Comfort Inn & Suites EIA

We spent a night at the Comfort Inn & Suites airport location and were pleasantly impressed at the cleanliness of the room and hotel in general, the kindness of the staff on duty, the comfort of the beds/pillows, and overall feel of the hotel. The breakfast to-go was appreciated and enjoyed. I would recommend the hotel and easily stay here again.

Great place to stay. Very very clean and intact. The only issue is air and Highway traffic, if you are a light sleeper like me.

Thank you to the front desk staff, specifically Joanne, she was great, friendly and accomodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The location is very good. Walking distance to Gas station ,Tim Horton & A&w as well as a very good chinese restaurant "Red Bowl". Hot tub & pool was amazing. Rooms were standard, spacious and clean. Overall very comfortable stay. We will definitely come here again.

It’s a pleasure to stayed for a week in this hotel during march break. From the front desk to the staff are all amazing, we will come back here again.

Breakfast is good but a little variety would be great, overall it’s a great hotel near everything, I do recommend this hotel.

I stayed for only one night in this hotel. I found the hotel very clean and comfortable.



Additionally, it is only 5 minutes away from Edmonton airport. So if you have an early morning flight, it could be very convenient.



Bed was comfortable and pillows were of different density so it was easy to choose your preferred type.



Plenty of parking as well. Also there are several restaurants close by.

We stayed 2 days at the hotel. The receptionist (and probably the manager) were present and helpful. The Suttle to the airport too.

The room was clean. Not the most up to date when it comes to the decor, but for the price we paid, it is reasonable.

The breakfast was OK.

I would recommend the hotel, I even personally would go back if one day I needed to stay close to the airport.

We got there on friday nite 😴 stayed until monday . Our room was ready the staff was so friendly .the breakfast was delicious lots of choices from dry cereal to bacon and eggs. fruit yogurt. . Coffee and hot water any time of day .lots ice water and sanitizer The hot tub and pool was treat .the location was perfect for us . My husband and I both needed the relaxation thank you for a great visit hope to see you soon .. did i mention the beautiful park next to hotel and tim hortons and chinese restaurants and liquor stores and weed store and McDonald's and A&W are all wLki g distance

Super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were ok, a small old blood stain on one of the sheets and the complimentary shower supplies were enough for one person (even though we're are in a room for 4).

All staff are friendly, welcoming and nice. The room is spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast is very good. Free shuttle bus is scheduled between the hotel and airport. The hotel has the facilities of gym, swimming pool and laundry room.

I had a good experience except nowhere did it say that I could see that their pool and hot tub were closed for covid. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Price was decent

Hotel room was good but room had weird smell may be cuz of closed room. Service was good. Breakfast serving area was not so big. Breakfast was okay.

I’ve stayed here for two summer seasons for work and the staff is so friendly, they remembered me 9 months later. Incredibly helpful, kind, and chatty in the best way. Clean and never had any issues here!

Excellent. The staff was very obliging and service was great. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place unlike the place I originally had a reservation with in Edmonton.

Great hotel. I asked for a early check which was no problem. At check in the staff were Calvert friendly and welcoming. I felt very at home. I requested a airport shuttle which arrived on time. Rooms were very clean and modern. I totally enjoyed my stay and will stay there again when I’m in town.

My husband, son and I went for a Easter weekend getaway, this place was clean and comfortable and the best breakfast we've ever had for a free breakfast. Pool and hot tub were clean. Very budget friendly and service was amazing, all the ladies were so friendly and accommodating. Definitely will return to this hotel next time we need a getaway.

Clean rooms, nice facility, good breakfast options, service was sometimes slow, room service helped themselves to our room while I was in the shower and didn't leave when they heard the shower running; almost gave them an unintentional peepshow! Otherwise, much nicer than neighboring options, and within walking distance of food, snacks and fuel.

Staff were extremely nice and caring. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was surprisingly good. Location was perfect to get to and from the airport. Thank you!

I love this hotel. Its clean the beds are amazing and staff if fantastic. My only complaint is there isn't 1 kids tv channel. To a mom who travels alone with a toddler it makes it almost impossible to have a shower or get a little break. Please please add a cartoon channel option! This is our second stay in 2 weeks and will be many more thanks to the airport shuttle and close proximity.

Mily at the front desk was great! She was nice enough to hold my make up bag I left behind, put in a box for me and print out the shipping label to be picked up by Purolator. I called her so many times... she was very patience with me and she said to not worry she would ship it out for me since I live 3 hours from Edmonton! Thank you so much for doing me this favor! I got my make up bag and everything is just the way I left it! :)

I would stay here again. Clean rooms, friendly service. Pool for the kids and breakfast included.

Our only downfall was the in room alarm clock went off at 6 am. Housekeeping must not of turned off. Otherwise great stay.

Clean rooms and friendly staff were willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast buffet was decent.

Our Flight was cancelled and had to stay on extra 2 days in Edmonton. We picked the Comfort Inn because it was close to the airport, had a pool, and shuttle service to the airport and good rates. The girls at the desk are incredible helpful. As we had no car they arranged a shuttle service to bring us to the local restaurant for dinner.

Check in process was fast and easy. Although inside the room, the coffee wasn't very good and they didn't have any tissues are my only complaints. Other than that, my stay was good and I'd stay here again.

Amazing rooms and friendly, helpful staff. There's fast food, convenience store and the airport close by. Tim Hortons right across the parking lot! Rooms were kept very clean and there is breakfast every morning.

Decent room size and clean room and lobby. Due to Covid-19 times, only grab and go breakfast (granola bar, juice and yogurt).

A really nice hotel with prices you can't beat! There are a few stores nearby but restaurants are a bit further away.

Millie the front desk staff is amazing she really goes above and beyond! She really has great customer service and is super caring about the customer I would definitely come back just because of Millie😊

Very nice and clean rooms. Fridge and microwave as well as coffee makers in the rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was hot and tasty with a nice variety of items. Great value!

Really enjoyed the great customer service provided by Nilda. Even though you can tell she was busy running around doing so many things, she was so pleasant and cheerful!

Clean over all. Comfortable bed and the price is amazing. Stayed one night just because. Sure it's not downtown Edmonton but when you save 50 to 60 dollars for the same room I will take it every time.

This place is AMAZING! The price, service, location and cleanliness! We stayed here for two nights and it was great! Very quiet, clean and the bed was so comfy! It is right beside a few food places (Tim’s, Edo) which is very convenient!

Beautiful, very clean and the nicest staff I’ve come across yet. This will be my go to for all stays in Edmonton. Every staff member took the time to come and talk with my 3 year old.

Prime location and just 5km away from Airport . Access to Edmonton and Leduc town. Rooms are quite okay but not that rate. Average rooms with decent price. I recommend this hotel for transit passengers and visitors . Friendly guest service. great lobby and have sufficient parking spot.

I had a short overnight stay here . I didn’t book my room in advance. My flight was very delayed and I arrived at 4am. Called for the free shuttle and within 10-15 min they came to pick me up. I asked for a quiet room and the kind young man at the front desk (Darren?) was able to accommodate me. Because it was nearly 5am when I checked in I asked for a late checkout and the Manager Willie was so nice and was able to accommodate me. Breakfast was not fancy so don’t expect a hot buffet. As indicated it is a basic continental breakfast of toast, waffles, cereal, boiled eggs, yogourt… no hot food. For me it was perfect, I just need a peanut butter toast in the morning and that is what they had! Upon checkout shuttle brought me back to the airport promptly. All and all very clean, quiet hotel with wonderful staff . If you are planning on visiting the city however this is not a good option as it is very far from everything and there is nothing around this hotel. If you need a quick overnight stay this is perfect. Thank you for your hospitality Willie, Darren and all the wonderful staff of Comfort Inn.

We stayed here for three nights last week to attend the NPK races. After a horrible night in another hotel on the Wednesday night, it was so nice to arrive here. Friendly people, great AC, clean bright rooms and a delicious continental breakfast. Location is perfect for the Race track, hotel, designer outlet mall… we loved it! Thank you so much, we will be back for sure!

Was upset that the pool was under renovation and that despite the province being "open for summer" there was till no hot breakfast as of July 12-16th, 2021.



However, the room I stayed in was clean and fresh and the staff were great! Thank you to Dawn and the cleaning crew for such a warm and clean stay!

My stay was short and sweet. My husband and I flew out of EIA Thursday evening. We arranged to park our car there while we were out of town and the shuttle took us to the airport Thursday and picked us up Sunday night. They only charged $5/day for the days we didn't stay the night which is cheaper than a cab for sure. The Rooms were clean, comfy and the staff was wicked friendly. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heart beat!

it's quite a nice hotel, clean, modern, good staff. Best choice if you are going to class at CWB, also several places to get food and all within walking distance. You get a discount if you are going to class at CWB or use your AMA card for a better discount.

The rooms were spacious and well-kept, very nice overall. The hotel may be somewhat far from the airport but is close to very helpful establishments within a walk’s distance.



Huge shoutout to Joanna for being able to accommodate in a very short notice due to a flight cancellation. She is definitely an expert multitasker and definitely deserves a raise and promotion.

We stayed here to visit my brother-in-law who lives in the area. We asked him to join us for breakfast, but since the breakfast is included in the room rate we asked the front desk if we could perhaps pay a fee for my brother-in-law to join us. Nilda the supervisor whom my wife spoke with, seemed offended that she even asked the question and rudely reminded my wife that breakfasts were for hotel guests only (we knew that!), and then suggested that my brother-in-law bring his own breakfast.

I've traveled the world and have stayed in many, many hotels and have NEVER encountered anyone as rude as Nilda. She definitely shouldn't be a supervisor, especially in customer service

Comfort inn was a great stay in what was a very stressful time. They allowed us to check in at 4am after our flight was cancelled and all other hotels were not accepting guests. The staff were incredible- they were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to extend our stay when we needed because of the uncertainties of our flight. The amenities are excellent, bed comfortable and breakfast is all you need. Would definitely recommend and will stay again if I ever return to Edmondton!

I had to stay several nights at this hotel. It is a quiet, clean and well maintained place with courteous and pleasant staff. The breakfast is good, several restaurants around. I will definitely come back.

Staff is polite and knowledgeable, I stay here often for work. My only complaints are few. First, the covid breakfast bar replacement is way too basic in the shadow of it's former glory. Additionally, the appliances are not consistent between rooms, this is only really a problem if you plan to use a microwave or forget to bring a usb block.

Very nice staff good breakfast. The air conditioning didn't work the second day. If you are staying there a car is highly recommended.
