I very much appreciate the Holiday Inn forgiving my mistake. I booked my room for the night before I thought my flight was taking off. But when I realized my flight was leaving a day sooner, Austin showed grace and allowed me to cancel and rebook without charge. The only thing lacking at this hotel is a jacuzzi.

The hotel is great, everything so far has been wonderful but what stands out the most is Latitude 45. Great food, great drinks, but the staff is the real 5 star champions here especially Jacki. Always had a smile, great attitude and exceptionally friendly. Great person to talk to! Made the atmosphere super friendly. 10/10 would grab a drink there again!

Stayed here for an early morning flight. Front desk staff very helpful and caring - checked in with us to make sure everything was good about an hour after check in.

Had dinner at the Latitude 45 Restaurant - Jacki is the bomb! Awesome server! Fish and chips were some of the best we’ve had.

I went on a cruise to Alaska I stayed in the hotel the night before I left and parked my car there for a week and stayed the night when I returned.

The first night the room was absolutely beautiful The second night I stayed however it was a handicap room The sheets on one bed look like it had been slept in. There was already a candy wrapper in the trash upon entering. It looks like a very old room with new beds very very loud room it was by the freeway or it sounded like they were unloading trucks all night and the TV wouldn't work I asked the staff to come in they brought a remote that didn't help.

Inexpensive place to sleep before a flight. Very convenient to the airport. There’s a restaurant/bar and nice seating area in and around the lobby. Secured parking lot. This wouldn’t be my choice of hotels for an extended stay for pleasure but for overnight or business travel it’s perfect. The front desk clerk when we checked in was extremely friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

If you have ADA issues don't stay here!!

#1, the hotel shuttle isn't made for people with ada issues and you can request one, but if you're waiting at the airport for it, it's going to take literally forever.

#2, the beds in the ADA room were so tall we had to go to the front desk. They so kindly let us use a step stool

That being said the staff were wonderful and kind. They are so nice. I wish that this hotel was better suited for our needs because these people were so nice.

The long term parking lot is AWESOME! The counter clerks are great, even when they are busy, they are super friendly. Sometimes the shuttle takes a bit longer than expected, BUT the drivers are courteous and work really hard to get everyone to and from the airport in a timely fashion. My "go to" for value and service in Portland.

Close to our destination. Easy and close access to freeway. Hotel lobby seems remodeled. Rooms a bit outdated but clean. Beds/pillows were comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and informative. Housekeepers and the waitresses at breakfast were very nice as well. Breakfast was very good. Pool a bit small but still enjoyable. Exercise room available but didn’t use it. Parking is secure. Quiet rooms. Would stay here again.

We spent one night here. We were SO happy that they have self serve laundry and dryer available to guests $2 for washing, $2 for 1 hour of dryer. The facility is a bit dated and the room smelt musty but the shower was hot, and bed was so soft we fell asleep instantly.

I thought it was a bit expensive for just a single room with one bed a TV and a bathroom. But the place is very nice. Good security; no issues with street people or sign holders. Staff was very friendly and the whole place is very neat and clean, spotless in fact. Will definitely be staying here again.

Me and my family had a blast. We went so that the kids could swim. Super COVID-friendly. We stayed in the Junior suite. The kids had a seperate area with a sofa bed. The pool was open by reservation and could be reserved for 1 hour at a time. No one signed up after us and we was allowed to stay for another hour. We had the pool area to ourselves. It was warm and very clean. We had to much fun we extended the stay for another day. The staff was very nice and accommodated for every request. I had 4 kids so extra towels blankets ect . will definitely be returning .

The hotel staff make up for any short comings with a dated facility to work with!

The staff have all been friendly, professional and helpful. We are 2 days into a 4 days stay. For our purposes (touring) the location has been fine, except for close dining. The hotel has a restaurant, and we have eaten in one night, but we wanted more options nearby, which are very few. Although we would have liked more convenient dining, overall being in this area has been nice for quick access to major roads leading to tourist spots, and not far from old town either.

So, I’ve stayed here 53 nights ‘ish since beginning of June, I have to say, this is my go to hotel when I’m working in Portland (which is a lot) every time I stay here the staff is super friendly and quick to respond if an issue arises. I’ve only had one issue since I’ve started staying here (at the end of April) which was a smoke detector that would not stop beeping. The staff was on the spot, offered to switch me rooms and fixed the issue right away. Alexis, Jacki and Angel in the restaurant are always friendly and treat me like family every time I’m here. The security staff is always on top of any safety issues that arise. Rates are always good (which my boss loves) Thank you guys for always being the best. You have a customer for life when I stay here in Portland.

Fantastic staff. They were so accommodating when we were evacuated with our pets. A lot of wildfire evacuees were staying there and the staff was great. Rooms average, but beds comfy jus t a double instead of queens in rooms.

Able to get last minute room, parking lot was large but 75%+ full. Parking was $10 per night. Fast check in service, plenty of carts for luggage. Elevators were away from front desk. Areas are clean. Room however smelt mildew/smokey although non-smoking room. Once turned on air smell mellowed so it didnt bother us too much. Beds and pillows were quite comfortable. Large bathroom, rooms included desk and chair.

This is an older Holiday Inn but we are currently evacuated due to a forest fire. There are many evacuees here. This hotel has been incredibly kind and helpful to the many evacuees and their family pets. Thank you Holiday Inn.

I live in Oregon and we just had horrendous weather (think apocalypse,

110°weather, melting plastic, cooking food on the cement). After a long day of traveling from NYC, it was after midnight. I get to my vehicle (which was parked at the hotel). I get the motel to grab my car and it won't start!!! So I need to get a room at the Holiday Inn. The front desk attendant Sarah went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! She gave me an extended stay until 4pm, she tried to get their charging box for jumper cables charged, she gave me water, she checked in on me my entire duration of my stay. She had the security guard Hunter keep an eye in my car throughout the course if the day. This is why I will a loyal sleepover buddy!!!!

We spent the night and left our car here. We were worried about the car since the crime is so bad in Portland and homeless camps everywhere. They took good care of us, security checks on the vehicles routinely. Came back a week later and no problems. Front desk staff is very friendly, room was clean, check in simple, they got us on a 5am flight. Would do this again.

We came here to beat the heat. The front desk staff was great. Make sure you say hi to Mike the Coffee guy. He loves dogs. The room was very clean and the whole hotel is well kept. There is security driving around so we felt safe. Our dog Katie definitely loved the beds.

First time with Holiday Inn Portland Airport. Service is great, room prices were comparable- actually lower than most! We’ve had two dinners at the Latitude 45 lounge and it’s delicious. One waiter whose name is Jacki is awesome! Friendly, helpful, went above and beyond by helping with gluten free for my husband! Alexus showed us to our table and was very friendly. Thumbs up!! John was our, shuttle driver was also great! Very friendly and so very helpful. Even received a complimentary breakfast from him. This will definitely be our stay when traveling.

We’ll have breakfast in the morning and I’m expecting nothing but the best.

Hotel is close to the airport and easy enough to get into. Staff was professional and efficient but not overly friendly. Hotel was very clean and inviting. You can tell this is an older hotel but it has been updated Alittle and the room was clean and comfortable. Overall for the price I thought this was a good hotel and I would recommend it and I will stay here again.

The server, Jacki, was one of the kindest people we ran into during this trip. He definitely knew what he was doing! On top of this place being inside the IHG, I was able to get a complimentary drink!

The food was wonderful and one of the only places in months that we've gone to that actually cooked our steak correctly to medium rare! We are so grateful.

On top of that, the calamari salad was to share and they split it for us so generously which wasn't even something we asked for them to do. This place is right next to the airport so stop by if you're ever in Portland!

GREAT hotel experience. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. Huge bathroom with lots of counter space. Rooms were quiet and well insulated for sound (I could hear conversations and TVs playing in rooms through the doors whenever I walked down the main hallway, but I never heard a sound when I was in my room). Nice location and great amenities. This hotel felt luxurious and very upscale. Beautifully decorated interior and tasteful, spacious rooms. We had a suite that had a separate living area (with couches, mini-fridge and large screen TV) and bedroom, with its own big-screen TV, king-sized bed, 2 night stands, full dresser, and a full closet with extra storage shelves. The living room and bedroom areas are only separated by a partial-wall, but it felt far enough away for 2 people to watch 2 different shows on 2 different TV's at a normal volume level, even though they were essentially in the same room. I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Great experience and we will visit again!

OMG ,Simply Amazing 👏! Especially after my experience with the Salmon Holiday Inn Express location in Vancouver that thanks to the extreme highly unnecessary & provoking attitude from the head receptionist there that forced us to cancel our reservation & seek lodging elsewhere. Holiday Inn Portland A.P. was a God Send , The Service was extremely above & beyond what I expected, especially after the Salmon issues! I personally don't brag about our Elite Premier Gold member status but when you live on the road racking up all the points you can spending thousands to live & work , I find absolutely nothing wrong with expecting a certain acceptable level of service. Especially since we carry an extremely low profile with the personality of you get what you give. Gotta be reasonable in this day and age & not run around with ridiculous demands on the staff. That being said we've had numerous excellent repports with staff at countless locations, Including Portland A.P. Holiday Inn I've never been Happier to recommend & certainly assure that if Portland is ever on my itinerary again That This Is Only Hotel I'll be using! Thanks A Million Holiday Inn , it was a huge pleasure!

A noisy location, but that's the only downside to this holiday Inn, I had no complaints after my stay. Literally only a couple minutes from the airport and main terminals, and right across the river from Washington. The main floor and lobby look to have been recently renovated and the room also appeared to have been updated. Great service, clean room and a great rate. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Portland.

Front Desk Agents are a 5 Star service. They were efficient, kind and very helpful. Melanie, Andrea, Mike, Connor and Tiffany at the FD were great. When I checked I had a problem with my credit cards and Melanie and Andrea were very helpful to get me checked in and good to go. Andrea followed up with me to make sure the room was good and if I needed any assistance. The restaurant does need help, but the staff is very kind and efficient in their job. The parking lot has security and the room are wide and the beds are very comfy. Definitely would be coming back to this property for resting before any long trips. Thank you Andrea for your kindness. Best hotel experience so far in Portland.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Portland Airport on a trip. My overall travel experience that day was long and rough but my interactions at the hotel made it much better. When I arrived in the middle of the night Kyle was incredibly helpful and friendly. Throughout my stay I was sick. The hotel staff was courteous and kind every time I spoke to someone. When I checked out Oswald was cheerful and didn't make me feel like I was a burden as he helped me to the lobby. I only parked my car in their parking lot during my trip to the other state.

The reason that I wanted to post a review for this hotel because I want to express my thankfulness. I parked my car their for about 45 days, however, my car battery died on the last day when I got off airplane and plan to drive home. Their front desk is so nice and they sent someone to help me to charge my car battery so as to restart my engine.

I really appreciate this help! ! It's a small help for them, but it really saved my day!

Good room with comfortable king size bed. Returned our rental car to the airport the night before our early flight and the shuttle bus return was very prompt and courteous. Front desk staff gave us a business card that helped us to know exactly where to go for the shuttle and the number to call. Jacki in the Latiude 45 bar was courteous with prompt service. This Holiday Inn was just exactly what we needed the night before our flight home!

Staff was excellent and accommodating. Hotel and rooms are dated and In need of renovation. 1st room given had not been done and had to go back down to get a new one. I was staying here for work. My first night, I did not get my wake up call. When I woke up, I got dressed and ran downstairs only to find my shuttle pulling away. I told Austin that I didn’t get my wake up call. He dropped everything and ran to the shuttle. There was another man in the lobby who said “Now, that’s dedication”. And it truly was!

When Austin came back he told me the driver said the shuttle was full. So, Austin called a “sister hotel” to get one of their shuttles.

Even though, in the end nothing could be done to get me to work on time, the commitment of Austin to go the extra mile and exhaust every option just to get me to work on time was impressive and touching.

When I returned from work that day, I asked for the manager’s contact so I could recommend Kudos for Austin. I was given Marisa, FDM Manager’s contact information.

I actually spoke with Marisa and let her know about Austin’s heroic efforts. Hopefully they do something special for him. You don’t find employees like him often. He’s a keeper!

We stayed here on our way to the airport and were very happy with our room. It was clean and comfortable and the shuttle to the airport ran 24 hours which is exactly what we needed. The staff was great. My only complaint would be that because it was so close to the airport and to railroad tracks, there was a bit of ambient noise during the night but not so bad that I couldn't sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

As a repeat business customer, the Holiday Inn Portland Airport offers me convenience, quiet, and friendly service. I work 13 hour days and it’s a joy to come back to the hotel to enjoy one of Jacki’s spectacular cocktails and a hot meal. The bar has a nice relaxed vibe, thanks to Jacki. Some of the hotel is dated and the room decor a little dark, , but you can tell they’ve been making thoughtful improvements and it’s always clean. Their staff is their strength! I’ll always come back.

I really want to compliment the restaurant staff I encountered during our 4 night stay at this location. I was blown away by how friendly our first encounter was with John at breakfast. He made my daughter laugh, was engaging, and brought me coffee to go. Then over the weekend we were continued to be impressed with Jaime, Johnathon, Alexis, and Jacki. They were friendly, brought refills without being asked, patient, and were so kind. I can only imagine the range of people you meet when being overworked in customer service with a transient crowd. And all we experienced were smiles. I truly want to give them all huge compliments! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. A little kindness truly goes a long way.

I used the log term parking, Amazing. After trip my car was safe a secure. I was dropped off right in front of my car. The shuttle driver was very helpful and polite. Definitely an airport hotel, however we enjoyed the extra amenities and service. I needed to print a bunch of documents and they have a computer and printer you can use free of charge. There is an airport shuttle leaving every 20min to the airport. The drive took 10min. The rooms are clean and comfy with everything you need (fridge, coffee machine, soaps and shampoos.) So if you are looking for a good value for money hotel close to the airport, look no further. Do try and book online though as, in our case, the rate was much better than at the check-in desk

On a recent vacation to Oregon, my Wife and I spent our first and last night at this Holiday Inn. Very friendly staff, clean, with good location close to the airport. I travel for work and am a Holiday Inn Spire Elite member and would stay here again.

When I reviewed my AMEX bill I found an erroneous $38.00 charge. I called the motel, the phone was answered immediately and the receptionist quickly reviewed my bill, spotted a mistake and credited my AMEX account on the spot, and emailed me a receipt showing the credit applied. I was impressed with how easily this mistake was corrected.

Very clean, very nice, all nonsmoking, downfall is paid parking for additional vehicles it's $10 which sucks because your already paying enough for the room. Bed is comfortable and the pillows are all different firmness which was also nice.

I was very comfortable here for the one night we stayed in order to catch an early flight. While check in is normally 3 pm, we arrived early and we were in our room by 11 am. There was a difficulty with the heater, noisy fan, so they quickly moved us to a room that had an attached living room/kitchenette! Definitely an upgrade, with no additional cost.

Beds were comfortable, and the complimentary shuffle to a lunch and then to the airport was so convenient.Staff were helpful and courteous.

Moving from CO and stopped to overnight in Portland. I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, and wasn't a motel 6. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and honored our breakfast vouchers even though we missed breakfast. Thanks. Beds were very comfy and room was clean. We'll stay here again if we're ever in the area!
