Quello che ho letto da parte di chi ha dato poche, fino ad una, stelle mi lascia un pó perplesso. Arriviamo e vogliamo andare subito in aeroporto però vorremmo anche un'ispezione approfondita dell'auto. O l'una o l'altra. È vero, l'ispezione al ritiro auto non viene fatta con perizia, ma nessuno ci vieta di perdere 10 minuti insieme a loro e compilare correttamente il modulo.

Per quanto mi riguarda mi sono trovato splendidamente, e quel "buon viaggio" detto dall'autista della navetta quando ci ha lasciato al terminal vale almeno la metà dei 30 euro pagati per 8 giorni di sosta. Bravi! 5 stelle

Ottima esperienza, personale preciso e disponibile. Sono anche stati gentili nel non farmi pagare la maggiorazione notturna dovuto al ritardo dell'aereo per colpa del maltempo.

Mi ha fatto molto piacere una volta rientrato al parcheggio l'aver trovato la macchina già in moto con l'aria calda accesa, visto che fuori si congelava.

Vous arrivez au parking, vous laissez vos clefs et ils vous prennent directement en charge pour vous amener au terminal 1 5 minutes ou au terminal 2.

Le retour, arrivée au hall des bagages vous appelez et vous sortez à la porte mentionnée par le taxi. :) et votre voiture est déjà prête des votre arrivée pour le retour.

Per me punto di riferimento da anni per volare da Malpensa. Prezzi giusti personale cortese e puntuale si alla partenza che all'arrivo. Unico neo il fatto che il piazzale non è asfaltato ed è la seconda volta che l'auto mi viene restituita con schizzi di fango nella fiancata esterna e con j tappetini sporchi sempre di fango.

5 stelle quando questo problema verrà risolto.

If you are flying from Milan Malpensa and you would like to leave your car safe and cheap. Fatema is a close-by open parking. There is no need to book in advance(September isn't a busy period I guess) When you arrive you pay and leave your key. They immediately bring you you to the airport with a shuttlebus. I did it in record time of 15min. (Arrival Fatema to arrival airport). Please don't forget to note down the telephone number, which you will find on your payment ticket. The same number is also traceable on their website. After your stay, arriving back in Malpensa, just give a quick call and ask for the type of shuttle bus and name written on it. They have two busses with different names. Their service is extremely friendly and fast.

Comodissimo per parcheggiare l'auto alcuni giorni nei pressi di Malpensa, con servizio di accompagnamento all'aeroporto. Ottimo servizio

Very nice staff. The only problem is that the shuttle van (navetta) smells really bad, you can hardly breathe. And it's the van, not the customers. It was the same way (drop off and pick up).
