Very weirdly setup building. HVAC system didn't work and the building engineer had no clue as to how to fix it, his advice made it obvious he had never even seen the system. Petty additional charges like breakfast, at the price point it is breakfast best be included. Thin walls, no sound buffering. In massive need of a remodel.

I totally understand that these are tough times, and that people are stuggling. While the staff were very nice, the experience overall was not. We had reserved a room, and I had confirmation details to substantiate. They could not find our reservation, until after appx 15 min, when the front desk person found it for the following evening. Apparantly, this takes time to alter, and the whole check in process took 40 minutes. We ended up using my husbands Points, with his card for incidentals.

The stay was uneventful, and we took the shuttle in the early morning to catch our plane. Upon return, we phoned for the shuttle pick up. After 30 min, we called to see where they were, and the Front desk person informed us they were on their way. We waited for an additional 20 min for pick up, and were informed that the front desk person had 'forgotten to tell the driver'.

After returning home, we found that we were charged multiple times for that stay, and had to go through bookkeeping ( who were very helpful in rectifying the charges), and now I wait 14 days for that to be refunded.

It is due to the frustration encountered upon check in, upon shuttle service, and upon multiple charges that I give this review. Attention to detail is not a priority, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Very impressed with the hotel from the pricing to location, to how updated and clean everything was. The room was modern and had plenty of seating. Hot shower with great pressure. Will be using it again very soon

I asked for a room near the elevator. I was sent to the 4 th floor !!! And the back of the hotel ( in pouring rain)and had to carry my heavy suitcase up the forth floor in the dark ! ( creepy dark staircase ) I had an asthma attack!!! What a disgusting experience ! For the price we pay they could make sure they provid assistance. You better change staff before you get sued

Calling this an airport hotel is being very generous as it sits in some clapped out suburb and could definitely do with a makeover as well as, more than anything else, a proper cleaning. The lift going up reeked as if someone had hidden some old clams behind the panelling about two years ago and the aroma that greeted us on the fifth floor was equally reminiscent of the pathology department at Skegness or some other seaside hospital that deals with a lot of drowning victims. Noisy a/c in room reminiscent of the Farnborough Air Show back when they still had V Bombers performing. On the plus side, the shuttle driver and receptionist were very friendly.

It wasn't as close to the airport as other hotels, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and accommodating. I could see myself staying there again.

Didnt even end up staying there. As a normal person traveling duering Covid restrictions, prior to making my reservation I called to check if the pool is open. I guess there is a "reservation line", people that answer it, they are not located at this particular hotel, but they know all the info and they say YES, pool is open, but at the time of check in you have make a reservation to use the pool, and that perfectly fine. But then, were the pool hours extended? To get that answer i have to call back again same number and pick ext 0 to speak to front desk. Ok, no problem. BUT, front desk says that pool is actually closed!!! Do you see this info anywhere on their website? Cause I dont. Would you imagine that 6 months since Covid started was enough time to update the website, to specify that pool is NOT working? Hotels.com also said they had no idea of that, that properties are responcible of sending their updates....

Nice rooms, perfect for short layovers or stays near airport, lots places to eat near by and they are safely serving breakfast throughout the pandemic which is more than I've seen lately on other places where they have shutdown the restaurants completely.

Had an okay stay here, but this hotel definitely needs A LOT of updating. It is right on the entrance to the highway and could hear every truck , motorcycle, car with loud music drive by at night.

Also, 4 guest cars in the parking lot had slashed tires, including mine. Hotel didn’t offer much assistance. Good luck!

Carpet in the room was very dirty, and the shower literally drizzled, making taking a shower a work.



The place itself was decent, with ample parking.

Very friendly staff and the check in is really quick. They have complimentary cookies and water at the front desk. Lobby area is very nicely decorated and hallways are clean.

The room was average. I got an upgrade to a deluxe king room and the size was larger than most. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Kind of disappointed as I found popcorn inside one of the pillow cases so not sure if they even change each time someone checks out.

Paint peeling on walls and a lot of black scuff marks. Shower area and bathroom okay just a few stains on carpet in front of mirror. Closet doors are chipping as you close them since it's a little off track.

They do have a safe which is on the floor so have to bend to open and close. Mini fridge and microwave for your convenience.

Free deluxe breakfast from 5 a.m.

until 10 a.m. which is convenient as most flights leave early in the morning. Free shuttle to and from airport but make sure you call as soon as you land as they only have 1 shuttle and it takes awhile.
