Austin's Park and Zoom was very easy and the prices are lower than the normal.parking. The shuttles are constantly making rounds. They pick you up from and they take you right to your vehicle when you return.

This was the second time we used them and they did an outstanding job, in a rush we left our car keys in one of their shuttles and didn't realize it until we arrived at our destination miles away, once I let them know they got back to me right away and had them waiting for us upon our return!! Orlando did a really great job of having everything organized and kudos to our drop off driver for turning them in right away.

I haven't the best experiences using park and ride services from a hotel , so I Decided to try out a 24 hour lot.when I signed up for the club online it stated that my first reservation would be free.the day I checked out I was charged $65 .The staff was not very helpful or professional. I've never been so embarrassed in my life .But I was too tired to argue. I will NEVER park here again .

Don’t park here if you need to fly out of south terminal. They can’t drive you there. You’ll have to wait at the main terminal for another bus, in our case in this had ton happen in the cold rain. There is long term parking at south terminal for same price. I wish they had told us this before hand so we could have parked in better location without getting wet.

Easy, breezy parking experience. The arrival was way better than the departure. I was initially concerned as a shuttle drove past as soon as I stepped out of the baggage claim area and located the pick up area. Luckily, there was another one right there. Marissa was at the curb basically waiting for me. She helped me with my bag and we waited the requisite amount of time (maybe 3 minutes) before we left for the lot. She pulled right up to my car and even put my bag into my trunk. She is fabulous - warm, pleasant and informative - just the type of employee one should have in customer service.



I am only taking off one star for the driver that took me to the terminal. Since this was my first time, I had no idea where the drop off point was. He drove all the way to the end and said Southwest Airlines. Nope, I was flying American. He said that *I* should have said something. How am I to know? He really should have asked me the airline I was flying. And then to get snarky with me? Unacceptable.



Thankfully, Marissa more than made up of for the initial bad experience. Without her, I probably would have gone to one of the many other parking lots in the area. But, I will return.

Regular lots were full but they were actually cheaper than regular lots - $11 per day and covered. They also give reminder cards but still took a pic of my parking spot number

I genarlly park at Park and Zoom, normally very good experience until last time. in my last visit i hired them to wash my car . when i got back i found a big sctrach on my door. when i reported the incidenet , they confirmed that they drove my car , bu the assistanat manager told me that i had to filed under my insurance. that they were not liable.

i was positive that this was not right so i ask to talk to the general maanger. they told me that he was going to give me a call. after waithing more than a week no call, when i call the general manager he told me that there was nothing they can do. he said that when i signed for the required services i also signed a waiver for damages in my car.

I really think that is not right and they are abusing consumers.

Love it great staff and very convenient. Makes it easier to keep track of your receipts for business purposes. Just sign up for there online account. You will be able to scan the barcode from your phone browser to let you in. Whenever your ready to exit just scan that same barcode out and they will bill the credit card on file.



The only con is they don’t have an official app yet.
