Great service clean friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast
I didn't get to stay there, my friend did and I went for a visit. And it was very clean, beautiful place to stay. If you're a person who gets distracted by a noise of airplane and highway speeds it's probably not a great location. Other than that it's great and well maintained.
I was so excited for this stay! Check in was good, the front desk clerk was nice and got us into our room with ease.
The room was spacious and shower was beautiful. I was so looking forward to the jacuzzi tub, even more so when I saw it had jets!!!
Went to run a hot bath, and realized the plug was broken, when it sits inside the tub as soon as the water hits it, it tilts and the tub wouldn't fill. My boyfriend went to ask for a different tub stopper, again front desk was fabulous and he tried his best to help us.
The new plug was to big, so eventuslly we used a face cloth and put it under the plug and then held it there while water filled up. Got in and pushed the jet button...nothing happened.
I spent the $$ because I wanted a spa/jacuzzi tub, in room for my anniversary with my man. It wasn't what I had in mind!
This AM, I have already dropped off my keys, there was no bell to ring for someone to come to check over the room for my deposit back but I'm not worried about that. I had to be at airport at 4am... I would have liked a little less complicated night with my man, as now I'm gone for a week.
Would still recommend, but not if the plan is a romantic evening. The spa tubs need to be fixed, than I could give a 5 star rating! 🌟
Great Price, clean Room, close to Airport, Complimentary Breakfast and most importantly a safe Hotel and location. Visited Edmonton from BC - Stayed 2 Nights.
Would definitely stay here Again.
1 roll of toilet paper for two for a three day stay. Room cards needed to be reprogrammed each day of the three days. Super inconvenient and annoying.
Clean room and reasonable price. Unfortunately, you should endure a bad sevice. It looks like they are not interested in your convenience while staying.
Great service and excellent pricing! Thanks Anne you were absolutely awesome especially for a new staff member 😀 The rooms were very very nice... jacuzzi suite is absolutely beautiful and totally worth the price. Will be back for sure.
Very clean and spacious room right next to the airport. The hotel and the room was beautifully decorated with modern touch. Room had a mini fridge and a microwave. Bed was very comfy. It felt like 4* hotel except the front desk staff was borderline rude. He was not accommodating and belittled me every time I said anything. I guess value pricing comes with poor customer services.
Hotel itself was comfortable but no coffee machine in room because of "COVID-19 ". I don't understand this as every other hotel I have stayed in has had coffee machines in the room. This was my third hotel this week. Nowhere for coffee or breakfast. This will influence me in the future, I will stay somewhere with a coffee machine.
This place is definitely our usual stay in town!
The rooms we have stayed in have been very clean. And one of the cleanest we have been at. The bathroom size is so large and nice to have. It makes staying at very comfortable!
The staff has always been very accommodating, providing extra towels or pillows if asked
The reason why it gets a 4 star is, having paper cups in the room (instead of glass cups I'm assuming due to covid - cause they did have them before)
Also being a bit more timely on the room checks post stay for damage deposits would be a definite bonus as $200 is alot for a damage deposit.
However that small thing is minor as compared to the pleasant stays we continue to have at stars Inn. Keep up the good work
Would definitely stay here again! Stayed 2 nights. During covid received excellent service and beautiful clean conditions amazing helpful staff tasty treats provide along with coffee in the morning satisfaction.👍☺️
My wife and I went there today around 4:30 pm, we are staying in Leduc for 7 weeks for business and we wanted to book our stay, we checked the place online, with the amenities and the price we said this is the perfect choice, we went there, once we got in we met the most unwelcoming receptionist ever!! No smile, no even Hi!! She just kept looking at us for a while then she nod saying "hmm? That was her" Hi, how can I help you?" We asked few questions and she answered back in a very unwelcoming way so we cut it short right away and we went out and not coming back!
Very affordable and well kept. If you are looking for a quick overnighter I would recommend this place.
Best deal in town...excellent service, excellent all around....and before Covid best breakfast.
a real good experience with the hotel staff and facilities and especially the pricing. but would recommend to consider more kitchen equipment or basic such as glasses or microwave for clients. it makes life easy
Its a good place to stay but don't like the staff here
Very nice clean rooms. Nothing fancy but very good for the price.
I've never stayed at a hotel so beautiful before. I will definitely be back, and will be telling friends to check them out also.

I wasn't able to take pictures but this place is a good surprise. It is clean, quiet and the room is big. Only thing maybe is that they don't serve breakfast anymore with the stay due to covid but everything else is great. The pictures on the site is what it is or maybe better. It was a great place to stay.
Beautiful view of the city from the suite window. Great services! Loved it.
Big and modern rooms. Nice design.
Staff were kind.
Nice and clean room. The room seem larger than normal. The price was very economical.
Had I known the pool was closed and the breakfast was just muffins and chocolate bars I would have stayed at the Marriott.
Our room was OK the coffee station was dirty and still had coffee in it from the previous people!
Good hotel when on sale ($75-85 for the night). Rooms are new looking and clean always. I look forward to staying here during my travel commutes.
Really nice modern rooms. Loved the faucets and the rain shower head. Great pressure. Beds were comfy. Rooms were clean. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. Wasn't overly scorching hot like some places I've been. Price for the room was amazing!! Would definitely recommend this place and i would stay there again for sure.
Beautiful rooms for the cheap price I was shocked.. 10/10 recommend jacuzzi room
This is a modern style hotel. Very clean and bright. Rooms are very large and the furniture is new. Bathroom is spotless. Nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi. . Staff are friendly and smiling. It is close to the airport. Overall a very convenient place to stay. Good value for the money. This hotel is accessible to wheelchairs.

Very good value for the price. Nothing spectacular given the price point but for someone just wanting a place to stay close to the airport, this is the best place to be. Good breakfast. Building is new. Room is clean enough but could do better on common places like elevators and hallways (dusty, lots of dirty hand streaks)
I love staying here! I have stayed here dozens of times and I keep coming back. I have stayed in hotels all over Edmonton, several times over. The Stars Inn is newer, clean, with very large rooms, comfortable beds and a very good breakfast which is included. It also has a pool hot tub and a golf simulator. You can rent right handed clubs. Very close to the airport. I stay here even when I am doing business in the city because the quality for the price is unbeatable. The price is fairly low. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is always pleasant. I have never had a bad experience while staying here.
This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.
Service and accommodations are out of this world.
Stayed for only one night.
The complementary breakfast lacks a better vegan food menu.
Just fruit, which sufficed.
Hotel is nice and new with modern decor. Rooms are spacious and hotel has a nice pool/jacuzzi and great hot breakfast. Definitely recommend. Great value for the rate 😄
NOT CLEAN, UNDER STAFFED, DO NOT STAY HERE.
Long story short - our first room was DIRTY, our second room was better but still needed the bathroom cleaned (hair and dirt in the shower to mention only 1 problem). No staff to clean it, front desk lady showed up at our door at 10pm to clean the bathroom (we checked in at 7:30). The breakfast was EMPTY, and only a couple of people trying to take care of it while there were multiple sports teams staying the weekend from what I understand. They should have maybe prepared a little better for the amount of guests.
Went to iron a shirt - no iron in the room. Had to go to the front desk and give them my room number to get an iron... seriously??? The iron leaked water out through where the electrical cord comes out... had to get a second iron, meanwhile my son’s dress shirt was soaked.
Pool closes from 11-2 every day... really??
I guess it was a long story. In a nut shell, we will NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN and I would not recommend it to anyone. If I could give it no stars, I would.
Nice modern rooms, the lack of carpet in the rooms make for a noisy stay from rooms above. Cold feel to rooms due to black and grey decor and minimal decor on walls. Decent price. Will try another next time in town
My trip started off with calling for the shuttle. The guy at the desk said it would be there right away. When I called to ask about the shuttle 20 minutes later the guy mumbled something and hung up on me. Meanwhile the shuttles for the other hotels were on their second trip. I asked a driver if he was going to Stars Inn and said he would call my shuttle driver, which he did. He then said he would drop me off because my driver still wasn't coming. Thank God for him.
When I arrived at the desk and said the shuttle never arrived the guy at the desk told me that he has no control what happens outside the doors.
I finally get to my room which is wonderful BTW. Until 6am when the train horns from the nearby railway start blowing. For the next hour. I went to this hotel because they advertised soundproof rooms and I needed to get some rest. Soundproof doesn't apply to train horns.
The Stats Inn is fantastic value, especially for its price point.
The room was very clean when we arrived. Our suite included a desk, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and television.
The bed was comfy with semi firm pillows that were quite comfortable as well.
The bathroom was clean with a lit mirror and large shower. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were found in a dispenser on the wall.
The pool was a little small, but the hot tub was large enough to fit 6-8 adults in it. The gym looked like it had all the staples. The included breakfast was quite impressive with hot and cold items.
The only reason why the Stars Inn gets 4 stars is because of the false fire alarm that woke us up before the crack of dawn. Also, our safe didn't work, or wasn't included with our stay.
