Last week I made a reservation for parking for my cruise in October. At the beginning of this week I realized I had not received a confirmation email for this reservation. I checked my credit card and I have been charged for this reservation. I have tried emailing and calling the numbers associated with this company but I have not heard from anyone. The main number has been going straight to voicemail since 12 noon yesterday. If this is what I am experiencing just to confirm my reservation, I can only imagine the difficulty I would have when I actually arrive.
arrived from royal cruise called company 9/18 7:35am said driver b ther 30min no show after 45min called 3 times no answer, hour called again driver b ther 10 min finally arrive another 30 min later got to my vehicle 1 mile away 9:12am

Just back from a cruise, garage was safe, covered and shuttles were running frequently, plan to use again in the future
Been waiting for half and hour. The service says they start at 730. Both numbers I have for them says not in service.
