Dalla prenotazione fino al ritiro dell'auto tutto perfetto. Nonostante fossimo arrivati alle 4 di mattina la navetta era già pronta, tempo 5 minuti ed eravamo in aeroporto. Stesso discorso al ritorno, telefoniamo non appena ritirati i bagagli e la navetta in pochissimi minuti era all'uscita 6 a prenderci. Abbiamo trovato l'auto già pronta, gentilezza, rapidità e convenienza.

Personale gentilissimo, shuttle sempre puntuale. La macchina viene parcheggiata lì e non fa dei km come in tanti altri parcheggi e, soprattutto, non la lasciano accesa per troppo tempo (in un altro parcheggio me l’avevano lasciata accesa per 55 min prima del mio arrivo). Se prenotate direttamente con loro la tariffa è anche più conveniente di Parkos. Ritornerò sicuramente!

Great service: very prompt with shuttle both ways, very courteous and organized. We flew back on a chilly early morning in November and the car was running and warm, ready to go. Very close to Malpensa so it’s a quick ride and the price was very competitive and reasonable.

Despite the polar temperatures, they made us find the car ready near the exit, taking care to thaw the thick ice formed on the windows. Absolutely recommended!

The website is unfortunately only in Italian. The confirmation emails as well. There is no rubbish bin at the drop-off location. Only an ashtray. All the staff are smokers. The car will be parked 4 km away from the drop-off location. When I arrived at the pick-up location, the engine of my car was turned on.
