Room 305 thermostat is faulty. Either too hot or too cold. It does not hold the set temperature. Manager could not fix it. Nor could she fix the faulty remote. Apparently someone messed with the settings. They tried. She brought a coffee maker...nice. Beds were great

Most of the electricity in the room does not work. No light in the bathroom. The phones don't work. There are no smoking signs everywhere, but the place smells like smoke. It's pretty run down. You can definitely do better for the same price or even less.

I have stayed here a handful of times. There’s a particular front desk lady that is always rude, seems like she hates her job. She can’t even fake a smile. And for some odd reason every time she checks me in, the prices are different and usually go up from what I originally booked or tries to give me a room I didn’t book. This last stay wasn’t great(6/26-6/27). The room she gave me smelt like mold, AC didn’t work during the night, shower didn’t have hot water. The bed was comfortable but sheets had cigarette burns in a smoke free room. I’ve stayed in other rooms in this same hotel and they’re great. But the front desk lady makes the overall experience bad, no hospitality whatsoever.

We had a really nice stay. We were surprised at the room cleanliness and the awesome ac. The only issue we had were what seemed like children running around over our heads at midnight and 5 am for both nights of our stay. The staff was courteous and the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. A word of advice--stay literally anywhere but here.

The front desk lady was incredibly rude and the shuttle service is a sham. The air conditioning did not work in our room and we were told to "just give it time." We had no A/C all night, our non-smoking room reeked of smoke, our "airport shuttle" was late taking us to the airport (the shuttle is just the front-desk lady in her personal car).

We made sure to double check with the owner that we would have a ride back from the airport- she assured us to call the phone number and we would have a ride. When we landed back at the Austin airport, we called the number of the hotel and we were told "We don't give rides at this time of day" -- It was 1pm. The lady at the front desk tried to tell us that we didn't even pay for that service. BS! After millions of excuses, she finally said a ride would be there in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, we called the number again. The front-desk lady said, "Sorry we are super busy right now." Excuse me what??? What kind of shuttle service that we PAID FOR cannot come pick us up from the airport?? Oh yeah- because it is just the front-desk woman's personal car. She finally said "okay I'm on my way." 30 minutes after that, we get a phone call. She said "there's too much traffic, I'm not coming." WHAT IN THE WORLD. We waited over 1.5 hours at the airport for this woman to tell us "I'm not coming?!?!?!" We had to pay for an uber to the hotel. NEVER coming back to this hotel.

Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE but here. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. 0/5 stars.

Reserved a king jacuzzi suite room. Upon entering the room I noticed the windows were left opened. Later that night I realized it was because the room smelled like wet carpet. Everything was old and outdated. Things were damaged and broken (light fixtures, lamp shades, ECT.) bathroom tub was broken and nasty. Bed was pretty comfy but pillows were flat. I was overall disappointed. Jacuzzi was awesome! That's about it though.

This was one of the worst places I've stayed! The key didn't work to the room. When we finally got into the room it smelled so bad of wet mildewed carpet! The light bulbs were burned out in most of the room. None of the clocks on the walls anywhere in the hotel was set right or even matched. The place is a dump! Definitely would not recommend

We flew in and wanted to eat and sleep. At check in we were told they did not have a reservation for us (which reading other reviews later found out happens a lot). Instead of wanting to assist us and a resolution, the front desk guy was just like sorry. So we call the third party booking site. They don't see any issue. They call the hotel and the guy finds it. I booked this specific hotel because they offered a "shuttle" to and from airport. First I email to book a spot, no response, then we call and were told no shuttle. We have to wait an hour for a ride to the hotel, just to find out there is a shuttle. We put our names on it for the next morning, just to be called hours before to tell us it had to leave 30 minutes early. Then we wait in the lobby and the lady ended up being late. I also booked this hotel for the breakfast. There was no breakfast. Don't put it as an amenity if it is NOT an amenity!! The coffee offered was disgusting. I didn't even want to touch the equipment.

We will definitely choose this property over the others we stayed at during our vacation. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The fridge and microwave was a pleasant surprise. Nice large bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay.

Room was comfortable. Room eas clean and bed was really comfortable. But due to early construction happening next to the hotel noise was not very cool in the morning while trying to get some extra sleep.

I bought parking with Super 8, paid $40. Part of the agreement was a free shuttle to the airport. I even called them to make sure shuttle is included and doesn’t need to be reserved in advance. When I flew back and called for the shuttle, they told me that there is no shuttle since the owner of the hotel is gone with the car. The person I spoke to told me to figure out my own way to get to the parking. No apologies, making it sound like it was my problem. I had to get a taxi and pay $30 for something that was supposed to be covered by a free shuttle. When I requested my money back to pay off the taxi price, I was told again that the owner isn’t there and no one knows when she or he is going to be back. It’s hard to believe that none of the workers of the hotel had a cover to come and pick me up. Or they could call the owner to talk to me about getting my money back. I had to call my credit card to cancel the charge. The staff is far from welcoming or professional. I would stay here or recommend the hotel or parking services to anybody.

Booked the king spa suite for 3 nights. The main lady at the front desk was very rude throughout my whole stay. She didn't even want to give me a change of linens, blanket, or towels when i asked and then when she gave me the linens she only gave me that but no blanket and no towels. When i first arrived there was a half used roll of toilet paper in the restroom and when i went later in the night to ask for a new one the guy at the desk said he didn't have a key to get into the supply room. The tv was very tiny with poor picture quality, tried adjusting the brightness on it because the picture was too dark but it didn't help at all. The room was ok but table was very sticky and the bathroom door didn't close all the way. The only thing i liked was the tub but it isn't worth the money. You're better off at La Quinta. Much friendlier, better service, and cleaner.... Do not waste your money on. The Super 8 motel!

Two stars it’s supposed to mean the comfort, not the hygiene, the floor with popcorn, microwave with sauce, the coffee machine used, and what is more interesting it is placed on the bathroom.

They offer breakfast but is not available anymore

1st Front Desk tells me its 119 for the room when I called. Then when I arrive I end up paying 153😒. The rooms looked like i stepped into an old 80s room. I do love the 80s however i would like that and its decor to remain in the 80s. The restroom looked dirty so me having kids wiped everything thoroughly down prior to using it. Then a couple of the table tops had some sticky and what was clearly food residue on them. So after I myself disinfected before we could even lay down I was over this place 100%. I was greatful the beds we slept in appeared to have clean sheets and blankets. I would have left however this was a day after the whole week of power outages and snow storm. I was having plumbing issues and this was the ONLY hotel around available. I would never recommend this place nor will i ever come back.

First off the service was bad, the room was nice but when I was about to go to bed I picked up the blanket to check it out and there was blood stains and also the restroom was nasty. So i do not recommend going to there

They rob you of Your deposit if $100. They find ways to make sure they get the deposit.

Service and staff is very bad. Maintenance is poor, shower water flow is very low and they keep a sign saying ‘think save water’ which is good but you can’t even bath with the outcome of the flow. Stayed only a night so was not great but ok.

No coffee in the room, poor shower water pressure, good pillows. A few of the lamps must be plugged in to use.

Due to the covid, repairs need to be done like the hung on the doors. The manager appears to be rude, but she isn't. It's just her culture. She is very nice.

We went with the Super 8 because it was near the airport and had good reviews for the price. No problems at all with our stay, but the water pressure really sucked... Also, don't try to get in the parking lot if you have a car that's low to the ground. It's a really steep hump to get in the parking lot. If you have a normal car or SUV you should be fine though. The free shuttle to/from the airport was quick and the driver was courteous. I do recommend this place as long as you can deal with the water pressure and can get in the parking lot.

Stay clear of room 303. The deadbolt doesn't work unless you left the heavy door up to latch it. But Don't do that, you also have to lift it to unlock it which took a while to do. The room looked nice, but the shower had Mold growing by the shower head and also where the shower was spaying on the wall. The paint in the shower looked like it was sliding down the wall and actually formed a water ridge behind the paint across the top of the shower. The best part about the free breakfast was the juice, waffles and the toast. They had reheated precooked scramble egg patties, sausage, and bacon. Some might like them, but they weren't to my liking and I eat just about anything.

Probably one of the best-looking Super 8 hotels around!

Pros:

- Each room is different, we've stayed here a few times, they each have unique furniture, etc.

- Clean. We've probably stayed here at least 3-4 times and haven't seen anything that would cause alarm (i.e. mold, bed bugs, etc.)

- Park and ride. They do have an option to do a park and ride, I forget how much it costs but do note that if you have a late return flight the shuttle service might not be available (we had to take a Lyft).

It was a functional place to sleep near the airport. Our room had an odd smell and there were two distinct iron burn marks on the carpet. The controls for temperature were pulled off the air conditioning unit so you could not make adjustments. On the plus side, the staff were efficient and courteous and the bed was comfortable.

Just stayed for overnight and didn't see much of the hotel but this was the nicest Super8 room I've stayed in. You can tell they'd put money into refurbishing/refreshing the hotel. Still some older elements but many new nice ones too like the room decor, beds and sheets. Hotel is very clean.

The room was okay, bed was so high I had to take a running start to be able to get into bed. Obviously they have too do some repairs because the ceiling had patches on it, one that looked like it was going to fall down. Right over the bed!! Then I booked the shuttle to the airport. To be there for a 5:38am flight. 4:00am was the earliest pick up. Nowing that I would be cutting close, but the airport was just a short distance away. So after waiting for awhile, my daughter went to ask asked about the shuttle. The front desk guy informed her that his wife didn't want to get up!!!! Look if you are going to offer a service, and people are depending on that service. GET THE WIFE UP!!!!!
