When I made the very poor decision to fly out of Edmonton rather than Calgary to save a few bucks on our winter vacation, Coast Nisku came through to save the day. We were able to park our vehicle here at a smashing rate for 3 weeks and then return to an extremely comfortable room when landing at 2 am. They provided a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport, gave incredible service and a free delicious breakfast. This was by far the best bang for your buck on our whole vacation.

We had a small mishap with the key to our room and the staff went over and above to make it all right.

I can't recommend this stop enough if you are flying in or out of Edmonton.

Great job Coast Nisku and thank you so much for making my bad decisions into a great experience!

The reception staff were exceptional. We walked into our booked room and it smelled faintly of smoke, so I went back and asked to move rooms and she upgraded us without a second thought. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

I've been a regular @ The Den; a pub in the Nisku Inn for 3 years now. Every Thursday night for karaoke. The food and the staff are excellent; very friendly & care about their customers. Very glad they're reopened for dining & drinks @ limited capacity. Enjoyed my Potroast soup tonight πŸ˜‹

A decent hotel that checks boxes but the location is not great.

The view from my room was a trash yard.

The restaurant is Montanas which is decent.

Overall the place is average. The pool is so small for how many guests are. It was packed full of kids and families with little room for anyone else.

The exercise facility is average for a hotel. They are always an afterthought.

Clean rooms, affordable, friendly staff. Hotel is very clean, love the newly renovated swimming area beautiful, wish the water was warmer like before tho, most of all the food was amazing, awesome service, food came quickly and the food tastes amazing. Breakfast was nice also. Would recommend and will be back for sure, my family had a great time πŸ˜ƒ

The hotel provided excellent accommodations at a reasonable cost. Given my apprehension about driving in a congested urban environment, this location was ideal. The staff was generally friendly, although the front desk personnel appeared to require additional training, as they inadvertently charged my credit card twice. Fortunately, a more experienced staff member was able to rectify the error.

I can't speak to the rooms or other amenities at the Inn as I was only there for an event held in the banquet hall. The banquet room was a decent size for this event, maybe 23 tables of 8, and there was decent space to move around the tables. The chairs were comfortable, and the table cloths and napkins were clean. The place settings were decent and cutlery and glassware were clean. The catered meal was good and fresh, and staff kept the chafing dishes full as people moved through the lines. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The sound system functioned adequately. The venue is not too far out of Edmonton so the drive home was not bad. The only real negative was that there was not adequate parking available for the event, and the additional parking area was not clearly identified, nor was it clear how vehicles would be able to exit from the overflow parking, as the parkade bar and ticket system was not clear. Overall, the banquet at the conference centre was pretty good.

We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and really enjoyed our stay. The service was very friendly and it had a unique fountain aesthetic in the courtyard. While you can tell that the building is a bit older, it was updated, well maintained, and we were very impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The in house Montanas provided an excellent meal. Because of CoVid, there was no breakfast, but they did provide an adequate bagged breakfast and there is Starbucks coffee in the room. There is also a pool and hot tub that we saw single families using (Covid - book a slot) and the kids looked like they were having fun. The parking lot is large and allowed us to park an extended truck with ease. All around it was an excellent stay.

This hotel is very good. The pool is nice and the waterslide is also really good, but the pool does have a lot of chemicals in it so most of the time you get a big rash the day after you go in the pool. The montanas in the hotel is also really good. Most of the rooms are nice but i mean most cause some rooms are really run down and old.

Coast hotels Nisku is probably the best bang for your buck you can find. Staff were friendly, Hotel is clean and modern, room and beds were fine. When paying 60$/night and it comes with free breakfast you expect Continental breakfast (dry cereal, milk, toast). Well Coast Hotel Nisku gives you a free hot all you can eat breakfast buffet! Kids loved the waterslide and the pool. Plus they are pet friendly so bring Fido for the trip!

There were some snags such as the A/C not working so we had to move rooms. Smoke detector in room started beeping so they wanted to move us again however after explaining that we were moved once the manager came to fix the issue. Hotel is not in Edmonton but your a short 10 minute drive from the city.

Bottom line this is probably the best value Hotel stay I have ever had. I highly recommend Coast Nisku if you want to do a family trip on the cheap!

This hotel still needs some finishing from construction, especially the showers since the half wall layout means that lots of water leaks onto the floor, so that was pretty annoying. That said, the room itself was nice, quiet and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was excellent and has a very nice water slide which incidentally was one of the primary reasons we choose this hotel. Breakfast was included and the price was excellent. Overall an excellent stay.

This is a 10/10 family hotel. We absolutely loved the fact that Montanas and the awesome pool are inside the hotel. We got here checked in, had a great dinner, swam for a couple of hours, and then went to bed. Really enjoyed it.

We stayed here a full week and very much enjoyed our room and breakfast each morning. Kamal was a very kind and accommodating manager. The lady serving us in the restaurant for breakfast each day was friendly and attentive.

The only issue we had was the large groups of people who were there the last couple days and who filled the pool to over capacity the entire time it was open, it made it impossible for us to enjoy the pool or hot tub at all the last 2 days of our stay.

Went for hockey tournament, kids loved the pool. Rooms were decent, no water one night. Had a really hard time getting rooms booked as group when it came time to pay. Overall not bad though.

We had a family get together and booked rooms here. The rooms were clean and met the needs of everyone. I would suggest if you’d like a quieter stay to request a room that doesn’t view the pool area( it gets loud)

The morning hot breakfast was good ( no fresh fruit or cereal though ) . The hotel needs a few repairs but for the price point and what it had to offer for us, we were all generally happy with our stay. We would come again.

I stayed at the Coast Nisku Inn & Conference Centre while in Leduc for a week of work and was very comfortable. Both the restaurants were great and the service in the restaurants and front desk were fantastic.

If you are staying in Leduc check this out hotel out. The pool area and decor looked great as well.

First of all I want to say a big Thank you to Debbie and Gary, thank you for making our event a success. I just had an event for my sons first birthday, had a bit of disappointment with decorations as I got stood up last minute, the Nisku Inn team was absolutely fantastic they quickly made us a wonderful backdrop with arch and flowers and lights it just made it more special. Food has always been my favourite, this was our fifth event at the hotel due to the food and service being great. Thank you Chef Stephen, everyone of the guest complimented the food being great. Thank you Debbie once again for everything you have done for us. And a special thank you to Gary for making sure everything went smoothly and for the complimentary popcorns.

Staff was exceptional. Room was good and clean. The Montana’s in the hotel has great food and service as well. Our only issue was on our last night and had nothing to do with the hotel staff but rather guests who don’t believe in following the rules at the pool. You have to book the pool according to Alberta Health regulations and there is a limit to the amount of people in the pool and hot tub. It is a shame people do not want to listen as this can ruin it for those who do.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. I have been coming for years because they give great service. I travel lots for work and you don't find this personal care for good service very often.

Loving the stay at this hotel. The outside parking lot is spacious and a very modern looking entry. Beautiful Lobby with pool area, including a rustic feel wooden bridge to the in house restaurant Montana's. The restaurant fits very well with the aesthetic of the lobby. A hairdresser and gift shop also populates the lobby area (although I don't believe the gift shop was open at this time). The front desk staff have all been polite, pleasant, and friendly too talk to.

The room itself was very clean, with your standard hotel room layout. Most of the "common" items are missing from the room (i.e room service menu or hotel menu, no robe, no coffee maker.) Most likely due to the covid pandemic. The T.V is also very basic, with just cable and no ability to rent movies or view your standard Welcome screen that some hotels have. The picture quality is so poor on some of the channels it is unwatchable (removal of star for the basic inability to enjoy the TV basically rendering it useless.) Also with no TV guide, you have to Google the local TV guide just to know what is playing. For the price of the room it should include the ability to enjoy some entertainment.

The pool was clean and very well lit with natural light from the above skylight. Makes the pool shimmer very nicely and makes for some good photos! The temperature is a little chilly, but that is too be expected. Also, due to the Covid pandemic, you must book and "reserve" times to use the pool, but have been very accommodating with the times. Also, a lack of patrons at the hotel also helps with booking in some pool time.

All in all, it was a very pleasant experience so far, with pleasant staff that also smiles and greets you and very clean areas. The technology in the rooms could be updated for a real "complete" stay.

I stayed there for two nights for a conference.

My room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable. I found the room to be very quiet, I could not hear the other rooms or doors opening and closing as I have been able to in other hotels. The heater in the room was a bit noisy, but I am a very light sleeper.

The bathroom had a big hair dryer; not the usual tiny ones. The staff was excellent.

The little store is great, the lady who runs it is lovely and the prices are super fair.

The television had limited channels, but I wasn't there to watch television.

The pool was alright; pretty cold.

I did get a slight rash from the chemicals but I guess that means it was disinfected?

I had tons of hot water. I had lots of towels in my room that were soft. The ones by the pool were crunchy.

The staff was wonderful.

The conference room was FREEZING!!

The food they served at the conference was excellent and abundant with lots of choices.

Montana's was great too!

Overall a great little stay and would go there again, if I had to! (I'd rather go to Costa Rica....) ;)

Stayed here a couple of nights just to get away. The pool was fun and not to busy. Having Montana's in the hotel is great. The continental breakfast is not bad, they could use more fruit and some yogurt but good quality doo that is there.

I just had my wedding here and it was phenomenal! The rooms are beautiful and clean! The staff was friendly and helpful! The one minor communication error was addressed immediately which was amazing! And Gary was so unbelievably amazing he went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went as smoothly as possible and he made sure the day after for clean up was just as easy and fun! I love this place and we plan on spending our anniversaries here! Highly recomend!!!!!!

We had our wedding here and the service, attention to detail and care was above and beyond. The food was AMAZING and everyone was raving. Debbie the events manager and the catering manager both were on top of everything and I didn't have to worry about all the little and big things you don't think about until they are upon you. We viewed many hotels in Edmonton and I am beyond thankful we went with Debbie and her team. Our guests spent the night and everyone was happy and breakfast was awesome!

Love the Coast Nisku as a hotel and venue for hosting our wedding. I had done a lot of shopping around and found their facility was by far the best in consideration of prices and services. Bonus: they don't have ugly hotel carpet that so many other venues do, and found their ballroom and reception room so convenient being right next door to each other and perfect for our Old Hollywood wedding theme. My guests were happy with the room rate for the wedding and quality of the rooms. I loved the continental breakfast the next day, delicious! I also got so many compliments about the wedding food including appetizers, buffet, and midnight snack! Their kitchen is truly amazing.

Very good hotel I was there unexpectedly due to a flight cancellation and was put up for the night here. Staff was great very friendly. Very clean place... Covid protocols were followed closely and there were plenty of amenities there including Montana's bar and grill. Swimming pool also had a waterslide I didn't go in but it was also very well kept.

This is a really nice hotel, we are very surprise that we paid $90/night. We are not having too much expectations but when we get inside if the building. The place is huge, looks new, clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic for children. The breakfast is amazingly good. We had a problem to noise on the floor above us and when we told to the front desk, they moved us to different room. We enjoyed our Staycation on this hotel. Definitely, we will come back once a month. Ironically, we just live 5 mins away from this hotel.

The room was clean and fresh with a nice shower. Our Auxiliary meeting took place in a fine conference room. The food tasted delicious and our every need was met. The staff are courteous and efficient. Thank you for our pleasant stay, and a memorable conference. I highly recommend Coast Nisku Inn & Conference Center. It is on the east side of #2 highway where the Edmonton Airport is on the west side of #2, a convenience to all.

If you have to go through/stay in Nisku, this is the place to stay. We recently stayed with our hockey team, and everything was amazing. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The common areas are tidy and clean at all times. The rooms were impeccable and had the sheeting over the duvets so they are changed all the time. They have a strict noise policy, and it made for one of the nicest stays we have experienced in a very long time.

The free breakfast was less than desirable, but not bad enough to knock off stars. The Montanas in the lobby has some of the nicest wait staff - shout out to Bonnie - and overall, you won’t regret staying here

For a hockey family stay I must say it’s a pretty great place. They let the kids play in the hallways and there is a great pool. Pretty nice hotel. At 10:00pm they start letting kids know it’s time to head back to their rooms. Definitely recommend for Hockey Stays!

The room was spacious. The room had TV and coffee maker - no microwave or kettle. Free breakfast was good but it was the same types of food everyday and variety was limited to fries, pancake, egg, bacon, sauce, bread, orange juice, coffee and a sparse tea collection.

We had our corporate Christmas party at the Coast Nisku Inn this year. We haven't had our Christmas function there in a several years, but decided to try it out again after their renovations were completed. So glad we did! The catering manager Debbie and her catering staff were pleasant to deal with and ensured our party was a success.

The highest compliments to the Chef !! Wow- What an amazing meal! Everything the chef prepared was exceptional, and all our guest were raving about great the beef tenderloin was. At the last moment we had a request for a vegetarian meal and the Chef catered to that request without hesitation, and our guest was more than pleased about the fantastic vegetarian meal.

I would definitely recommend the Coast Nisku Inn! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are clean and nice. They have bigger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. If you want the bottles they charge them to the room.

The pool is nice! Its has a open concept feel. There is a kids splash area and a hot tub.

The conference room is big and has beautiful lighting. The servers were friendly.

They serve Starbucks coffee but not Starbucks decaf and I had to ask them to make decaf. Their tea selection was delicious!

My husband and I race at Castro Raceway. We have been staying at the Nisku Inn for several years, however we could not go for the past 3. We have started racing again and booked as always at the Nisku Inn now Coast Plaza. We could not believe all the changes that have happened and still on-going. The one great thing that has not changed however is the amazing customer service. Friendly, professional, courteous and always helpful. Hotel has always been clean, the breakfasts were always excellent (quality food and variety - not a continental breakfast). This is a great hotel if you have children as well. Keep up the excellent work!

Had a great 1 night stay here. Booked with some points and check in and check out were a breeze. Both quick and easy. They give you breakfast vouchers for you to enjoy at the Montana's on site. It's a buffer style breakfast that goes from 730 to 930. The swimming pool has a stupid fast water slide in it. Docked 1 mark on the review because some of the attractions within the pool did not work. Parts of the hotel feel dated, whilst other parts feel extremely fresh and current. Trendy even. Our room was comfortable, and no weird "hotel sounds" kept us up at night.

Would stay again.

As I am a frequent traveler, I will say this was the worst stay I have maybe ever had.

I am not sure if hotel was under maintenance or if it was just really run down.

My room had 2 ceiling tiles that were not in place straight, tv remote couldn’t turn on/off the tv - you had to physically do it, the chair had wear marks all over it so bad that I was not comfortable sitting in it. They did change the chair out during my stay without me even mentioning it. I could go on and on.

The restaurant was terrible service and I would never go back.

I will bring staying elsewhere even if I have a conference at this location.

Edit review: Very rarely does a company "do the right thing". I will give the management of this establishment a very good rating because they contacted me and made things right. I appreciate that effort and wanted everyone to know that even though my stay was not great at the time (everyone has a bad day) they attempted to make it right.

As part of the team at Discovery Place in Devon, we were proud to gather to celebrate our hard work in the business community. The banquet staff delivered a Disney-quality magical night. The tender roast beef could be cut with a butter knife and it melted on the tongue. We can't wait to show our residents the trophy. The event went smoothly. The silent auction staff managed to have a smile for us all night. I imagine that their task was daunting.

I’ll happily rebook at this or any Coast hotel! The price was incredibly reasonable. the waterside made my daughters day! Mary, who was working the reception desk, was very helpful and kind. Montanas made all the room service room fresh to order (but forgot the cutlery) it wasn’t loud at all. Breakfast was delicious and you could see the employees working to make sure everyone has what they wanted. The shuttle to the hotel was prompt. The o my real cons were some minor aesthetic damage (nothing to write home about), the odd bug and how brightly the hallway lights crept under and around the door.

A unassuming gem! On first approach the Facilities bright colors and open lot are very welcoming. Staff are as helpful as they are punctual! The entire facility is extremely well maintained and modern as of this review. Location is fantastic as South Edmonton is 15 minutes drive, Outlet mall and Costco are barely 5 minutes. As well as the EIA. Only malfunction in the hotel was a missing spray attachment in the children's splash park. Super cool Atrium with a Montana's restaurant INSIDE the hotel! Fairly quiet, airport traffic was minimal. Will stay again for sure!

We had our wedding here and I want to thanks Debbie, Gary, and the staff. They went above and beyond in making our wedding memorable and the food/dessert were great, everyone loved the food. With the hotel located near the airport, have the rooms and having both the ceremony’s and reception rooms next each other made planning even more better and the guest loved this as well. I would recommend having a wedding and reception here

Attended a wedding here. Food and service was top notch. Our room however was awful. No door on the shower not enough light to brighten the room, and a very odd layout to the rooms. Great place for a function bit I'd probably recommend staying somewhere else.

Pretty great hotel with only a few minor caveats.

The good:

The beds are comfy, and rooms are clean.

This hotel has a ton of amenities, more than most. There's a nice little gift shop with a range of snacks, necessities, jewelry, and random gift shop things. An adults only pub with a pool table, inexpensive food and drinks, (seriously, butter chicken, a beer and two glasses of wine cost me under $50), and they have karaoke on Thursdays. There's a Montanas in-house that has a breakfast buffet included with your stay. There's a fantastic looking pool area with a nice waterside for the kids and is centered in the hotel with rooms looking over it for easy viewing if you have kids that old enough to go alone. There's a nice little water feature and river with a bridge going over it that you have to walk over to get to Montanas, and the overall asthetic is really nice in comparison to other nearby hotels. The proximity to the airport and airport parking make this place my top pick for anytime I need to stay in the area.

The bad: (and this is a little nitpicky)

The rooms seem to have thin walls without much insulation, so if your neighbors are loud, you'll hear them (or their TV). There's no art in the rooms, which makes them feel a little incomplete. The water pressure in the showers is very weak. That's really it for Negatives.

The verdict:

I would 100% recommend this hotel as a top choice if you need a place to stay close to the airport or if you're in town on business.

My husband and I got married this August. The event manager, Debbie was a real gem to work with. She helped make everything run so smoothly and effortlessly. Her communication with us was great and very much appreciated. The event space is beautiful and affordable. Our guests absolutely loved the food, specifically the fish. We had such an amazing wedding and it was all thanks to Debbie and Gary. If you are thinking about booking this venue, do it. Good price, good food, good service. It will be everything you’re looking for. The only thing to mention is that the honeymoon suite’s bathroom is in desperate need of a reno. If you’re looking to have something blue for your wedding, you will find that with the blue toilet lol.

The updated rooms are really nice. The pool area being in the center of the hotel is enjoyable. The fact that Montana's is in the hotel makes going for supper after work easy. Access to the airport is close. I'll definitely be staying here again. Can't beat the rate either

This was a great hotel. It has some pretty features like the river that runs through. Is it close enough to Edmonton but away from the busyness. Our kids loved the pool and water slide. The water slide is large and fast. We enjoyed the hot tub. The staff are super friendly and the hotel is clean. Beds and pillows are comfy! The beds are smaller than queen size but I find that at many hotels. The fitness room is average but needs a few updates. The breakfast is okay, not much for selection though. All in all, we will stay here again anytime we need to be in Edmonton for an event.

Comfy beds, easy check in with reasonable rates. Loved that Montana's is the restaurant inside the hotel. Nice little gift shop. The room was clean but the bathroom has a barn style door that does not offer alot of privacy while in the bathroom. You may not be able to see in, but you can hear everything. I would stay here again especially if traveling from the Edmonton airport.

We attended a convention at this hotel with about 75 attendees. Roshan and his staff were super. The food served for the three days was excellent and the service was great. Roshan was very quick to respond to our technical needs or changes. The pool was a little cool, but the hot tub was kept at a toasty tub temperature. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.

My family has spent some stay-cations at this hotel, and even if it’s a little pricy it’s so worth it, you get a free breakfast and free swimming and there is a gym, also the rooms are amazing, the showers have all the essentials like shampoo conditioner and body wash, and it’s all natural ingredients so I really recommend this hotel 10/10 amazing

Attended a wedding. Did not stay overnight but did go to montanas and the other lounge pre and post ceremony. Great service. Reception ran like clockwork. Nicely done. Would recommend.

Stayed in a room with a king sized bed. The room was nice and large. Very sturdy suitcase bench. Beds were triple sheeted, which I love. Unfortunately, they use a flat sheet as the bottom sheet (instead of a fitted sheet), which is difficult for me as I move a lot in my sleep and ended up unmaking the bed every night. The fridge in the room was great, both to keep my partner's insulin and some pop cold. Shower was very large. Pool and hot tub are fantastic! Complimentary breakfast had lots of protein options. And the staff were absolutely fantastic!

The Reno looks good and the rooms are clean. Montana's in lobby for dinner and drinks it's a perfect setup.

I wasn't a huge fan of the sliding bathroom door as for privacy. As well as they could definitely add more towels considering the facility has a pool. No robes were available in our room, which would have been a nice touch. But the staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

I have stated this location multiple times and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and polite. The rooms look recently updated, smell fresh, and the beds are comfortable. The pool and hot tub area are spacious with a water slide for the kids and cool LED accent lighting. There is also coin operated laundry, and exercise room, the Montana's restaurant with excellent food and shuttle service to the airport which is quite handy. I highly recommend this location to anyone

To be honest, I'd give this place a 5 stars if not for the gigantic heater/cooling unit by the window which was really noisy. What made me give it a high rating was the clean white sheets used for the bed, clean, bright toilet, spacious room, proper clothes hanging area and also a very friendly and helpful staff. They do provide complimentary Starbucks filter coffee in the room for you to have a cuppa whenever you need that caffeine boost.

When we got there (due to flight cancellation which was due to crew staffing issues), it was close to midnight and there was one duty staff at the front desk. He checked our vaccination record and IDs and provided us with the card keys. I had many questions and to our pleasant surprise, breakfast was provided! Apparently they provide breakfast for all guests and it is a sit in buffet style breakfast. Do take note that the utensils are shared by every guest (which is a minus, but you can sanitise your hands after taking the food). Coffee, tea and juices are also provided at breakfast.

There is a pool and huge slide which is a hit with the kids. Despite the sign saying only one person allowed on it at one time, many kids just climb it and go up to play. One minus here for me is that guests gather here without masks (water activity) and have their kids have fun in the pool which seems to have no social distancing at all. I guess it is really tough to enforce social distancing at pools but I avoided the pool area due to the crowding and also people were there without masks.

All in all the service was great, breakfast hot and good, rooms clean and comfortable.

P.S. If the heater makes noise on automatic mode, you might just want to switch it to blowing all the time so it doesn't randomly come on and wake you up.

Really nice girls Hotel. But. One room light wasn't working. They changed the room. Then I find out the phone doesn't work. Staff aren't too friendly either. No towels in pool.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception here. Debbie was so easy to work with, she responded to us right away and answered every question possible. On the day of, she made sure all guests were seated before I came downstairs to walk down the aisle. She made sure all staff were in place and every detail of the room was set up how I wanted it. Almost every guest raved to us about the food and how it was AMAZING. They want to go back just to eat there! Facility is clean, hotel rooms are spacious and clean also. Thank you, Debbie. It was a pleasure working with you.

Service was great, room was clean and air conditioning is always a plus. The Montanas was very accommodating and friendly. The pool my daughter enjoyed, it was just a little deep for her and the water was cool. But honestly it was a lovely stay!! Would definitely come back!!

Did a staycation with my kids (ages 9-12). I have visited this hotel a few times for dinner at Montana's or weddings. I have never stayed in the rooms or used the pool prior to this.

The value is great, especially since there is a decent buffet for breakfast. Nothing too fancy, but includes pancakes, toast, eggs, potatoes, etc.

The pool is pretty great. There are rules listed around; however, not followed. And I think that was my only complaint. I wish it may have been even monitored hourly. The slide is only allowed to have a single person (on the stairs as well), and this was not being followed. There were a few close calls - so it is definitely 'use at your own risk', especially if you have younger children.

My kids had a great time overall. I feel like it was worth it, and we will do this again.

Also to quickly note, the walls are thin, and you can hear everything going on around you. Request a room further away from the main hallways and pool if you are a light sleeper.

My kids and I planned a staycation last weekend so we could hang out at a hotel and swim. We arrived here Friday afternoon and things just weren't what I was expecting. My daughter wasn't able to touch the bottom of the pool as it was not as shallow as expected (she also can't swim well). The pool area was not what I thought it was because I had found an old photo of their pool online and wasn't aware that it had changed. My kids thought the pool was a little too cold. It was starting to turn out much different than we were expecting and the only reason we were at a hotel was for the kids to swim all weekend. When that was interrupted, it seemed silly for us to stay.

I went to the front desk to talk about these different items and see if there was anything we could do. I wasn't really expecting much as customer service, in general, isn't what it used to be. The front desk lady, Mary, spoke with the manager and came back to let me know that we could check back out and receive a full refund. I was astonished! The customer service and kindness from the staff was incredible. They were very empathetic, even though it was of no fault of the hotel for the issues we were having.

I rated the hotel 5 stars because the service here was something that is hard to find these days and that is more important to me than anything. Because of their understanding and generosity, my kids and I found another place to stay and they were able to swim all weekend as planned.

I would 100% recommend staying here as the rooms were clean, the pool area was great for older kids and those passing through. The waterslide looked very fun, although we never made use of it. There were vouchers for free hot breakfast from Montana's given to us at check in and you can not go wrong with the amazing staff that work here. Kindness truly goes a long way and I will 100% book here again under different circumstances.

We used to visit Edmonton more often, and would choose Nisku Inn & Conference Centre for it's quiet location, pet friendly rooms, and free tasty breakfast. Because we travel with dogs, we hadn't had much opportunity to use the old pool. The new renovations are lovely, very clean and updated. We actually talked about coming back just to use the slide and pool! Really nice that you kept the free breakfast, too!

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Highly recommend.

Room was a good size & nice layout & very clean, bed was very comfortable & had good quality bedding. Public spaces was kept immaculate. Nice pool & hot tub and a gym.

Food & service in the Montana restaurant was excellent & eating there didn't break the bank as manybhotel restaurants do.

Included in the hotel rate was a basic but tasty breakfast buffet. All one needs to start the day.

Went to the pub for a beer in the evening with my son & his friend .

...very cozy & waitress very friendly.

We had a very nice stay & will come back again.

Nice hotel, would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Good price, lovely staff, squeky clean room, comfy bed, tasty hot breakfest. Having Montana's BBQ and Bar on site is also definitely a plus, had a wonderful dinner.

Cons: The room stank a bit like cigarettes at times (I'm guessing they have smokers rooms), the pool was very clean and well kept but the water was quite cold. There is no "adult only" time and most kids didn't know how to behave so don't hope for a relaxing time in the pool.
