Im a weekely traveler. This hotel had alot of little things that made it great. I had a room above me, below me, and next to me and never heard a sound. The free breakfast was great as my favorite part was the fresh cut up fruit basket (water melon, melon, strawberry, blueberry, and pineapple) which is sometimes thats rare at hotels. They had silk milk and sugar free syrup. On Tuesday they had free tacos and drinks. On Wednesday they had free bbq and drinks. Property is nice. Tiles had grip on it so your not slipping after showers. Tv was up to date and huge. Bed was comfy.

I’ve stayed there twice (August and November 2021) availing myself it’s park while flying feature and very efficient shuttle service.
The hotel is well managed, new, clean, well maintained and staffed, at all levels by competent unceasingly pleasant personnel. My experiences on the other side of the Columbia have been more problematic with Portland’s crime wave. Hampton - Vancouver is a better option.

This a great spot for those not wanting to be in the downtown area. Easy access to the Portland airport (IKEA and surround shopping malls) and Vancouver areas. They have a small but doable workout and pool area. Free Breakfast is generally good with lots of options from waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon, oatmeal, cereal, and fruit-bar! Parking is free and plenty along the front and back! This is our go-to when visiting the Portland/Vancouver area.

This hotel is quite new and in very nice condition. The bed and pillows were very comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that the blinds in the window are designed so that they can't be closed, which seemed very weird to me since I like it very dark when I sleep. Our room was on the back side of the hotel (not facing Mill Plain), so there fortunately wasn't much city or traffic light to flood in the window at least.
Our favorite part of the hotel was the pool! It's Very warm, which was a wonderful surprise - like, halfway between normal pool temperature and hot tub temperature 🙂 most hotel pools are too cold for me, but I was able to stay in this pool for well over an hour and felt comfortable the whole time.
Oh! The breakfast was delicious, with lots of items to choose from, and was included in the price! We love those make-them-yourselves waffle makers, fresh hot waffles in the morning are a wonderful way to start the day 🙂

I did the mobile check-in via the App. Got my digital key in the timely manner. It was a nice surprise when we got to the room that the crib (we request in advance) was already set up. Thank you so much. The room is a little small for little one to run around but it’s good enough for one night. Definitely a new built facility so everything is clean.

We stayed here after our red eye was canceled last minute at PDX. Before COVID, I traveled every other week for work, and the bed and sheets were the comfiest I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. I pray they share that fabric softener secret with the rest of the industry.
The staff was also very accommodating throughout - allowed us to check out late and hang out in the lobby the next day until our flight left, and scheduled us a shuttle back to the airport. They even offered to drive us to a nearby park for part of the day so we could see some of the area before we left. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

This is a fine establishment. Nice buffet breakfast. The staff is awesome. I lost a tiny rubber thingie for my coat hanger and they found it! Amazing. Room is quiet. Bed is comfortable. Toiletries are nice. Even mouthwash! Nice that they have an iron for my wrinkly shirt.
The bed is oddly placed considering where the TV is though. It’s not cheap though but very nice.

Very accommodating to me and my service animal. I will make it a point to stay at this location anytime I'm in the Vancouver Portland area.

Hampton Inn & Suites is the hotel brand I stay most and this one was good too. The only thing I didn't like was some constant machine noise that even lasted overnight; the sounds even disappeared if I moved to the bathroom. My room was close to the elevator but the sound didn't seem to be related to the elevator. Otherwise it would be a great stay.

I have been to many Hampton Inn & Suites but this particular one is outstanding! What makes it so is their staff. The people who work here care about exceptional hospitality and it was awesome to see this. The staff created me warmly upon checking in and within an 1 hour of checking in, they texted me to make sure that my room was okay. Also during my stay, I had to schedule the shuttle for a 4:30am airport drop-off and they accommodated me on this as well. (They even had breakfast to go for some folks at that hour-wow!) (I would've had some breakfast but I'm allergic to wheat and dairy.)
The hotel is located in a nice spot. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. It is also about 10 minutes away from the Oregon (PDX) airport and Fort Vancouver National Park. The hotel was in a quiet spot and there were no issues with noise from guests or the busy street that was near.
The breakfast in the morning had a full spread which included: eggs, sausage, french toast, oatmeal,and fruit, plus they had almond milk (which is a huge plus for me being dairy free.)
The rooms were very nice and clearly updated recently or renovated. They also included daily housekeeping if you were interested (rare these days!)
The pool and sauna were nice as well, only downside was that the indoor pool had specks floating in it- I believe that sides of the pool were coming off, but it did not deter me from swimming. :-)
There is a reason that this hotel keeps getting 5 star reviews and it is their staff. They are great at their job and awesome at keeping the hospitality alive in Portland/Vancouver area. Thank you everyone, your hard work did not go unnoticed!

This is a very nice hotel - comfortable, quiet and very clean. Being off the freeway (but not too far) is a big plus. The staff is welcoming and helpful and the breakfast better than average. Although rather expensive, it's a welcome change from the average chain hotel. Definitely recommended if you're traveling through the area.

2 nice queen beds, dinky microwave and fridge, nice 55" TV. Nice power outlets by beds and desk.
Shower head could be better, and I'll never understand the water wasting design of all these hotel shower setups, unless the water is getting recycled into landscape etc.
Hvac system by window is remotely controlled by the wall unit only.
Did not use the gym, pool, breakfast buffet, or shuttle to comment.

I didn’t use the gym and pool, but checked them out and they looked really well kept and clean. This hotel super close enough to get to the highway or back roads leading into Portland too.

During a recent heat wave our home's AC went out causing us to desperately need a place to stay and safely get out of the heat (115 degrees outside, 94 inside our home.). I called around to about 5-6 hotels in our local area without luck finding accommodations, before calling our local Hampton Inn and Suites. Cisco answered my call and after a brief hesitation, went out of his way to make sure he could find us a room for that night. Upon checking in, Cisco continued to offer excellent customer service as well as did Nick. The next morning, Kathy was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions about the complimentary breakfast and helped to make sure our check out went very smoothly. My wife and I could not have been happier with our experience at our local Hampton Inn and Suites (Vancouver, WA-Mill Plain), and we have since related our positive experience to our family and friends and strongly recommended this hotel to them for any lodging needs they and/or out of town friends and family might need.

Stayed for three nights last week. The hotel is very clean and more spacious than most of similar hotels. The breakfast is very good. For the three mornings we were there, they have different variety of food each morning. They also offer to breakfast bagged to go. They even have umbrellas for the guests and we used it once while we were there. The only thing that surprised me a bit is that none of the staff was wearing masks, neither front desk nor staff serving breakfast were wearing masks. Not sure whether this is Washington or just this hotel.

Really great place to stay in the Vancouver WA/Portland OR area. We've stayed here a few times when coming down from Seattle to visit family, and the staff is always friendly. They have an EV charging plug which is a plus, and will help ensure no gas cars park there if you give them a heads up you are coming (they will put a cone out). Would be great if they could add a plug or 2 more as there were a few EVs I needed to share with, but overall still was able to keep my car charged to avoid having to take a break from my trip to explicitly fast charge.
Otherwise, pretty standard Hampton, nice new rooms, free breakfast, etc.

Very nice hotel. We had an issue with the room upstairs, who were letting the child run back and forth and jumping off the bed after 9pm. We called the front desk to ask if they could talk with the occupants, we had an early checkout scheduled to continue our trip. The front tdesk person, I'm sorry we don't remember her name, actually upgraded us to a suite and we were able to get a good nights rest. We will definitely use Hampton Inn again.

Stayed in a 1 king room on the top floor. There was a small refrigerator and a microwave. The view from the window was unobjectionable. The room had adequate space, was clean, and everything was in good working order. The hotel is close to many restaurants and stores but probably not walking distance for most people...especially since there was heavy rain the entire week. There was adequate free parking during our entire stay.
Breakfast was included in the typical Hampton style. The were 2 make it yourself waffle machines and a rotating selection of hot foods like eggs and bacon. The breakfast attendant was constantly out there cleaning tables and maintaining the breakfast area. There is a well stocked little store next to the front desk with snacks, drinks, and other things you might have forgotten at home. It also had a selection of local wine.
Finally, it is relatively easy to get to the airport. About a 20 minute drive during non rush hour traffic.

We were in town to see family for a graduation. The rooms were larger than expected and had plenty of room for our family. Last minute we changed reservations from the BW down the street because it did not offer a breakfast for the same price. This hotel breakfast was one of the best we have experienced and the kids certainly took full advantage. The gym also had a large assortment of free weights and cardio equipment so we were able to keep up with our routines. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

It’s clean, staff is friendly and accommodating, they have awesome complimentary breakfast (today we had waffles, egg white frittatas, sausage links, and prime rib potato hash) they also have cereal, pressed juices, yogurt, bagels, toast, muffins, fresh fruit, and more! They also have complimentary dinners! I’ve never stayed at a hotel that does that. First night was sandwich night, second night was taco bar, and tonight is food from rib city grill. I would definitely stay here again!

There is no one having continental breakfast like the Hampton anymore. No one offers breakfast anymore since Covid hit us. They also have a charging station for EV just in front of the hotel. Super clean and nice rooms. Staff is amazing, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast has a nice variety. Pool is is warm and comfortable not ice cold like most motels. My stay was amazing and I would definitely recommend. One safety concern I noticed was the mutiple filters/vents on the hot tub floor. This could pose a risk for falls because you cannot see them with jets on and I tripped over them several times. Otherwise place is amazing.

We love this hotel when we go visit family. Their breakfast bar is updated and is included with your stay. The staff are always friendly and make the stay easy.

Overall, this is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. The staff members are very nice and accommodating. They offer a good variety of foods for breakfast and have dinner items two days a week. We stayed three nights and we would stay again. The only negative is that room walls are thin. If you have late-night talkers as neighbors, you might have trouble sleeping.
