Very friendly staff and the check in is really quick. They have complimentary cookies and water at the front desk. Lobby area is very nicely decorated and hallways are clean.
The room was average. I got an upgrade to a deluxe king room and the size was larger than most. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Kind of disappointed as I found popcorn inside one of the pillow cases so not sure if they even change each time someone checks out.
Paint peeling on walls and a lot of black scuff marks. Shower area and bathroom okay just a few stains on carpet in front of mirror. Closet doors are chipping as you close them since it's a little off track.
They do have a safe which is on the floor so have to bend to open and close. Mini fridge and microwave for your convenience.

until 10 a.m. which is convenient as most flights leave early in the morning. Free shuttle to and from airport but make sure you call as soon as you land as they only have 1 shuttle and it takes awhile.

Great rate breakfast included and it was huge healthy and from 6-10 which is better than some places. I sure hope they think twice to remove CNN on the TV in the dining area, really who wants to start their day with this government controlled lying pablum? All employees were friendly and helpful. I needed to stay for a week for medical recovery and staff was excellent in bringing me ice whenever my family wasn't able to help me. Highly recommend as it's a great value and such helpful employees.
Please take my advice to heart though. NO CNN ON TV IN PUBLIC PLACES

The shuttle from Logan Airport was prompt and the driver was nice. I dropped my cell phone in the parking lot only realizing after getting home 3 hours away. The phone was brought to front desk, Kathy packaged up my phone and guided me through getting it mailed back to me. She was awesome, and showed fabulous patience with me. We will stay again for our next trip. Kathy deserves a "Great Job" from her management.

We did park, sleep,fly. I was worried about my new car being left there, no problem at all. Not even a scratch. Rooms are clean, I forgot deodorant and the concierge gave me a travel size❤️ I highly recommend!!

I was a bit nervous to book this hotel because of some of the reviews. But we had a great time here. All of the staff we encountered were very nice, answered questions about the area for us, and were polite and professional. The hotel and room were clean. We did not use housekeeping while we were there, you have to book it the day before. We only needed to ask for extra towels at the front desk. The breakfast is NOT free as some have stated. It was I believe around $18 per person, but was quite a spread and very good. We didn't use the shuttle service. It is a trick to find parking around the hotel if you arrive late in the evening, you will most likely have to park behind the hotel and walk around. Not too big of a deal. We stayed for 7 nights and would definitely book this hotel again. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful experience, when I made the reservation I spoke to one of the managers, Kathy. She was just amazing, answered all my questions and was just very positive. A month later when we checked in she happened to be at the front desk, she was even nicer in person. Kathy made what normally is a very impersonal experience, very personal and memorable.

Booked a room for a stay after return flight in Europe for two weeks. Left car at their sight for those two weeks. Found the staff especially Yosmira, Jordan at front desk, Bobby our shuttle driver to the airport and Cecelle head of Breakfast Buffet to be extremely nice, personal and helpful and would strongly suggest this location to be utilized for their services surrounding your flights out of Logan. The rooms were neat and clean. The Breakfast Bar was wonderful.

The facilities are a bit outdated looking (at least once you get past the lobby). But the rooms are nice and the bathrooms are spacious (which is often a problem in hotels).
The location is a little hard to get through if you’re coming from the north. But it’s next to a shopping center and restaurants.

We recently has two nights staying here and using the shuttle service to and from Logan airport. Front desk staff was fantastic and friendly. Both flights were delayed and the staff were so accommodating to our needs to change and alter our shuttle reservations. Our flight back was very late and they were prompt picking us up from the airport. Breakfast buffet was superb!! Will stay here again for sure.

Booking a last minute reservation for me and my family here, I thought this hotel was pricey. However, it is entirely worth it. That’s a big hotel 10-minute away from the airport by shuttle—BTW, complimentary shuttle. Big facility with comfortable and well maintained rooms. Best continental breakfast I’ve ever seen. The reason is not taking five stars is: they didn’t have a wheel chair for my mother in-law who had an injured knee occurred during our trip. That might be too much to ask. However, I believe that a big brand hotel should have at least one in case of last-minute emergencies.

Quite affordable if you want a location close to Logan and the North Shore. Just a few minutes from Rt 1 but getting out can be a bit tricky. The rooms, well, they need some work. We had a bad leak by the AC and they did move us and were understanding. Parking at night can be tight since they offer LT parking for Logan. Overall, worth it since it was gar less than most other nearby properties.

I would have given the overall 5 stars if our interaction at check in had gone differently. We waited 4hrs at the Providence airport due to flight delays only to have our flight finally cancel. They were able to rebook us the next day out of Boston and gave us vouchers for this hotel. After a very long and frustrating day, we were told we had vouchers but no reservation. The front desk person...there was only one..made us stand to the side while he 'quickly checked in a guest" who did have a reservation. He proceeded to do this 3 more times. Thankfully in the morning, the person working the desk was amazing! He was warm, friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver we had to the airport was also amazing. We met some people on the shuttle who have stayed in the hotel before for their park and fly package. Great deal for extended travel. The hotel is being renovated but it didn't really cause any problems for us. Uno's is across the parking lot if you need a bar/restaurant in the interim.

This is a surprisingly great stay for an airport hotel. Clean and nice, the rooms come with a coffee maker and coffee/tea. The airport shuttle is reliable but small so if you are traveling during busy hours get to the shuttle early or there will not be room for you and you'll have to wait 30 minutes for the next shuttle.

I've been to many Boston area hotels and it's always hit or miss if it's going to be a pleasant experience. It's my first time staying at this hotel, I have to say this is one of the cleanest hotels I found in the Boston area. Pool room was awesome, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff for all very friendly and accommodating. I had no issues whatsoever from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, and I will come here anytime that I am staying in that area

Hot breakfast can be hit or miss. Sometimes the oatmeal is too watery. Sometimes the scrambled eggs are too dry. Plenty of food types.

Location is decent with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.
Parking lot is always close to capacity for some reason. I don't think all the vehicles there belong to the hotel.

Have to admit, reading all of the recent reviews we were very nervous to stay here. I even tried cancelling the reservation (park, sleep, fly Boston) but couldn’t. When we arrived the lobby was nice and the staff was very attentive. Room was clean, showed some wear and tear but expected for the price/age of the hotel. Room was clean, again some wear and tear but nothing awful. Shuttle to Logan was on time, clean and drive was very nice. We booked another stay on the night of return night.

They have great shuttle service but it is not necessarily close to the airport. Everything was fine, though I would say medium quality at best. I consider this a value hotel. We stayed there for a business trip. I didn’t notice any noise. Mask adherence was medium to low. I didn’t find the hotel extra clean, but also didn’t notice it being dirty. They have a bar and a snack area that is lightly available. UberEats delivered easily but I didn’t think it was walkable to anywhere.

Came from Canada for a day trip and the 2 ladies at the front sorry if I missed your names.. one was white lady brown hair sweetest person ever and the other was African American I believe with Glasses another sweet heart. Always checked on us and made sure we were good. I am amazed at how good of people there are. Thanks so much for accomodating us. Even when I checked in the latino lady was so kind. My family has stayed here a couple of times. Rooms are clean and nice. This time I killed my car battery, and the staff was very helpful in helping me jump-start my car. Juan and Ismail were the gentleman to help me, both very professional as I felt like a fool for what I did. I don't typically leave reviews, but this was too good to pass up. The shuttle to the airport is always on time, and professional, and it really is a well-run hotel and great accommodations needing to travel while not wanting to park their car at the airport.
