Best price, new car, however they tried to charge me approximately $19.00 more than my guaranteed quote that I received when I reserved the car. After several minutes and a manager involvement, it was resolved. Nice ride, a brand new Dodge Charger.

Got the exact vehicle I asked for in quick pickup and drop off at the Chattanooga Airport location. Easy in and out, rental booth was very close to baggage claim area. Price was a bit less than other rental agencies. Was a brand new vehicle, clean and ran perfectly. Would absolutely rent again from this agency.

Cheapest price available through many sites. I only needed a small car so I got away with it for like $20/day with taxes. Only thing I noticed was the Mississipi clause, but we weren't going over the river anyways so that was no big deal. The car was in pretty great shape except a small hole in the seat, but again no biggie. Staff was really friendly and understanding.

The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The car was a short walk away. Both women I dealt with (pick-up and return) should have notes added to their personnel file regarding their professionalism and how well they represent Thrifty. It is not that way with all rental agencies.

When I arrived from my Friday night flight they unfortunately did not have the standard size car available that I requested, but the very considerate and very friendly gentleman at the front desk checked information and reservations quickly and gave me a much nicer rental with all the bells and whistles for my weekend. He offered some helpful information about the area, gave me some tips for the weekend and was so quick I was in and out!! I was pleasantly surprised with the overall process as returning the car was literally a walk through and drop at the airport. Thank you for the phenomenal service.

My first experience with Chattanooga Airport office was awful, nevertheless, second time it was very good and satisfactory. The girl that works there is very nice and helpful, but the guy doen't have an idea on how to treat people. I was very satisfied with the car they gave me, almost brand new, working perfect and very clean. The process for returning was very easy.

The Chattanooga airport has a worker who drives in from Knoxville. When I frantically called about leaving my prescription sunglasses in the car, she tracked them down for me and held them for family to pick up. I appreciate her helpful nature.

All in all an exceptional experience, they didn’t have the class of vehicle I booked in inventory, so I rolled off the CHA lot in a Dodge Charger GT at no extra cost, my high school self would have been thrilled, although admittedly my adult self was slightly embarrassed to be seen in a vehicle with neon green accents, but hey American muscle right? All in all a seamless pickup and return process with friendly and personable service.

They were very helpful when I wound up stranded in Chattanooga after my car broke down. I was able to get a rental at the last minute and didn't need a major credit card - debit worked fine. Vehicles were clean inside and out and had more amenities than I expected.

I had to have a rental as my car had broke down. And on a Sunday, the airport was the only place open. I put in for a economy vehicle and there were none available. They gave me a 2020 Ford F150 and I loved it, didn't want to give it back... The clerk was very helpful and fun to do business with. Thank you Thrifty. My flight was delayed long enough to where it would not land until after the rental desk closed. I called Thrifty to let them know and the woman behind the counter offered to come in as soon as I landed so I could still obtain the car I reserved.
