Return Instructions: When you arrive back into Burbank, please return to the tram stop labeled “OFF AIRPORT PARKING SHUTTLES” where you were dropped. The pickup location is located 1 island in from the terminals, directly in front of terminal B. If there is not a VSP shuttle already waiting there, pick up the courtesy phone located at the tram stop, dial ”1”, and let the answering attendant know that you are ready to be picked up. When the shuttle arrives, the driver will load your bags on to the shuttle if you desire, and will return you to VSP.

Best airport parking experience ever. Cheaper rates on the open roof top. Fully staffed parking garage with shuttle to take you across the street to your airline terminal. These guys are here to help your day run smooth.

This is the BEST option for long term parking if you are bringing your car to the airport.

Airport parking (especially if leaving your car for a weekend) ADDS UP!

This parking is:

-$10/day

-Close to the airport (Off Hollywood Way)

-FREE shuttle to the airport that comes and gets you every 7-10 mins, theres also an app you can download that will show you the next shuttle arrival and @ what kiosk number. so easy to time your route & keep track

-Shuttle drivers are also super friendly and a big help

There are pedestrian kiosks scattered thruout the parking lot, you pick one to stand under and wait for the shuttle. Iv never seen it packed to where you had to wait for more than one shuttle to pass, theres always enough of them running to where theres a few people on them at a time.

Final nugget of advice...TAKE A PICTURE OF WHERE YOU PARKED YOUR CAR...as well as the shuttle stop. After a long flight or weekend the last thing you remember is where you parked in the abyss we call airport parking lots. Happy Trails!

Best place to park when traveling throughBurbank Airport. Safe place with shuttles that show up before you are even out of your car. The employees are all friendly and helpful. I have been using this place for years and it’s a no-brainer.

Company has well trained staffs who not only provide hospitality; but also security. Paid my transaction with one staff before heading into my vehicle. About to exit the parking structure and then a different staff ran towards me to halt my vehicle; to ensure I paid my transaction. After showing proof of payment, he apologized to me for not knowing. I assured him he's peforming his role as intended. This company maintains a standard of care for their customers and their vehicles. Will return for their service.

This is a great parking lot. It's about $16 if you park on the rooftop. The workers are nice. They provide a shuttle service, but the lot is so close to the airport you can just walk to the terminal from the parking lot.

Wow, what a great company and place! I usually don't leave many reviews for places, yet this one deserves it and sincer there wasn't anything current I wanted to make sure there is. Anyway one of the best services ever with friendly and kind staff. Making it so easy to travel from reserving online with no payment and free cancellation if needed. Easy to find. Great guidance where to park (they even took my suitcase out so I didn't have to carry it from the roof top!). Immediate shuttle availibility to and from the airport. Short drive. Super friendly and kind driver both ways. Easy pick up and paying - again holding my suitcase at the ground level and even loading it up for me. I will be back as I fly more out of Burbank - that is how travel ought to be!!! THANK YOU VPS PARKING STAFF!!!!

Excellent staff members across the board.

We departed early morning and returned a different day at night. Both day and night crew were equally pleasant and enjoyable to drive with.

I do remember Maurice’s name, a wonderful personality and my kids enjoyed talking with him.

There was a gentleman in the day team that was awesome as well, his name escapes me.

Great staff here, I’ll be back due cheaper prices and wonderful staff.

Shuttle runs often. Close. Great rates. Bonus: if you have an EV and pay for indoor parking you can plug into a nearby outlet for trickle charging.

All of the staff at VSP are friendly and helpful. They loaded and unloaded my luggage from my car and the shuttle, thanks! I used the covered parking garage, clean and spacious. I will continue to use VSP whenever I fly out of Burbank.

Excellent... Read other reviews; they nail it. I've been using this handy place for about 10 years+ now and am so grateful they survived through the pandemic. (My dad's electronic engineering company servicing the gov't went under bcz of..)

Just make sure you have some cash on you to tip the speedy bus drivers who bring you to the airport 5 minutes away.

Such a godsend in my travels from and back to Burbank; love this place.

Very convenient, close to the airport and easy to get out. Make sure you have a card no cash automated machine as you leave. Shuttle bus was quick no longer than 10 minutes.
