Great price and friendly staff to make your shuttle ride a smooth one. Price is competitive and their weekly rate is fsntastic

Problems getting our PREPAID car rental. My daughter was NOT informed,when she rented the car, that there was be a 200 dollar deposit required as well.

This is a great company! Dale, the driver that picked us up to take us to the airport was there in seconds of our arrival and was super helpful and informative. Vincent, the driver on the way back from the airport was also there a moment after getting to the platform and was also awesome. So easy and affordable.

Colin at the Portland Airport Thrifty was the nicest, most efficient and informative driver we've had. One of our party was concerned about how much oil she had so once everyone got dropped off Colin went back to help her check her oil since she'd never done it before. It showed she was low and suggested stopping on her way home to add oil. She lives 2 hours away and did get a chance to stop once she was out of Portland. Great guy! Hope we get him again on our next trip.

So far so good. The bus driver was kind and friendly and service was fast. We parked here before our trip today. Will update on the way home.

Terrible experience, we showed up to park today and saw a shuttle bus. We went to park by it and the driver was smoking a cigarette by the door. We loaded our own bags and waited for the driver. When we got to the airport he said that a tip was customary. His name was Dave. Not professional at all. He smelled like an ashtray.

I sat in their office for hours waiting for my bride-to- be sister's future brother-in-law to ride together to her wedding 2 hours away. His flight from Houston kept getting delayed. Thrifty's Erica kept checking the status of his flight for me, and continued to track his progress on Thrifty's shuttle. It turned into a group event with everyone cheering him on. Erica gave it her all, and we made it to the wedding in Astoria with 1 minute to spare.



She made us feel important.

Always a great price and great service. They always get me to and from the airport with very little wait. Friendly staff. I always park here.
