Great option if you're looking to visit the Sphere. Price was right, staff was friendly and helpful and it's walking distance to the sphere. Rooms could use a face-lift but we had zero issues with our room which was clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at this location a few times and I need to highlight the staff. They are always pleasant and approachable, which is a big deal for me as someone who has worked in hospitality for a long time. Everyone seems to be more than capable of providing good answers to any question I might have, while also upholding a solid sense of helpful professionalism. The rooms are perfectly fine for what they are, highlighting the desk and the microwave being excellent things to have during my stays. The only thing I would say needs a tune up in the bathroom. I know a hotel of this specific brand doesn't need a 5 Star bathroom, but it could use a touch up to make the stay feel a bit more memorable on the same level as the service. Beyond that, keep up the great service!

It's next to a "Tacos and Beer", you can avoid the mobs and get a good dinner. Breakfast was quite good, service was good, desk was friendly. Entirely a decent deal, and you don't have to go lunging out into Casino-land when you're here for business.

I have stayed here five times for yearly conferences in the area. The service is excellent. Eugene Houston, the manager, is focused on providing excellent service for guests. The staff have always been friendly and very helpful. The rooms and facilities are clean. The location to the convention center and other amenities are great. Top notch place for travelers.

It's a bit outdated. 1 elevator was not in service. Staff was great all around. Breakfast starts later than I had hoped. If you plan an early day, you may need to plan alternate breakfast arrangements.

I had the pleasure of spending about 1wk at this location... and I must say; Second to NONE customer service! This location is OUTSTANDING... the GM and his entire team/staff treated me with kindness, respect and professionalism. In addition, the breakfast was simply amazing each and everyday and exceeded all of my expectations.

This property is clearly not new, but there have been significant upgrades and, particularly on the inside, the facility is quite appealing overall. The room AC was adequate, an important feature during our summer visit, during which high temps were over 100 degrees. The breakfast bar was a couple notches above what I’ve come to expect from this type of hotel. The attendant at the night desk was truly special, immediately and intuitively understanding our needs when told of our flight cancellation predicament, and offering us a late checkout corresponding to our new mid-afternoon takeoff time. If everyone was more like her, the world would be a better, happier place.

Stayed for six days, had a great time. Has all the amenities you need at a decent price and you're just off the strip. Cora at the front desk was lovely and very helpful.

Nice hotel. However, my husband hung my heated vest in the closet and I didn't know it. We checked out and headed our way to California. I discovered my vest was missing. We called Fairfield and thought it might have been in the lost and found. No such luck. Anyhow, lessons learned to not hang stuff in the hotel room. Make sure to check the room before leaving to make sure you have all your belongings.

We stayed here about a week ago, were in town for a memorial. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. TV was amazing quality. The bathroom was small and it was odd they didn't provide a soap dish to put the soap bar in. Breakfast was a very small selection and only 1 type of fruit, nothing to drink. At check-in they said they were not able to apply my employee discount, but the final charge applied on my card reflected the discounted rate, so all's well that ends well. We were happy that this hotel was dog friendly!

Friendly staff provided good service. Inexpensive to take Uber to the strip or other tourist locations. Cons: only one elevator was working during our stay, but it’s only four or five floors high. The common areas were always hot, but the AC in the rooms was nice and cold! Rooms were updated and very clean.

Good rooms, good service, oat milk for coffee in the morning (hell yeah!), and they had smashed avocado to put on toast for breakfast. Great place.

Location is a bit out of the way if you're going to the strip, but it's nice not to be in that craziness at night.

We had a great stay here! Just off the strip, so be prepared to do a lot of walking. We loved the breakfast in the morning and the food was good! I went to the fitness center there and it was sparse, but it got the job done. The staff was top notch though!!

Great location close to the Sphere and to the airport. Rooms were very clean and quiet on the fourth floor. Interacted with five or more staff members and all were extremely helpful and kind. Relatively short walk to several very good restaurants. Enjoyed the visit and was very pleased with proximity to the Sphere for the U2 residency.

Stayed here due to it’s proximity to the Sphere and will be staying again next month when I go back. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to help! They stored our luggage until our room was ready, called to let me know a room was ready for early check-in, and happily replaced a broken hairdryer. Breakfast is decent - I like that they have avocado and peanut butter for toast. One day they had premade omelets. The biggest downside is only one elevator works and it broke one day we were there and was still very slow after it was “fixed”. Overall, a good no frills stay located off strip and a very easy 10 minute walk from the Sphere.

I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk agents, the breakfast attendants and the house keeping staff have kept this hotel not less than what a 5 star hotel can offer. You can order room service from an Italian as well as Mexican restaurant. Offers same day laundry service. They have a little pharmacy and a mini market at the lobby.

Walking distance to sphere, in 100 degree heat even! Little older but very nice and clean hotel! Staff unbelievably friendly and helpful. Mage me Grateful we stayed there. About breakfast, geez, on of the best we've had anywhere and even higher priced places. Will be back to Vegas, know where we are staying

This hotel was not too bad. It is in need of renovation, but was good for what it is. It's probably only a matter of time before it gets swallowed up by the glitz and glam of the Vegas Strip. Cora, the lady at the front desk was awesome.

We enjoyed our stay.
