Logan Airport Parking Services

We have used Logan Airport Parking Services a number of times and they have always been on time, kind, courteous and professional. It is a valet service that takes great pride in meeting your needs. They will meet you at your terminal, take your car and park it safely. When you return, they bring your car to your terminal, load up your bags, you hop in and off you go. Couldn't ask for anything more. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend Logan Airport Parking Services.

I was able to drive my car directly to the drop off point for my flight and hand my keys to the valet from Logan airport parking with complete confidence And safety because I received text and verbal communication before my flight advising me just what to expect and who I would be meeting at the airport .The call removed the added stress I didn’t NOT need while heading to the airport.By monitoring the flights for delays or changes and communicating with me I can feel confident someone will be there with my keys and car so I can Putnam my bags into my car and drive myself home without missing a beat!

Before this I was one of the many people sitting and waiting and rushing to try to be the next person trying to jump in line ahead of me to so they could wait for a cab, a shuttle, a friend who agreed to pick them up or ,(like the most of us got afternoon our plane isn’t delayed ), NO ONE WAITING AT ALL.. because the flight was delayed…

I hesitate saying how good this experience has been as I don’t want anybody who reads this to be in line ahead of Me next time I travel … Lol

I’m actually not the kind of person who would respond to one of these requests for my comments but the team at Logan airport parking has taken care of me on multiple flights and done such a good job I felt it was worth taking the five minutes to say..”Good Job”...

But you don’t need to take my word you can give them a call yourself and then you can write how they treated you… My answer is the treatment is better than family....they don’t make excuses like a family member makes when your family members does not arrive on time to pick you up or does not arrive at ALL.



It isn’t Logan’s Airport Services jOB to Valet your car .... And like i said ...

Such a great experience and would recommend to anyone!! I couldn’t imagine a better service than dropping your car without a worry before a trip and coming out of the airport with your car waiting for you. No wait needed. Great communication and super friendly and attentive service!

Traveling alone for work - as a woman - comes with its own stresses. LAP meeting me to valet the car at the drop off area by my gate and then being there after I took the red eye from the west coast was a huge stress relief - finding my car in the lot is always a bit daunting and Lorenzo and Farrah made it so easy. I just walked to my airline in minutes and after getting my bag I just walked out the door and headed home. A valuable service and awesome, friendly staff. Thank you and I will be back!!

They meet you curbside and drop off your car curbside at terminal.Highly recommended for traverls leaving logan

Great idea for a service. My flight was almost 4 hours late, I just communicated with them on when I took off and they had my car ready at the door curbside. The drivers were friendly, the dispatcher was great, communication was great!!! Very much worth every penny!

Highly professional valet service at Logan. Farrah and Deanne met our family to pick up and drop off our car right on time, even after a 6 hour flight delay. We booked the service the day of our travel and the process was simple with immediate returned calls. Highly Recommend!

This service is absolutely fantastic. Farah the woman who took our reservation made it so easy she’s a doll. Our driver sienna was punctual and had great communication.

This is my first time using this service and it will NOT be my last!! So so easy ~ the valet person texted me a Couple hours before my flight. She was waiting for me when I arrived. Explained the process when I return! A++++ service. Which is so hard to come by these days! I’m telling EVERYONE ABOUT THIS so book in advance, they may be full!!

Highly recommend! This service made traveling with my 1yr old daughter a breeze! They picked up my car right on time and helped me load up all our luggage on a cart. When we returned they texted saying they knew my flight landed and by the time I gathered our stuff from baggage claim, my car was waiting for us right outside the door. Cannot say enough great things about this service and will never not use them in the future. Thank you for making our trip so easy.
