the pillows are the exact type for me medium thick with the ability to be molded to your needs. rooms are quiet when it comes to outside noise, but the person above us like to stomp around starting at midnight till around 0645, but you can't win them all.
the price point for the rooms is definitely within budget, but if you're in Vegas, the rest of your stay will destroy the budget you may have set.

Excellent job providing exactly what you expect from this budget level hotel. Staff was super friendly, room was a 10 on cleanliness, breakfast was the standard free hotel breakfast, but well prepared, hot, and the area was clean and organized. It's an older hotel but was updated at some point and in good condition. Super convenient to the airport and the free shuttle is a huge cost savings compared to a cab to pretty much any other hotel. I just needed quick access to the airport and you can't get much better than this. On the flip side if you are vacationing in Vegas and going to the strip it isn't really walkable from here so expect to need a cab.

I however did not feel like going out to eat lunch/dinner, so I ordered their delivery food menu.....don't ever order the spaghetti!!! It was horrible!!! Noodles were overcooked and the sauce was a combination of a salty ragu sauce!!!! It was awful!!! I will cont. to stay at Best Western hotels. I've always had a positive experience.

I stayed at the Best Western Mccarran for a quick overnight before my flight out of Vegas. I was in the area to visit Zion National Park, not Vegas, so this hotel was fine for a layover before catching a flight. The rooms were clean and the staff welcoming. Breakfast is included. There was a pool and picnic tables in the back. They have a shuttle to the airport, which was only a few minutes away. It is very convenient if you are avoiding the Vegas Strip and need accommodations near the airport.
My only complaint is the rooms are older/dated and have a slight smell of smoke, though we were staying in nonsmoking rooms.

I love this hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle, but it's the incredible staff that really make this hotel great. It is a little older and a little run down, but it's clean, a great price, and really phenomenal customer service. We couldn't have asked for better service during our stay on September 11-12, including the airport shuttle driver and all hotel staff we interacted with.
If you're looking for a Vegas hotel off the strip or close to the airport, you can't beat this hotel.

This was a pleasant surprise, after a rough time at the airport with all the Spirit and American Airline flight cancellations and pilots striking. This was my little safe haven. 1 mile from the airport. They have a shuttle service that runs till 10pm and will pick you up upon request. Check out is at 12pm, it's modest but clean and generous with microwave, fridge,towels, and little toiletries. The staff is incredibly friendly too!. I would stay here any day. I was able to do laundry, grab breakfast, some snacks and unwind. Overall amazing stay. Effort is greatly appreciated 👍😁

This is a real review, since everyone said the good reviews must be bad. My family had to find a room after our AC went out in the middle of a hot day. We loved our amenities and felt very comfortable during our stay. The front desk agents and all staff we encountered were so kind and helpful. The room was clean and felt sanitized. The options for take away breakfast due to the pandemic were fabulous. Bagels, breakfast sandwiches, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, pastries, muffins, fruit, etc. I was telling my husband that if I were from out of town visiting Vegas I would choose this place. It's very close to the airport and strip and you will save money by not staying at a resort with extra fees and upcharges for everything. So yes this is 100% a real review.

Wee stay here a few times a year and it's funny how we always get the same room. The shuttle is handy but it seems like at least once on our travels we need it when it's not scheduled to run. In those cases we just get a taxi. The AM/PM next door is very convenient for snacks and waters. The rooms are clean and pretty comfortable. The only flaw is that the air conditioner in room 205 is underpowered. It would also be nice if the showerhead could be more adaptable to us short people but it's in a fixed position. We always find it's a good place to stay with reasonable rates.

Starting with the room, it was very clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Only problem was the size - it was quite small and compact but it was manageable.
The location was fine for us, was one night before heading to the airport - but if you plan to stay here while exploring the Strip then it's quite far. Though, there are plenty of nearby places to eat and very easy access to the airport.
The room was opposite to the runways so we didn't face any noise problems, but on the other side that could be an issue.
The people were nice, lobby and such were fine. The breakfast was great, starts up fairly early - I think it was 5am.

I didn't stay here, I parked for the airport and it was great. I used a third party site to rent a parking spot for a few days. My car was safe for 3 days or however long it was. My initial plane on the return trip didn't work out so technically I was parked longer than I'd planned, which landed at 2AM. I wasn't too worried, but technically that put me out more than what I paid and into the next day 2 hours, but everything worked out. I wasn't expecting a ticket or a tow, but I was happy it turned out.
The shuttle came on time and got me to the airport. It would have been perfect to bring me back on return, but my flight landed outside the shuttle hours, sadly. Staff was great and let me get the paperwork done fast and the shuttle waited an extra minute to let me do so.
I'm afraid I can't rate anything else, but I'm pleased to be able to give a 5 star for the experience I did have. Thanks!

A few minutes away from the airport. You do hear a lot of Air traffic but it was pretty easy to tune it out.
The ladies in the front office were super kind and helpful.
The breakfast was great and they had waffles, eggs, bacon, and sausage. Plus a bunch of other options.
The pool was outdoor and not heated, but very nice and lots of shaded areas to sit.

Everything was perfect! Clean, kind people, you can pay in cash if you give a big deposit, also card but I don't like it at all, but you get all back after they check the room if you respect the rules. The breakfast that you can choose to eat whatever you want, it was perfect, everything had a good flavor and they keep refilling so we don't run out of food. Definitely a good place to stay even tho there are more cheaper places.

For no apparent reason our flight back to Michigan was pushed to the following day, it left us scrambling for a place for the night after already checking out of our resort for the return flight home, not only did u give me step by step directions on how to get to the shuttle you sent for us to ensure we did not have to walk here, but your patience, understanding, and knowledge of your job was on impressive display. It was so loud when the compressor kicked in, but you had to have the fan on at least so as to drown out the sounds from people and the planes. I liked the remodel of the hotel. Rooms clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Price was cheapest I could find at last minute and closest to the airport. Called the hotel for the shuttle to come pick me up at the airport, which was nice. However, I couldn't take advantage of the free shuttle service or free breakfast due to my 06:40 am flight. I thought this was odd since Las Vegas McCarran airport is 24 hours and early morning flights are common. I think they should start shuttle service at 04:00am and offer grab and go breakfast bags. No restaurants nearby, but have a hotel food service company that will deliver to your door. Overall, good stay and served it's purpose. I'd recommend it.

The shuttle needs to run until 2 a.m. like the other hotels. My flight got in at 11:21 and their shuttle stops service at 11. I had to get a Uber to the hotel. Wasn't happy about that. But the room was nice and clean.

A great hotel away from the crazy strip. We enjoyed being able to go to a quieter place and get away from people. The lobby looked nice and I think the whole building was recently renovated because the carpets were new and the inside is nicer looking than the outside. The room was very clean and the grab and go breakfast options were really good. I saw reviews about how dirty the floors are but I think it is just the coloring of the carpet rubbing off because it is new? Overall, I would recommend that people stay here for a cheaper, but still clean, option away from the strip. The airport shuttle was very helpful as well.

Stayed for night after flying in late. Location was great, parking lot was overflowing with cars with some being double parked. Lobby was nice and check in was quick. Our room was fine. A bit older and smaller but worked for our family. We were on the side of the building with the taco joint next door-the shutters on the windows do not close out all that light. I wished there were curtains. It was quiet in our room.
Breakfast was a crowded mess. A little tiny space for a full hotel to eat. It ended at 9am and I think a lot of people waited to the last half an hour to eat. Maybe later breakfast ending would help all the congestion. The food was good though. I'd stay here again.

I was stressing, first flight as an adult, and first booked hotel, my plane ride was cancelled… didn’t want to stay at the airport for 24 hours, so I booked a room. The reservation on the phone was simple enough, she answered all my questions and was really nice. I think the most stressful part was where the shuttle picked me up at the airport, but the lady at the front desk walked me through everything and was super friendly. The man driving the shuttle made me feel safe. Upon arrival I noticed the lady’s voice and asked if that was her answering all my phone calls walking me thru everything. She was great! The help was amazing here. The room was great as well. They have everything you need and it was super quiet. Overall experience was great. There’s a first time for everything and I wouldn’t choose anyone else but Best Western. ☺️

We were passing through and needed a a room for the night, we probably could of stayed at one of the fancy hotels, but opted to stay here and it worked out great! It takes you out of the hub bub of the Vegas strip. If you fly in or out they have a free shuttle to get you to the airport which is literally right down the street. Again we were driving through so no need for that. They had plenty of parking. If you are towing anything we did not see much for parking on that scope, we usually have something like that so information about parking is usually helpful to us! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable- I would stay here again! They had continental breakfast which with covid is a grab and go which suited us just fine. They do have a fridge in room but no microwave so heat up anything you need to down stairs before going back to room. The check in process was very easy, we book through app and then just finished process at front desk. We heard no loud noises or traffic through out the night. Hope this helps anybody needing a place to just rest up and get back to it!

Check in was easy. The room was clean and the ac was on when we got in the room which was nice because it was HOT for being 8pm. Staff was friendly. The only downside was due to covid there was not the usual yummy breakfast spread. But they did provide easy grab and go choices which was convenient and my kids liked the breakfast sandwiches we just came for a random spur of the moment trip and it was totally worth it. We will stay here again. It was cozy and safe. Which was something important to us because we have kids. And it wasn't pricy. Also not far to the strip. We will be coming again and this is where we will stay.

The hotel has everything you need. Location is near the airport, which is a plus and a minus. U can hear planes taking off, but it's a hood spot to stop for a night. Breakfast was the best, everything anybody might need. Room was clean, but the shower was stock in one position, so it's not really usable for small kids.

Upon arrival the ladies at the front desk, mother and daughter, were absolutely delightful. They couldn't have been friendlier. The room was great and very clean. The location makes it great getting your rental car back to the airport for an early flight. The only problem is don't expect to get any sleep as the location isn't great for sleeping. My wife and I were flying to Europe. We chose this park and fly opportunity by chance. On arrival, check in was smooth and easy. Maria loaded us in the shuttle and dealt calmly with our unease, ensuring she would get us to the correct terminal.
