Never provided us with a ticket to exit garage when we first checked in with vehicle. Despite having stickers they provided us for return shuttle, they asked for ticket when we returned to exit garage. Charged us $30.00 for lost ticket. They even were able to look us up on the computer and verify reservation and provide reservation number . Not fair !!!! Will not use again
They were fine to start with but when we got back from cruising they didnt answer calls or pick anyone up with the shuttle. We had to call an uber to be taken to our cars. The people at the desk were aware of the problem but dont really care. Just not good business practices.
Our reservation was for September 15,2019 till Sept 21,2019. Parking and shuttle to Port of Miami was great. The problem was when we returned. We waited from 9:00 till 9:45 and us and the people in front of us that had been there since 8:40 never saw a Jetport shuttle stop or go by. We finally took a cab at an extra expense of $25. Attendant at the parking garage said this is normal.
they sent us to wrong cruise terminal and they have not picked us up for over 1 hour under 95 degree weather. We have to walk half a mile with luggage on a construction zone with no safety. When we called again they denied the information. Absolutely worst service experience ever.
Terrible shuttle service when you return from your cruise. Waited 1 hour for a shuttle to stop at our location and within that hour only 1 shuttle passed by that was already full of passengers. Tried calling for over 20 minutes and no one would pick up the phone. Another person that was near me got someone to answer the phone and they said a shuttle was on the way. Waited 15-20 minutes for the shuttle and it never came so ended up taking a uber. When I got to the office I talked to the guy at the desk and all he could say was the shuttle is complementary you don't have to take it. Such poor customer service. I would definitely not ever recommend using them to anyone that has to park at the Port of Miami.
Reasonable pricing compared to other parking centers. The service was excellent. They shuttled myself, my husband and our 3 children to and from the cruise port. We didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes after getting back from our cruise. Will definitely use again if we cruise from Miami
I did plenty of googling, researching and reading reviews and I ended up using JetPort for my recent cruise. Parking was quick, covered and safe. We got to the boat quickly and were picked up quickly.
After weeks for research and reading reviews, we decided to book with Jet Port and I glad we did. I’m not sure what the bases are for the negative reviews because we had nothing but a positive experience. From the gentleman at the counter to the driver of the shuttle bus, nothing less than professionalism. I purchased my 6 day parking pass online just days before our cruise. Locating the garage and a spot was easy. We checked in at the counter and waited about 20 minutes before the next bus arrived. Within 10 minutes everyone was loaded up and on our way to the dock. At each stop (different ships), the driver unloaded your bags and explained where he would pick you up when your ship returns to Miami after your cruise. He provided Jet Port stickers to place on your shirt so he could identify you.
When we arrived back in Miami, we went to the location the driver pointed out (under the four palm tress in front of the terminal). After about a 10-15 wait, the bus arrived. The same driver loaded our bags and drove us back to the garage. The attendant at the counter validated our parking deck ticket and we were on our way. Our car was safe and sound, no damage, no indents. I don’t know who the negative reviewers are, probably unexperienced travelers; however I will definitely use Jet Port again in the future,
