DFC Parking

Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Nel mio caso in particolare il Sig. Giacomo è stato davvero professionale e mi ha aspettata fino alla notte a causa di un forte ritardo del volo. Grande puntualità e tempestività nel servizio con una particolare attenzione al cliente che dà un valore aggiunto all'azienda. Assolutamente consigliato per i prossimi viaggi a Malpensa.

Despite our delay on arrival, it was enough to call shortly before to be quickly escorted to the terminal and not have problems with the flight. As for parking, I generally prefer to keep the keys and so I did, and the car was exactly as I left it without any kind of problem.

Siamo arrivati al parcheggio a notte fonda e il personale ci ha accolto in modo puntuale, preciso e gentile. Il parcheggio è anche dotato di “un’area ristoro” dove ci è stato offerto il caffè al nostro arrivo. Prezzo ottimo, posizione strategica, mezzo navetta splendido e pulito e servizio impeccabile. Nonostante il ritardo del nostro volo, Michael e Michael sono stati gentilissimi ed efficienti nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze, tenendoci la macchina molto più del tempo concordato.

Ho provato ad usufruire di numerosi parcheggi nella mia vita, ma questo è stato sicuramente il migliore.

In agosto abbiamo usufruito di questo parcheggio. Personale gentilissimo e ottimo servizio. Abbiamo speso €55,00 per 14 giorni lasciando la macchina al coperto. Ci hanno portato al terminal delle partenze e al ritorno sono stati rapidissimi. Se mi dovesse servire nuovamente un parcheggio, sicuramente mi rivolgerò a questo. Bravi!!!

Tutto bene, gentili, puntuali. Il costo mi sembra buono: 20€ per 4 giorni al coperto dal 2 al 6/9/2021. C'è stata un minimo di difficoltà a raggiungerli, infatti il navigatore dava da fare una via stretta e sterrata, che abbiam pensato di non fare (forse era proprio quella che portava al parcheggio...), quindi abbiam dovuto chiedere. Per esser precisi, cmq, per il Terminal 1 non sono 6 min. come dicono ma esattamente 8...ma questo è un dettaglio. Quindi consigliato.

I booked at this parking lot of which I was a customer previously ... I had booked for an uncovered one, among other things already paid online .. upon arrival they allow me to park it indoors at no additional cost and confirming the fact that I can take away with me the keys as already selected for free in the booking.

Kind and cordial, we hope they will always stay that way and I will always be back.

Ho usufruito del loro servizio per un giorno, il prezzo è veramente economico rispetto ai suoi concorrenti.

Non ho trovato difficoltà a trovare la loro sede, il navigatore mi è stato di grande aiuto. Servizio navetta e personale impeccabile, sono stati molto cortesi e professionali. Se mai dovessi prenotare un altro volo da Malpensa sicuramente utilizzerò di nuovo il loro servizio!

We left our car in the parking lot for six days and we enjoyed it very much. The shuttles were punctual both outward and return journeys with the right and not reckless driving style as happened with other car parks in the area. The staff were very kind and helpful. Great price, we booked online and then paid at the parking. We will definitely be back!

TOP experience, Michael and Michael 2 guys polite, kind, extremely available, both in the welcome and in coming to recover. Surely if you still need a parking space, I would not hesitate to call DFC PARKING MALPENSA both for the very affordable price and for the super positive experience just described.

Second time I leave my car in this parking lot. The first time I left the keys (5 days of parking), the second I kept the keys (10 days of parking). On both occasions I had a great time. Competitive prices, good service and the kindness of the staff are the strength of this car park. To try the additional services, for a fee (I will consider the car wash service).

Il personale molto gentile premuroso e molto disponibile! Ho avuto problemi ad arrivare dalla svizzera a Malpensa ma appena arrivati si sono messi subito a disposizione.

Al ritorno da Palermo per Malpensa ho avuto problemi di salute e non sono potuto rientrare il giorno stabilito ma il giorno dopo..nonostante questo con la loro professionalità nel interaggire con il cliente e nel comprendere la situazione mi hanno subito tranquillizzato e si sono messi a disposizione.

In poche parole ci ritornerò sicuro! 💪

Parcheggio comodo da raggiungere. Molto rapido il servizio di navetta da e verso l'aeroporto. Mi ha colpito soprattutto la gentilezza di tutti i dipendenti (conducenti e personale in struttura). Causa maltempo, ho ritardato il rientro di 2 giorni, senza avere nessun problema per l'auto. Decisamente consigliato!!

Parking near Malpensa airport, is about 8 MINS. You save a lot given the exorbitant prices.

Helpful staff (Michael) in this case very WELCOMING, KIND and with great ATTENTION accompanies HIS customers; satisfied with the service offered and with great pleasure I will bring the car back! Back in Malpensa early, I called and the shuttle arrived immediately.

Ho dato 5 stelle perché non era possibile metterne di più. Personale cortese, ben organizzato e molto disponibile. Il servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto velocissimo, senza attesa. Se dovete partire da Malpensa è sicuramente la migliore scelta. A differenza di quello che leggo su alcune recensioni, le auto sono parcheggiate in modo ordinato. Ho prenotato direttamente con loro e ciò che ho prenotato è il servizio che ho avuto. La mia prenotazione comprendeva il "Tieni tu le chiavi" e quando sono tornata la macchina non aveva alcun tipo di problema. Super consigliato!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. I took the car keys with me and paid directly in the parking lot. Upon returning I phoned to warn, I waited maybe 5 more minutes because the van was already returning with other customers .... They were still very fast! Great, I recommend it!
