was one of those crazy trips with so many messed up things and to add to it, I forgot my car key at the airport with my wife. Even though the policy says $15 for a trip just for me, the manager agreed to take me back on their next trip without issues. To add to it, my car window was apparently left open, but they nicely wrapped it all up to save it from rain and all in this crazy Houston weather!! Really impressed with the service overall... would definitely park here next time!

Really friendly, helpful and communicative. They can be quick too, don't forget to call the number on the card they gave you when you're ready to be picked up. Also beware that they count by calendar days, so every half day counts as a whole day. I'll be parking here again for sure.

By far the best parking service I’ve ever used. From the moment I first arrived, I was greeted by a friendly smile and told clearly how everything works, as I’ve never been there before. Shuttle drivers were also very friendly and helped me with all my bags. Took less than 5 minutes to get to my terminal. Upon arrival, the shuttle was there immediately. Prices are the cheapest in the area. Extraordinary customer service. Highly recommended.

Best parking at hobby for the price. Maybe doesn't look as neat as some of the other more expensive places, but I just need a place to park my car. The lady running the lot is very nice and actually answers her phone.

Excellent!! I was so happy to get into the heated shuttle after standing outside. You do have to call for pickup but it only took 5 minutes for the shuttle to arrive!! Super quick! Also very friendly! I will be using their services going forward! Thank you Park Hobby 4 Less

I was hesitant about leaving my car. I'd never needed to leave my car before a flight as I usually take a shuttle. But because of how large our group was, a shuttle was the cost of a rental car for a wk!! So we decided to drive and park it. I downloaded the app and reserved and paid for the parking via the app. There was a discount for first time user of $5. So my total for the wk and a half of parking my car was less than $45!! We had an early flight so dropped the car at 2am and the bus was ready to take us to the airport which was 5 minutes away. The driver gave us a card with our parking spot number and a phone number. When we came back, I called the number on the card, 15min later he came to pick us up and took us to our car. It was super easy!
Two things to note: when you reserve on the app, print a receipt/confirmation page for them to keep when you leave. They'll want to keep that. Also they give you a little ticket that you'll give back to them when you leave the parking as well. It's not super important if you prepay but I'd still keep track of it just in case because there is a $100 fine if you lose it. I just left mine in the car so I didnt worry about losing it on our trip.
