The location West is easiest for us. So easy to use, scan your phone and they tell you where to park. The van is at our vehicle to take us to airport so fast! Most times we are still double checking stuff and they are helping load the luggage. When we come home, they bring us back to our vehicle and we just scan and exit! First it's easy and quick and everyone is extremely courteous, but one thing that's huge - I never Uber to the airport, because I ALWAYS take advantage of car wash, and many times the detail package on my Porsche. The Shuttle Drivers were great. They picked me up and dropped me off at my parking spot. The first driver gave me a card with my parking spot number for reference, when I returned. They provided me help with my luggage both going and returning. My vehicle had a covered parking spot and protection from the elements. I had been using the other parking company every time I traveled for work. I needed to leave my car for two days while I rented a car and decided I would give these folks a try. I was already a member of their rewards program. I made a reservation on the app and drove in. I was going right to the rental car center. The shuttle bus was right there waiting for me as I parked. I did not have to wait at all. The shuttle driver was friendly and polite. It was a short jaunt over to the terminal and I was on my way. Fast and easy.
Parking here is cheaper than taking an Uber or Lyft, especially if you need to rent a car. It was a nice touch that they offer car washing while you are gone. I will definitely be back the next time I am traveling.

The first review I read was about a the car not being safe here and well that almost scared me off to be honest. But I read another review about the experience and I decided to try them out more fearful of the process the economy lot was going to have vs this parking lot.
Well my car was safe and the parking extremely efficient when I was there. I did not schedule ahead of time but they had availability (I wasn’t traveling during a major holiday), and the process was shockingly quick.
At other lots you park your car, wait at a bus stop, hope it isn’t full and pray you don’t have to wait a long time to get to your flight. The day I had to travel in particular I did not have a lot of time between arriving at the airport and catching my flight. Luckily here they give you assigned parking close to an already available bus, and I left so quickly I literally parked my car and immediately got on the bus with plenty of time to spare for my flight despite running late. I was worried because it’s slightly off the airport proper property it’d take longer but it was a speedy process.
Finally the price, I stayed for 3 days not being a member or reserving ahead of time and it was wonderful. Worth the risk (when you read reviews and the 1st one to show up is your car isn’t safe you’re a bit worried but it worked out!). For 3 days it was 44.20 which was much better vs the price I paid last time to park at the airport. To pay was simple, if you rsvp you can scan the code they send you or if you’re last minute like me you just use the same credit card you used for when you entered. You’re not charged until you leave so if needed you can change cards when you leave. The scariest actual worrisome issue I had was leaving since the exit for the lot is right out against the highway. But besides that I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and next time I have to park at the airport I’ll definitely consider this lot
Overall car was safe, service was quick and payment was easy and cheap (for an airport parking lot), would definitely consider using this lot again

After this experience I see no reason to ever park at the actual airport. Parking spot is more affordable, and extremely convenient as the shuttle literally picks you up at your car right after you park and loads your bags for you, take you directly to your gate and unload your bags so you can walk right in. We also paid for our car to be washed and detailed while we were away, and it was really nice to get back to a clean nice smelling car after a really brutal travel experience with delayed flights. Not to mention the shuttle drivers are so friendly, it definitely was the least stressful part of the entire travel experience

The Parking Spot really makes going to the airport easy. You can reserve a spot online for a discount, and if you have AAA you get another discount! All you have to do is scan a QR code when you arrive, park your car, and a shuttle takes you to the airport and drops you off. When you return, you simply call them, and get back on the shuttle to go back to your car. Also, they give you a business card with their number for you to call on your return and they write your parking space number on the card. Very thoughtful! Every employee that I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I flew home and I had a flat tire. It was 100 degrees out and the driver, Mike, took my pregnant wife and toddler to the lobby and set them up with water. I proceeded to change the tire and was stuck because I didn’t have the right ratchet wrench. 45 minutes later Mike came back to check on us to make sure we got off okay. When he found that I was struggling to change the tire, he spent his break going to his personal car, grabbing his tools, and coming back to help me out and send me and my family on our way. Great experience. Wait time was minimal. The driver put our luggage into the van and not only took it out of the van but took it to our vehicle and put it in the trunk of our vehicle. This location is convenient to get to right off the highway next to the airport. Friendly staff, and convenient shuttle service. My only complaint is I wish they had a better way to get to the south terminal for some of the airlines like ,Allegiant. I had to take The Parking Spot shuttle to the regular terminal and then wait at a shuttle bus stop for what seemed forever for a separate shuttle to take me to that terminal, which seem to be on the opposite end of the entire airport property. I almost missed my flight. This is not so much The Parking Spot's fault, but the airport has a very inefficient way to get people to that terminal.

Always a great experience. I make my reservation and pay online. When I pull in, I can barely get out of my truck before the bus is right behind me. The drivers always are friendly and helpful. I'm quickly whisked to the airport and dropped off at my terminal. The drivers always help me with my bags there as well. When I return, I don't have to wait very long for the bus. The drivers are friendly and helpful (even at 1am!!) and drop me off right at my truck. Leaving is just as easy and there are always cold water at the exit in the fridge. Can't tell you how great that cold water tastes after a long flight. This is the only parking spot I use.

Oncer you enter the shuttle you are given a card with your parking information on it. When you return to get your car you give them the card. Easy to find, right off the highway. The shuttle picked me up right at my vehicle. The drive to the airport was very short. Shuttle dropped me off right at the airline I was traveling with. When I returned, I was a little confused whether I would have to let them know I arrived or, just wait. I looked down at the card they give me when the shuttle picked me up at the lot. I looked up, and the shuttle was stopping to take me back to my vehicle. It was convenient. Fast. No stress pickup and drop off. Totally will be using The Parking Spot for all my travels. They have a rewards club too. You can pay to have your car detailed while you’re on your trip. 10/10 would recommend!
Edit: ok, after using the East location for parking... I have to edit my review! So, West is hard to get out of. You're forced to turn right onto HWY 71. In front of speeding traffic. Wait times to exit can get up there. I have to bump west down a star. East gets 5 stars.

Every time I have used the Parking Spot, they have truly impressed me with friendly and prompt service. They seem to always have the customers needs as their #1 priority. I am at the airport within a matter of 5-7 minutes. Great service!

The shuttle service was great. And being picked up at my car and not a centralized bus stop was good too. They were quick at getting me to the airport and back to my car after my trip also. The folks were friendly and helpful during both the start and end of my stay. Having the car under a canopy was good too to protect it from any possible weather stuff and if I opted to have it cleaned was a great option.

The process was easy. The staff is excellent! The price was reasonable. From the valet, shuttle driver, attendants, to the gentleman who completed my car detail, I really felt cared for. My car detail made me feel like I was stepping into a brand new car. My tire was really low and they ensured that it was full and warned me of how quickly the air was escaping. I had misplaced my claim ticket and the shuttle driver did not shame me and made sure that they had my information to have my car ready! AND IT WAS! I will not park anywhere else and I would recommend The Parking Spot to anyone who needs that service.

Updating my rating to 5 stars after they made a correction and completely improved their wait time at the airport. They are hiring professional drivers now who are on time and have the common sense of not leaving you stranded for hours at the airport. My most recent experience this month was very pleasant with almost zero wait time both ways. I am very glad that they paid attention to this issue and corrected it as I am a loyal customer who doesn't enjoy changing vendors/services once I'm happy with one. Thanks to Management for their positive response. Below was my previous rating. All fixed now:
I was a regular customer here and I had consistently good experience until April 2022, when I returned from my trip and had to wait over an hour outside in the heat and humidity for a shuttle to finally show up. They had their East location shuttles coming in regularly without issues, but the West location, which is more expensive than the East location by the way, had only one shuttle. All other airport parking shuttles were showing up within a few minutes. The worst airport parking experience I've had anywhere ever. I'm giving them one last chance by booking the East location next time. If that turns out bad too, I'm switching to another company.

They are improving the service all the time The wait times at the airport are not as bad as they were once. The service seems to be improving. I hope they'll continue to focus on quality customer service as there are so many parking options out there at the airport in Austin.

Excellent! Exceeded expectations. Valet is awesome! Enter and Hand keys over. Upon my Return, while riding on the shuttle bus from the airport they had pulled my car for me, waiting near exit, cooling off and truck open waiting for my bags!

Friendly service and the shuttles are always are running. Staff is friendly and helpful with getting luggage loaded and unloaded. Plus they offer cold water bottles when leaving. 3rd time using this place to leave my vehicle.

Price is reasonable but it feels like only 1 shuttle runs. Took 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick up at the arrivals in the middle of the day. In the time the 1 shuttle came, there were 4 of the competitor shuttles. I think I'll pay the extra dollar a day not to have to wait so long next time.

My credit card was offering 2 years of platinum status so I figured why not and decided to enroll at the Parking Spot. We had an upcoming trip so I signed up and immediately booked a reservation with a car wash. Both locations are conveniently situated but the west location is closer to us. When we arrived, we were greeted by a woman working the entrance booth. My confirmation was in the very back and not readily accessible so she helped us get in and explained where to park, what to keep, etc. After we parked in our spot, the shuttle was there before we even turned the car off! Both drivers we had going to/leaving the airport were very nice. When we got back, I couldn't find my ticket, but the driver was very patient and helped us find our car - eventually I found the ticket and we got to the car. The outside and inside of our car were super clean and looked awesome! For some reason, I had an issue getting out of the parking lot (I think it's because I didn't scan my QR when we initially got there), but a lady quickly saw and came over to assist us. Overall, I think the cost was reasonable and the service excellent. I am extremely satisfied with our first visit and can't wait to use the Parking Spot again on our next trip!

The whole process was simple! I recommend the app and booking a reservation before hand for a discounted rate! It was kinda tricky to find the turn I have to go back around but super simple check in and the buses meet you at your car and help with luggage. Didn’t have any issues! Will use every time I travel.

Affordable, discounts available, clean, well mannered, efficient and effective. Plus, with it being just outside of the airport, you can avoid the main chaos and relax while someone else drives you to and from your terminals. I plan on using them again. I would definitely recommend them.

I park at the Parking Spot West whenever I travel.,Easy to park, nice assistants, van drivers very helpful and nice and they assist with luggage into and out of van. Fast efficient service. I love the App., it’s very easy to make reservations. Very convenient location. Picking up at airport when I fly back is a breeze as well. I highly recommend the Parking Spot.

I always park here for work and use the points for my personal trips! The App is user-friendly and you can download your Reservation QR code to your Apple Wallet for quick scanning in & out of the lot. The trip to and from the airport is super quick and the drivers are very friendly and helpful. I got my car washed once, too, and they did a great job inside and out. Oh, and there is free water at the exit, too - perfect for Texas heat!! :)

I used to ALWAYS park in the AUS airport parking garage. It made me feel safer but then a few years ago I tried the Parking Spot West in Austin TX. Not only is it so much cheaper but I feel much safer. I am picked up and dropped off at my vehicle. I wouldn't use any other parking facility.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Jesse and his team at the car wash do an amazing job and provide outstanding customer service.
The manager, Chad at the parking garage is an upstanding guy and took care of a small hiccup no questions asked.
I have never waited for a shuttle (unlike another place I used many times) both times I’ve been here.
This is only my second time here after using another parking garage for years but I am a loyal and happy customer!
