Very great and excellent service. No delay.

A cheaper alternative to parking at ABIA and was easy enough to get to and from the site. I would park here again.

positive first - pickup driver (LYFT) very pleasant.

problems - it's not a parking facility dedicated to the airport, it's a hotel with a parking lot and the hotel desk guy doesn't have much interest in the parking program. Upon return, it's necessary to contact the hotel who then contacts a LYFT driver - the published hotel number had expired and the correct number was only acquired with multiple calls to multiple numbers. Lastly, it was necessary to hike a good ways through the airport and adjacent airport parking garage to get to the pickup point and the lady on the phone who provided the directions for all that was not clear. We might use the service again now that we know how it works but for first-timers, it's not recommended.

Pick up was great at the hotel. However, unable to get in touch for pick return and had to Uber on my dime.

Great budget hotel. Rooms were clean. Free breakfast. However, the selection for their continental breakfast could have been better. And their juice machine was out of order. Do note. If you are renting this hotel because of the proximity to the airport, please double check the suttle times as at the time of our stay, they did not offer 24-hour shuttle a sign said 9-11. And it wasnt clear if it was am or pm. Kinda confusing, but we had a rental anyway.

Staying one night. After downtown accommodation for four nights I wanted to stay near the airport. Girl on reception is cool. Very pleasant to talk to. My room is nice.

Had a nice stay. Very close to the airport with complimentary transportation between it and the hotel. Very friendly staff. Had a small issue but it was solved and handle nicely. The room four stars because they are still renovating. I'm sure they will be 5 stars in a few months.

Loved the view, waking up

This hotel is a mixed bag. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very affordable. Staff was very helpful. With exception of the breakfast coordinator who was a real character and terrified most of us (do NOT fill the waffle batter over the line!!! I didn't notice any evidence that anyone did, but you can be sure it never will, under her watch!) Elevators, parking lot and some common areas need attention but they are remodeling. If you are looking for a clean, convenient and inexpensive hotel, with free Lyft service to the airport, this will fit the bill.

As a female solo traveler, the establishment provided above the mark experience. Dejanira who works at front desk made my stay feel cared for and safe. She is a pro! Manager Daniel Norton was great too!



People who gave this place lower rating, gives beer budget with champagne taste impression. For the price range and also for the ease of being nearby the airport. You don't need to fixated on that they have painter tape all around the wall(well it shows they are improving). Because you get a clean room, free ride to the airport and warm hospitality for less than 1 Benjamin Franklin. In my case, less than 8000 points from Chase.

Got in late, Leia was at the front desk and was amazing. Breakfast was good, coffee was good and the Manager Daniel really showed care and made us feel at home. Thanks to a great stay...GO NAVY!

Good, comfortable room and very convenient to the airport. The only downside is the hotel shuttle doesn't run until 7 am, which is not helpful for those leaving earlier in the morning. This should be posted on the website.
