You failed to tell us at check-in that we needed to provide a 24 hour notice for housekeeping. We were instead told that we would receive housekeeping on the 3rd day of our 4 night stay. We never did. When we came down on the second to last day of our stay to inquire about why we didn't get housekeeping, we were told about the 24 hour notice. But, your staff was more than willing to schedule housekeeping the day of our departure. Parking was a serious problem - your staff told us a lot of people use your lot for park-and-fly, but you clearly do not have the capacity to handle that, and your guests. The back stairwell (because, you know, we had to park all the way in the back of the lot so we were there often) wasn't cleaned once our entire stay. It smelled, it had used paper masks on the floor, and was poorly lit until you got halfway into the stairwell for the automatic lights to come on. I will *never* stay at your properties again.

I prepaid for a business trip at this property from Friday-Sunday. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we could not check in on Friday. We had called on Thursday to cancel but management wasn't on duty. We let the front desk know that we would check in until Saturday. He said that he couldn't do anything because the manager was not there...Upon arriving on Saturday morning, the hotel refused to accept our paid booking. They penalized us for not arriving on Friday and charged the full booking. Also, they requested that we pay again for the night needed from Saturday to Sunday. Both front desk and management kept saying that that it is their policy...I wasn't requesting a refund. All I wanted was to use my paid in full booking rather than paying for an extra night that was already paid for. They don't listen to customers at all. The hotel purposely said that the manager was not there on Thursday to penalize and charge again. What kind of business practice is this?

At other hotels, I have checked in late without any issues, I have even paid for the night before to be able to check in early and not wait until 4 pm.

The first room we got smelled strongly of chlorine -- maybe because it was right above the pool? The bathtub of the first room also had blue gel stains. But the staff were accommodating and switched us to another room that was better. Cleanliness of the rooms could be improved; both rooms had minor irks but not that serious.

This hotel just looked unappealing from pulling into the parking lot. Lobby was poorly lit and had a weird smell. Card reader was not even working to start off the experience. Then after getting checked in the elevator looked horrible and had tons of scratches and weird marks. Once we finally got to our room it look straight out of a horror film. The light actually flickered for a solid 10 minutes. The room did not feel or look clean. It was neither a comfortable or relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend going anywhere else at this point. The car could have been a better option then this dump.

At first glance of this hotel, we thought we made a good choice, but once we started to look around, we realized the carpet was stained and dirty in the hallways. The room had the same feel to it. We pulled the window screen down to close the blinds and there was something very gross sprayed on the blind. The whole aesthetic of the room felt unclean. The carpet was worn and dirty. There wasn't any coffee in the room, but a coffee maker and creamer. Anthony who drove us to the airport was the best thing about the hotel. He was very friendly and helpful.

On our next visit to Boston, we will stay elsewhere. These hotel rooms need a good cleanup.

Service was good. Front desk staff were well behaved and helpful. Breakfast was buffet. Room was properly sanitized, clean, spacious enough and was equipped with heater and ac.

Nice hotel. Staff is friendly. But not a luxury hotel if that is what you're looking for. Blinds don't close all the way but they do have a privacy screen. Still lets light in and not sure how well it blocks people from looking in. Does have a gym at location and is next to a Uno's pizza. Also close to several other stores in case you need to pick up something. Does provide a shuttle to the airport and hotel. About 15 minutes away from the casino.

The young Hispanic Concierge at the front desk is rude. The customer service at the front desk is definitely lacking. After some back and forth with checking in, we were finally given keys. No information on amenities, whether we needed anything at all. We were just told where the elevators were and that was it. When I got into the room, my 9 year old noticed two blood spots on the cover. When I tried to call downstairs, there was no answer and I called 3 times. We peeled back the blanket and found that the flat sheet had a big stain on it as well a big blood stain on the fitted. The other bed appeared to be okay. I went downstairs and reported it to the night concierge and he was very apologetic, but no one gave us anything for the bed. I had to run to the store and purchase blankets and sheets to put on the bed so that my disabled mother could have a place to sleep. On Friday, I said something again and nothing was done. I spent $47 on sheets and blankets that I didn’t have! Then, there were several cars illegally parked in the few ha medical parking spots outside. I had to double park every time outside the door to load/unload my mother if we got back too late in the afternoon. I said something the that same female concierge every single day I was there as well as the tall skinny kid with semi long hair to one side and a shaved back. Nothing was done. Twice I had to park all the way down hill in the back of the hotel and walk with several things all the way up hill to the front in high winds with two bad legs myself. It turns out that the tall kid and the Spanish concierge were illegally parked in the same handicap spots themselves. No one cleaned our rooms, or brought clean anything until Saturday when I found the housekeepers themselves on my floor. The room was never stocked with soap, waters or half of the required towels until she cleaned the room! I was never told about the bar, transportation, or breakfast until I went walking around. The server was very nice and relatable, as well the housekeepers. There was also no channel lineup in the room. When I went downstairs to request a channel list, they had only one and it was outdated. I’m sad to say that although the place looks nice when you walk in, they are lacking in customer service, cleanliness of rooms, stocking of rooms, control of parking, and communication. Frankly, I have had much much better stays at the motels along route 1 then here. Highly disappointed and wish I could have my money back!

Where to start...

There was NO PARKING

The room still had party streamers hanging from the ceiling.

The was a bottle cap on the floor.

The room was NEVER cleaned during our stay, ie new towels or beds made.

The only door that unlocked with the room key was the room. The side and rear doors didn't open/ unlock.

Only once when we checked in where we greeted when entering the lobby, the staff was at desk but on their phones or talking anungst themselves.

This is a surprisingly great stay for an airport hotel. Clean and nice, the rooms come with a coffee maker and coffee/tea. The airport shuttle is reliable but small so if you are traveling during busy hours get to the shuttle early or there will not be room for you and you'll have to wait 30 minutes for the next shuttle.

Used the parking service when flying out of Logan. When I walked into the hotel, the person at the front desk was not wearing a mask, which was unacceptable to start of with. He even got within a couple of feet from me to get me to fill out some paperwork without a mask. I had to politely dodge him and maintain distance for everyone's safety. Totally unacceptable, especially for an established hotel chain such as the Sheraton.

The hotel is in pretty good shape. You can tell it's in a transition period. The beds arent very comfy and the fan in our room was very loud. But all in all cheap place to stay amd park your car if you're traveling out of Logan.

Very weirdly setup building. HVAC system didn't work and the building engineer had no clue as to how to fix it, his advice made it obvious he had never even seen the system. Petty additional charges like breakfast, at the price point it is breakfast best be included. Thin walls, no sound buffering. In massive need of a remodel.

I totally understand that these are tough times, and that people are stuggling. While the staff were very nice, the experience overall was not. We had reserved a room, and I had confirmation details to substantiate. They could not find our reservation, until after appx 15 min, when the front desk person found it for the following evening. Apparantly, this takes time to alter, and the whole check in process took 40 minutes. We ended up using my husbands Points, with his card for incidentals.

The stay was uneventful, and we took the shuttle in the early morning to catch our plane. Upon return, we phoned for the shuttle pick up. After 30 min, we called to see where they were, and the Front desk person informed us they were on their way. We waited for an additional 20 min for pick up, and were informed that the front desk person had 'forgotten to tell the driver'.

After returning home, we found that we were charged multiple times for that stay, and had to go through bookkeeping ( who were very helpful in rectifying the charges), and now I wait 14 days for that to be refunded.

It is due to the frustration encountered upon check in, upon shuttle service, and upon multiple charges that I give this review. Attention to detail is not a priority, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Very impressed with the hotel from the pricing to location, to how updated and clean everything was. The room was modern and had plenty of seating. Hot shower with great pressure. Will be using it again very soon

I asked for a room near the elevator. I was sent to the 4 th floor !!! And the back of the hotel ( in pouring rain)and had to carry my heavy suitcase up the forth floor in the dark ! ( creepy dark staircase ) I had an asthma attack!!! What a disgusting experience ! For the price we pay they could make sure they provid assistance. You better change staff before you get sued

Calling this an airport hotel is being very generous as it sits in some clapped out suburb and could definitely do with a makeover as well as, more than anything else, a proper cleaning. The lift going up reeked as if someone had hidden some old clams behind the panelling about two years ago and the aroma that greeted us on the fifth floor was equally reminiscent of the pathology department at Skegness or some other seaside hospital that deals with a lot of drowning victims. Noisy a/c in room reminiscent of the Farnborough Air Show back when they still had V Bombers performing. On the plus side, the shuttle driver and receptionist were very friendly.

It wasn't as close to the airport as other hotels, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and accommodating. I could see myself staying there again.

Didnt even end up staying there. As a normal person traveling duering Covid restrictions, prior to making my reservation I called to check if the pool is open. I guess there is a "reservation line", people that answer it, they are not located at this particular hotel, but they know all the info and they say YES, pool is open, but at the time of check in you have make a reservation to use the pool, and that perfectly fine. But then, were the pool hours extended? To get that answer i have to call back again same number and pick ext 0 to speak to front desk. Ok, no problem. BUT, front desk says that pool is actually closed!!! Do you see this info anywhere on their website? Cause I dont. Would you imagine that 6 months since Covid started was enough time to update the website, to specify that pool is NOT working? Hotels.com also said they had no idea of that, that properties are responcible of sending their updates....

Nice rooms, perfect for short layovers or stays near airport, lots places to eat near by and they are safely serving breakfast throughout the pandemic which is more than I've seen lately on other places where they have shutdown the restaurants completely.

Had an okay stay here, but this hotel definitely needs A LOT of updating. It is right on the entrance to the highway and could hear every truck , motorcycle, car with loud music drive by at night.

Also, 4 guest cars in the parking lot had slashed tires, including mine. Hotel didn’t offer much assistance. Good luck!

Carpet in the room was very dirty, and the shower literally drizzled, making taking a shower a work.

The place itself was decent, with ample parking.

Very friendly staff and the check in is really quick. They have complimentary cookies and water at the front desk. Lobby area is very nicely decorated and hallways are clean.

The room was average. I got an upgrade to a deluxe king room and the size was larger than most. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Kind of disappointed as I found popcorn inside one of the pillow cases so not sure if they even change each time someone checks out.

Paint peeling on walls and a lot of black scuff marks. Shower area and bathroom okay just a few stains on carpet in front of mirror. Closet doors are chipping as you close them since it's a little off track.

They do have a safe which is on the floor so have to bend to open and close. Mini fridge and microwave for your convenience.

Free deluxe breakfast from 5 a.m.

until 10 a.m. which is convenient as most flights leave early in the morning. Free shuttle to and from airport but make sure you call as soon as you land as they only have 1 shuttle and it takes awhile.
