We Park in Miami

I have used them a dozen times or more over the years and never any issues. Yes you may have to wait for a shuttle if you arrive during peak times but can't really control that. If you pay attention when they drop you off at the port they point out exactly where they will be when you get off the boat. And they say if you have any issues stand there and wave the paper in your hand so they can spot you. Read the email they send as it has the gate code or QR code you need. I will continue to use these guys for each and every cruise from Miami!

Fast and efficient! Was checked in, whisked away to the port and on the ship within 30 ish minutes. The return process was equally as smooth! Kind and professional employees! Would highly recommend and will use them again!

UPDATE: Despite the booking confirmation issue at the beginning, everything after that was great. We struggled a little to find the entrance, but a quick call guided us in the right direction. Clear instructions were provided on where to park and get the shuttle. We waited maybe 5 minutes to get the shuttle to the port. On the day we returned I received a text to reply when we arrived at the point. At arrival to the port, i sent a text and we were picked up in less than 10 minutes. We had no issue leaving the garage as we followed the instructions we were told and scanned the ticket we received upon entering. Everything was clear, safe and efficient. Would book again.



Original Review: Last week I made a reservation for parking for my cruise in October. At the beginning of this week I realized I had not received a confirmation email for this reservation. I checked my credit card and I have been charged for this reservation. I have tried emailing and calling the numbers associated with this company but I have not heard from anyone. The main number has been going straight to voicemail since 12 noon yesterday. If this is what I am experiencing just to confirm my reservation, I can only imagine the difficulty I would have when I actually arrive.

We had a great experience parking here. After a little confusion about the location of the place and a little mishap in trying to exit, it all worked out fine. We had excellent service, especially from Rafael who helped us with our mishaps and was there to pick us up after our ship docked. I wanted a safe location under a roof to park, and despite the confusion of where we were supposed to go, we received excellent customer service. I would park here again.

I just got back from my cruise today and I can honestly say I received great service. The instructions they provided were on point and I didn't have any trouble finding the garage and then checking in. I waited no more than 10 minutes upon arrival to get on a van and to the port and the staff was super friendly. Today upon returning back into Miami, again the instructions for arrival were clear and I did not have any issues finding the van. I have another cruise next month and will be using them again. Thanks for great service.

We parked in garage no reservations and it printed a ticket didn’t see a shuttle so we taxied to to sea port after 11 days at sea caught a shuttle for the way back and I explained I didn’t reserve online but showed a picture of the garage ticket so I got the shuttle ride back only complaint is should be a policy so if online reservations aren’t made you can still use photos of parking tickets as we did. Shuttle is a courtesy so no complaints for since its free

Very professionals and excellent customer service.

We parked with this company last week while on a cruise. We had nothing but an awesome experience. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but we had no problems. Easy in/easy out. Took us to the port, picked us back up after and dropped us right at the car. The parking deck is covered and secure. We had no issues checking in or leaving. The shuttle bus was nice and clean. The driver was helpful with info and courteous. Nothing but 5 stars.

We were a little anxious after reading so many bad reviews, but our experience turned out to be excellent! We arrived early on our day of departure, and the shuttle driver took us right over to the terminal—no waiting!

On our return trip, we only waited about 20 minutes for the shuttle, it filled quickly, but there was another shuttle right behind us. Both of our drivers were considerate and helpful. We could not have asked for a more seamless transport on either end. We would not hesitate to use We Park in Miami in the future!

I was worried reading the reviews on Google after I had booked through another website earlier but from the moment I arrived they were nothing but professional. We had a van available almost immediately upon our arrival and check in. I'm horrible with names but our driver was great. We had the same driver pick us up from port on Saturday morning. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated their service. Absolutely will use our next cruise.

It was my first time going on a cruise and they made the process seamless and simple. The staff was polite, courteous and helpful. No wait at all to and from the port. Great service. Management went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend!

We booked with them for our cruise. Overall good experience, the parking lot is easy to find, close to the port, the attendant and the drivers seem nice, the rates and pretty good and the shuttle service is good. Be careful when sitting down on the car bench as the seat belt hardware is sticking out a bit too far, and you can seriously hurt your butt right before your cruise (we had something like that happen). Make sure you book online at least few days before your cruise, they service many ships and the parking lot can fill up fast. Note: the last shuttle leaves for the port at 2:30pm and the last shuttle back from the port after disembarking is at 11am. Plan accordingly.

Excellent service. The parking lot is great, clean and safe. Check in was quick and easy. We arrived at terminal perfect timing for our check in time. Once we were off the ship we were on our way home in our vehicle within 20 minutes. No complaints. I would definitely use this service again in future cruises.

We park Miami took care of me when I went for my cruise last spring. The service was A1, the drivers were on time & efficient. Booking was easy & the garage was easy to find. It was clean & safe. Would recommend for anyone looking to cruise out of the port of Miami.

Drivers were quick, efficient, and friendly and dropped us off right in front of the terminal. We were able to get a shuttle back as soon as we got off the ship, but only because another passenger saw us with the yellow paper and brought us to where the shuttle was waiting. It seemed like everyone after us would have to wait for quite some time since the shuttles fill up quickly. They communicate pretty well and tell you exactly when the shuttles will be running which is nice. The actual garage is clean, guarded, and safe. We will definitely use them again in the future

Excellent services. It was easy reserved a parking with them. They dropped us off at the terminal on time and recognized us upon our return from our trip. Our driver (Rafael) was very kind, respectful and very informative. He gave us all the directions to contact them effectively upon our return from the trip. 100% recommended.
