We had a fantastic experience renting with State Van! Communication was very clear. Pickup and transport from airport rental car lot was easy and seamless. Cruz had great client service and went out of his way on Christmas Day to ensure we had the van we needed for our trip. I’d highly recommend using State Van Rental for your van rental needs in Vegas!

October 2016. I Rented from State Van Rental in Las Vegas. From the get-go, Carol was extremely helpful ensuring everything was fast and easy. She even picked up my group at the airport to save time and make things much more convenient. Once at the office, a few signatures and we were rolling... The van was an 8 passenger Honda Odyssey that was very nice and roomy for all our trips. On the return, Mario was great to work with as well. He drove us back to the airport and dropped us right at our airline check in. All in all, I would highly recommend renting from SVR and working with Carol and Mario. Both are great people who care about their customers and make the process easy. Thanks to both of you for everything!!!

These guys are real, because I had so many negative experiences with most of car rental places in the past, my expectation was low. However, I don't know about other branches but Vegas location was excellent on everything from picking me up from airport to drop me off!

This is the only place I would rent a van at period. The guy that helped us by the name of Cruz is the most helpful and honest guy I’ve met. We book the vans for the Las Vegas Millionaires Pro Hockey team and we would never go anywhere else. Cruz at statevan makes sure we get exactly what we need every time! Cruz took excellent care of me while I rented a 12 passenger van from him and this company! He picked me up from the airport and gave me his personal cell for any questions I had! Even responded to me after office hours! Spectacular service and he made my first trip to Vegas special!

The people are very nice and welcoming, didn’t feel weird, awkward, or unwelcoming. A lot of the time when I go to rent a vehicle. The behind the counter clerk are always in a mood or the other. I cannot recommend this company enough. I brought my college bowling team to Las Vegas for a tournament, and they were easily a third the cost of the big brands. Tracy and Cruz were fantastic and prompt helping me get the reservation and insurance coverage taken care of as well as extending our rental when we had flight issues. Steve picked us up and dropped us off as well as took a row of seats out of our van at no charge to give us more room for gear. I was skeptical of a small local company I hadn't heard of, but trust me you will not be disappointed.

Cruz is very professional, easy going, and makes renting very easy. They are very reliable and vans are well kept.
