Based on all the negative reviews, I was honestly pretty stressed out about returning my rental car here. Luckily, I had no such experience. The office was open when I arrived earlier that planned at 7:50am on a Sunday, the cashier was very pleasant, and the shuttle to the airport left within 10 minutes. The shuttle driver could not have been nicer too. Turns out my anxiety was completely unnecessary, and I should have slept more peacefully the night before!

I was a bit afraid when I looked at the negative reviews, and had them in the back of my mind during my trip abroad, so here’s my feedback:
- my campervan was stored inside and wasn’t moved, wasn’t scratched, wasn’t opened.
- I got dropped at the airport 5 minutes after arriving, and picked up 10 minutes after calling upon my return.
- When I returned, my battery was flat and they helped me to get it started in 2 minutes. - Staff was really nice to me and were patient with my attempts at speaking Italian.
Maybe I got lucky but my experience was the opposite of the negative reviews.

Great clean experience with a reception at 6 am in the morning. Lovely shuttle to the airport, didn’t wait more than 10 minutes. Very straightforward parking and key deposit.
