This is the best place to park when taking a flight. I made my reservation online and arrived a few hours before my flight. The shuttle came to my car (covered parking) to pick me up. The driver helps with luggage (make sure to bring cash to tip them). Flying back, my flight was delayed and I didn't get in until 1 a.m. I had to call the number for Fast Park since they don't have shuttles running regularly between midnight and 5 a.m. Someone answered right away and a shuttle arrived in less than 10 minutes. Fast, safe and convenient. Much cheaper than airport parking and you get dropped off and picked up curbside. Highly recommend!

The moment we showed up to leave our vehicle we were greeted with a friendly good morning. Then, the driver to the airport loaded our luggage and chatted with us to the airport. On the return we were greeted and the driver loaded our luggage into the van. Then when we arrived at our car he placed the luggage in our vehicle trunk. Finally when we went to pay we were helped to complete the process. Everyone from start to finish was friendly and helpful. Everyone wore their face masks at all times. I had an amazing parking experience. I parked my car and within seconds the shuttle driver was there to get me. I am disabled, he grabbed and loaded my bags etc, and we were off to the terminal. The shuttle was quick. The driver stopped at the office quickly on the way out to pick up a mask because we’d forgotten one.
In the air on the way home I realized I had left my car key behind. Our son, a college student, couldn’t wait for us with an extra key so he asked if FastPark could give it to us. The staff held it and when we landed they said they were waiting for us. I like that they checked my ID before just handing the key over. We were on our way home quickly!

This is now my go-to since my regular place has closed. Have used them twice now and each time I was treated with respect and courtesy. The people working the gate as well as the airport/shuttle service have been fantastic! They will keep your keys if asked. Tickets can be kept with them so it's one less thing to keep track of on vacation (a huge plus!). Covered and uncovered spaces available. Highly recommend you try this place to park.

Since Covid, you have installed new procedures for checking out at the lot. I pretty much had NO idea how to check out, but a staff member quickly came to my assistance and helped me get on my way. The staff was pleasant and professional, and I REALLY appreciate their eagerness to help me. I ALWAYS use FastPark when I fly out of Albuquerque. I love the covered parking and never have to wait long for the shuttle to pick me up when I arrive--even at 2:30 in the morning. You are all doing a great job! Kudos!!

Always helpful and a good place to park. New policy assigns patrons to a specific spot. I drove to that spot and it wasn't available so I drove back to the front to inquire. They said to park anywhere. The policy should change back to park in any open spot in an assigned row....that seemed like a better process.

you might think from the description that this was simply a place to park your car when you take it off someplace fun and exciting from the sun port.The emphasis of this bus was not so much on the parking which was effortless easy and quite safe but on the relax part. in fact I was so relaxed after parking and getting to the airport on their amazing shuttle service my fell asleep in the airport and almost missed my flight!!! Make a parking reservation! When you arrive, they tell you which aisle to take to find a spot- works every time. Shuttle bus is there at your car immediately, and you are at the terminal in 3 minutes. Short wait on return- during normal hours you can expect shuttle in 3-5 minutes. During late hours, just call them and they arrive quickly. I have used FastPark a few times and never had to worry the parking would cause me to miss my flight.
