Love it great staff and very convenient. Makes it easier to keep track of your receipts for business purposes. Just sign up for there online account. You will be able to scan the barcode from your phone browser to let you in. Whenever your ready to exit just scan that same barcode out and they will bill the credit card on file.
The only con is they don’t have an official app yet.

This was the second time we used them and they did an outstanding job, in a rush we left our car keys in one of their shuttles and didn't realize it until we arrived at our destination miles away, once I let them know they got back to me right away and had them waiting for us upon our return!! Park and zoom is such a synch to use. I recommend downloading the app. It’s very easy to use and if you have any issues when you get to the lot, there are always attendants there to help you figure it out.
This happened to me on my most recent visit. We arrived to pick up our vehicle at about 11:30pm, weary after a long day of travel. My code didn’t work for some reason and it was blazing hot, so naturally I was getting frustrated. The nice attendant rushed to my rescue, ice cold waters in hand! He directed me to drive over to the gatehouse to resolve my technical issue in a flash, and off we went. I wish I got your name kind sir, but whomever you are, thank you again for the cold water and keeping me calm.
There are many amenities to choose from, some of which being getting your vehicle detailed while you’re away, or a valet option if you’re really in a hurry.
I don’t understand how they run such a smooth system on the little that they charge you, but it’s worth every single penny.
Also, bring a few bucks to tip your Zoom driver. They do the heavy lifting and deserve some recognition. Be kind to them.
And lastly, they do not take same day reservations, so make your reservation at least a day or two ahead. You can, however, just drive up to the gatehouse and ask the attendant if there is parking availability. If they have it, it’s yours!

Nice, friendly, courteous and great customer service. I drove up asked if they were full. A man, who I didn't catch his name helped me and said he had ONE. Said he'll send a lady to pick us up. It was me and my two daughters. Carina communicated where to meet them when we get back from our travel.
I tried another parking garage before this place and that lady was rude and mean, made me back up my car when she could've raised the arm guards to let me turn around. She didn't. It wasn't an easy driveway to back up out of onto IH 35.
So yes, I would come back to Park and Zoom without a doubt. This time with a reservation! Highly recommend this place of business especially to a mom of children. Thank you to the man at the entrance for your kind heart. And to Carina for the communication for letting me know what to do when we come back where to look for your shuttle.

My car is at Park and Zoom now and I must say that the experience as I dropped of my car was above and beyond. I have been very nervous to travel alone with my 8 month old baby. However, they made my airport experience A MILLION TIMES better with their Valet parking service. I arrived and the ladies welcomed me with a smile and they helped me get going. I put my baby and stuff down and I immediately had a Mini bus take me to the airport and the driver even helped me open my stroller. I read another review where someone shared that they had to wait in the mini bus for other people to be ready to go, but I saw someone who was not ready and the mini bus just left. This is a kid friendly place and I will leave my car with them moving forward. I’m very glad that I did my research and found them because I was beyond nervous with my previous experiences with AVÍA. Don’t get me wrong the airport parking is ok, but when you have baby awake windows, and NEED a good a reliable service this is the place to go to. I used the airport parking and other parking lots many times and this is been the best by far. I hope the return is as smooth as the arrival.
One piece of advice would be to reserve your spot online in advance as the parking lot was full when I arrived. I just pulled my reservation number and it was all great. Thanks for your 5 star service.

I was so nervous to leave my car in a parking lot and I came back to find my car perfectly unscathed. Every single employee I interacted with was super nice and helpful. The first shuttle I didn’t get her name but she was a really sweet Hispanic lady on Tuesday, Oct 17 and the shuttle back was CJ who was awesome. Shoutout to the guy working at the booth at the entrance too.
Free water, closed off and covered lot, they help you with their bags and pick you up really quickly. They have Apple Pay too!

I've been using Park and Zoom for a few years now and have been very pleased with the professional service and the courteous drivers (CJ, Adriana, etc.). The gate greeter even knows me by first name as does Adriana, which I love that service. CJ is very professional and outgoing and knows his job very well and takes it serious. You all need more drivers like him. I would normally give a 5-star rating, which you all rightfully deserve. However, one of your drivers, Brion, needs some remedial training or something of the like. The times that I've had him as a driver to and from the airport, he just sits there while I'm loading my stuff onto his shuttle. I have a suitcase and two tool cases, all weighing approximately 120 lbs. This last time (10 June 2023), I came back from a trip and loaded my bags onto his shuttle while he just sits there. A minute or so later around 1:00am, a couple comes to his shuttle and he immediately gets up and loads their suitcases onto his shuttle. I look around in disbelief and wonder why I wasn't given that same treatment. Not sure if it was the fact that the couple was wearing masks and I wasn't, but that's the only thing I could think of as to why he didn't load my bags on for me. I would prefer NOT to have him as a driver until he treats everyone with the same dignity and loyalty. Thank you all for your business and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Park and zoom saved the day today. The Austin airport long term parking was completely full (have never seen that happen before) and in a panic we pulled into park and zoom trying to find somewhere to park. They were so kind and allowed us to park in their lot even though we didn’t have a reservation.
From now on we will always be sure to make a reservation for park and zoom in advance and know we never need to worry about parking again.

Easy, breezy parking experience. The arrival was way better than the departure. I was initially concerned as a shuttle drove past as soon as I stepped out of the baggage claim area and located the pick up area. Luckily, there was another one right there. Marissa was at the curb basically waiting for me. She helped me with my bag and we waited the requisite amount of time (maybe 3 minutes) before we left for the lot. She pulled right up to my car and even put my bag into my trunk. She is fabulous - warm, pleasant and informative - just the type of employee one should have in customer service.
I am only taking off one star for the driver that took me to the terminal. Since this was my first time, I had no idea where the drop off point was. He drove all the way to the end and said Southwest Airlines. Nope, I was flying American. He said that *I* should have said something. How am I to know? He really should have asked me the airline I was flying. And then to get snarky with me? Unacceptable.
Thankfully, Marissa more than made up of for the initial bad experience. Without her, I probably would have gone to one of the many other parking lots in the area. But, I will return.

The best airport parking experience of my existence. Not only is it close by to the airport and affordable but the service is fantastic. From the moment you enter they tell you which rows to park in (no more endless guessing) and send a van to pick to pick you up at your car.
