The only word that comes to mind is Swanky... And I loved it! The staff was amazing. The pool area was clean and beautiful with all the plants and trees. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and it was awesome. Location is wonderful, quick access to anywhere you want to go in the Buffalo area. We will definitely stay here for future visits.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in September. The rooms were spacious, and clean, with a stunning view of the skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring we were well-rested for the day.



What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, and the concierge was especially helpful. Special mention for Orlando & Tevin!

The location is near perfect—just a short walk to the Walden galleria & some great local restaurants like Olive Garden, PF Chang, Cheese cake factory etc.



The only minor issue was that the breakfast buffet could use more variety, but overall, this did not detract from my experience. Hotel Staff at the restaurant were very nice & courteous. Special mention for Rachel & Char.



I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting for business or leisure near Walden galleria.



PS: Before choosing this hotel we were confuse about this property looking at the negative reviews about the hotel. We came to know that recently it was taken over by new owner/management.
