Just back from a cruise, garage was safe, covered and shuttles were running frequently, plan to use again in the future
UPDATE: Despite the booking confirmation issue at the beginning, everything after that was great. We struggled a little to find the entrance, but a quick call guided us in the right direction. Clear instructions were provided on where to park and get the shuttle. We waited maybe 5 minutes to get the shuttle to the port. On the day we returned I received a text to reply when we arrived at the point. At arrival to the port, i sent a text and we were picked up in less than 10 minutes. We had no issue leaving the garage as we followed the instructions we were told and scanned the ticket we received upon entering. Everything was clear, safe and efficient. Would book again.
Original Review: Last week I made a reservation for parking for my cruise in October. At the beginning of this week I realized I had not received a confirmation email for this reservation. I checked my credit card and I have been charged for this reservation. I have tried emailing and calling the numbers associated with this company but I have not heard from anyone. The main number has been going straight to voicemail since 12 noon yesterday. If this is what I am experiencing just to confirm my reservation, I can only imagine the difficulty I would have when I actually arrive.

Excellent service. The parking lot is great, clean and safe. Check in was quick and easy. We arrived at terminal perfect timing for our check in time. Once we were off the ship we were on our way home in our vehicle within 20 minutes. No complaints. I would definitely use this service again in future cruises.
