Waited over 25 minutes at the airport for the shuttle pickup, which was frustrating after a long flight. On top of that, I was charged in USD with no prior notice—despite booking parking at a Canadian hotel for a Canadian airport. Nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that charges would be in a different currency. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere, as this completely negates any potential savings. Would not use this service again.
Seamless experience, dropped off the car and the hotel shuttle took us to the airport, on return we phoned from the airport and the shuttle picked us up. The hotel provided a nice hot coffee both coming and going.
