The pickup location is located 1 island in from the terminals, directly in front of terminal B. If there is not a VSP shuttle already waiting there, pick up the courtesy phone located at the tram stop, dial ”1”, and let the answering attendant know that you are ready to be picked up. When the shuttle arrives, the driver will load your bags on to the shuttle if you desire, and will return you to VSP.

There are pedestrian kiosks scattered thruout the parking lot, you pick one to stand under and wait for the shuttle. Iv never seen it packed to where you had to wait for more than one shuttle to pass, theres always enough of them running to where theres a few people on them at a time.
Final nugget of advice...TAKE A PICTURE OF WHERE YOU PARKED YOUR CAR...as well as the shuttle stop. After a long flight or weekend the last thing you remember is where you parked in the abyss we call airport parking lots. Happy Trails!

Company has well trained staffs who not only provide hospitality; but also security. Paid my transaction with one staff before heading into my vehicle. About to exit the parking structure and then a different staff ran towards me to halt my vehicle; to ensure I paid my transaction. After showing proof of payment, he apologized to me for not knowing. I assured him he's peforming his role as intended. This company maintains a standard of care for their customers and their vehicles. Will return for their service.

This is a great parking lot. It's about $16 if you park on the rooftop. The workers are nice. They provide a shuttle service, but the lot is so close to the airport you can just walk to the terminal from the parking lot.

Wow, what a great company and place! I usually don't leave many reviews for places, yet this one deserves it and sincer there wasn't anything current I wanted to make sure there is. Anyway one of the best services ever with friendly and kind staff. Making it so easy to travel from reserving online with no payment and free cancellation if needed. Easy to find. Great guidance where to park (they even took my suitcase out so I didn't have to carry it from the roof top!). Immediate shuttle availibility to and from the airport. Short drive. Super friendly and kind driver both ways. Easy pick up and paying - again holding my suitcase at the ground level and even loading it up for me. I will be back as I fly more out of Burbank - that is how travel ought to be!!! THANK YOU VPS PARKING STAFF!!!!

Excellent staff members across the board.
We departed early morning and returned a different day at night. Both day and night crew were equally pleasant and enjoyable to drive with.
I do remember Maurice’s name, a wonderful personality and my kids enjoyed talking with him.
There was a gentleman in the day team that was awesome as well, his name escapes me.
Great staff here, I’ll be back due cheaper prices and wonderful staff.

Just make sure you have some cash on you to tip the speedy bus drivers who bring you to the airport 5 minutes away.
