We were a group of 6. We had a great time. The gym got the job done. The breakfast was nice and so were the ladies who checked us in. The location is fabulous and it's not that far from the mall. The room could've been a little cleaner as I found a spoon under the chair but it didn't have bugs or anything like that. The pool was closed but I can't swim anyway. I would stay here again!

I had a canceled flight at the GSP airport and was put up in this hotel by the airline. Overall, it was a great experience - an easy 7-minute drive/shuttle service from the airport, check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff was wonderful and helped me sort out my remote work situation for the following day. The room itself was pretty basic, but comfortable. The location has a lot of restaurants, drug stores, and a Starbucks within walking distance, which was convenient, especially if stuck without a car and only the airport shuttle.

It was a lovely place to stay. Our room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was polite and breakfast was very good the next morning. The Chop House is directly across the street. Don't ho to California Dreaming our steaks were burnt and well done.

The employee in charge tonight (June 13th) was very mature in dealing with an immature customer. He was extremely professional and thorough in shutting down insane demands as she tried to belittle him. The room was also very nice and clean, but I'm more impressed with the professionalism displayed by employees at this establishment.

The Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was that the sheets on the bed were very old and had fabric balls from the worn. I think the sheets should be replaced. I have to wait for a 1/2 an hour to check out at 4:00 a.m. because the receptionists was nowhere to be found. I would suggest that there would at least be some coffee for guess that need to D card before the 6:00 a.m. breakfast hour.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The night staff was awesome. The only thing I have to complain about was that we were woken up at 8am by housekeeping knocking on our door wanting to clean the room that we were checking out of at 11 am. I did speak to the front desk upon check out and she did speak with the housekeeping staff and I was apologized to.

Nice stay. Stayed x2 in a week. The hotel rooms in general need a bit of TLC. The bath tub & faucet needed to be replaced. The first night hair was on BthRm floor. The highlight was Ronny, the shuttle driver. He was SO accommodating, pleasant, courteous and sincere.

My husband & I deliver here for Uber Eats, no matter what time you go, the staff is always very friendly & helpful!

The outside area feels very safe & exterior grounds kept immaculate, as well as interior lobby, halls, bathrooms, elevators, etc.

This is my second time staying at this location. Staff has been friendly both times I've been. It's always clean and I love their beds. It's so comfortable, both mattress and pillow. The king room is very spacious and ultimately inviting

Their ice machine actually works! I've been to about 3 hotels over the course of months and they do not have working ice machines.

I didn't eat their breakfast but they did serve it. 10 out of 10, I do recommend visiting.

Absolutely loved our quick stay here! Easy location surrounded by a bunch of restaurants, there was a van shuttle to/from airport, clean, quiet, good breakfast, and let me tell you…. The shower pressure was absolutely glorious! We travel for softball tournaments & we will ABSOLUTELY come back!!!

This was an overnight day so i could be close to the airport for an early flight since i am almost 2 hours from home. There room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Another great feature was airport parking. . We can leave our cars for a fairly good price per day, however you have to pay for the shuttle. I was quoted a piece of 12$ but when i arrived it was double . They said the price has gone up recently. When i flew back i just ubred back to the hotel it was quicker than waiting for the shuttle plus cheaper since the increase in Thieri shuttle. Price

We stayed there as a last-minute situation, when we needed a place to stay while we were in Greenville, attending a concert.

Looks like this hotel is going through a remodeling process. We were not impacted on any way by any construction noise or anything, but just setting the expectation because, for example, while the lobby looks lovely and welcoming for what it is, and while our room was fine, already remodeled, etc., my husband did go to the restroom in the lobby and, while it worked fine, no problems,

it wasn’t updated yet (we were there early October 2023).

This hotel is basically a nice, clean, quiet place to stay if you’re ’going through’ Greenville.

It’s near the airport and has a shuttle to the airport and everything, which is great, and the team is very nice.

It was a good value for what we paid when we needed to stay there, especially in comparison with other comparable hotels.

A newly renovated hotel, is a wonderful value and offers some modern amenities. A great size gym with multiple cardio, free weights, benches and workout stations.

The rooms were modern and clean featuring mini refrigerators smaller microwaves and coffee machines. Multiple lights plug outlets including USB outlets on both sides of the bed and easily accessible, which is always nice.

That included breakfast is what you would expect with bacon eggs sausage biscuits and gravy waffles yogurt’s etc. 24 hour coffee and tea available in the lobby with a fair amount of seating and TV areas.

Nice rooms. Convenient to interstate and near shopping and restraunts. They are not making the same effort that other hotels are for providing breakfast during the Covid19 pandemic.

Last year l gave this one 5 stars, but maybe they were on the ball a bit more because l gave them a heads up that l was a travel writer and would be reviewing it. I did not do that on this visit. This time, the staff wasn't friendly. I had to answer what felt like an interrogation as to why l needed extra towels. (There weren't enough in the room. Someone dropped the ball in housekeeping.) But the woman taking care of the breakfast area the next morning was downright rude and nasty. If l were a manager l would never allow someone to treat customers that rudely. Location and rooms were great though.

Very clean, cozy, comfy. It would have been nice if they had an indoor pool due to the cooler weather but no big deal. Check in guy seemed a bit rude but quickly realized it by my reaction and was very nice after that (everyone has a bad day). I like that they had a larger bed (queen vs full) in the double rooms and check out time was 11 (vs 10 at other hotels).

In a good location with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Clean rooms, the room itself is decent prices, HOWEVER when I arrived I had to put an additional$150.00 down towards a security deposit.. Wasn't expecting that at all.. So if you are planning to book a room be prepared to have cash. Quiet location.. Overall a nice place to get some rest! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Adequate number wheelchair accessible parking spaces near main entrance. Large lobby, coffee constantly available, staff follow mask regulations. All areas and room were kept very clean. Breakfast bags with muffin, small oat/fruit bar, bottled water available at main desk. Staff friendly and helpful.

This Wyndgate was in a great location, close proximity to great restaurants and the expressway. It was very clean and felt upscale. The staff was helpful, and my husband and I were very pleased with this choice. Best hotel we stayed at during our trip!

I could easily give this hotel 5 stars but the room I was given was very dusty the bed, furniture, and towels were filled with dust. The staff are great. The breakfast was exquisite. The location was great there are many restaurants near by. In general the hotel is beautiful the decor is great. People aren’t drinking or smoking around the hotel. The bathrooms are so nice they are spacious and for the first time in a hotel they have full size dove body wash shampoo and conditioner. The hotel would be perfect but the dust is what bothered me. I hope to visit again very soon and hope the dust issue is resolved so it can be a 5 star hotel.

This is one of the most breathtaking hotels in the South Carolina area everything is perfect with this staff is above and beyond the rooms are so clean you can literally eat off the floor breakfast is served questions or answered very pleased with everything here all the amenities is great full workout facility which is an excellent working condition this is my second time staying there and I would continuously come back I will definitely be a return customer

I made a mistake with my reservation and I called the hotel and spoke to this nice man that assured me that things would be taken care of even though the mistake was mine. And he did just that. Nice room. We did not have two sets of towels in the room and no cups for our coffee. We spoke to the lady at the desk. The next night we're had cups but no coffee. Breakfast was ok. We wanted to love this place but service was lacking.

Hotel was beautiful and comfortable, continental breakfast was delicious minus eggs having way to much salt. It was an extremely hot weekend in May and the pool was not even close to being open and we had no cleaning service all weekend. garbage bag full along with garbage piled on neatly on desk when we checked out- had to get clean linens and refill shampoo and conditioner myself from the front desk
