Amazing experience i will always use this parking spot communication was on point and fast thank you.
Parkingaccess.com was easy to book, and offered great rates. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there where two discrepancies between the parkingaccess.com listed garage amenities and instructions. There was no shuttle service to the port and there was no onsite attendant. In order to get out of the garage you have to call support via the ticketing machine, verify some information and provide your confirmation code. Knowing this in advance would have been nice. I will still use this platform and park in the Bayfront garage again.
Total scam! Paid in advance for our cruise. No shuttle as advertised. No attendant in booth as advertised. And QR code to exit was invalid. Had to pay and exorbitant amount to exit. Disputed the charge immediately. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
paying for garage was easy but when it was time to leave the gate would not open stating we owed over $200. very stressful we had to wait and call customer service to fix. It should have been very easy for us to leave the garage.
Was very disappointed that I was lied to about transportation to and from Miami port....barcode for parking didnt work and I had to push the call light for help as I was leaving due to not being able to leave the lot. Indian gentleman at the office was no help at all....will also be leaving a review on Google.

No shuttle i uave to get a lyft to the port and than back. The QR code never worked. Honestly won't use it again. The customer service line. Feels to be a rig as you cant talk to a representative. I try calling multiple times and all I got was a dumb AI shit asking for my booking reservation number and when i entered it it was never found.
SCAM ALERT - Bayfront garage DOES NOT offer parking through parking access. They also DO NOT offer a shuttle as advertised on parking access. I spent over $260 just on parking and transportation because of this website. BUYER BEWARE
Terrible experience. The QR code did not work at the entrance, so I had to take a regular ticket. There was also no shuttle bus going to the Port of Miami. After waiting around 15 minutes and asking the parking attendant because nobody knew what was going on, I was told there was false advertising and that there had never been a shuttle service from this location. I was then told I would have to pay for parking tickets. In the end, I had to call the attendant over the speaker at the exit ramp and explain the whole situation before they finally let me leave.
