My confirmation number is ROKt32EXzs ! I am Very disappointed and upset. I went to TargetPark near Providence Airport and was told that they don't associate with PARKING ACCESS . I prepaid using my credit card. I then needed to park at the airport. I am requesting a refund of $94.92.
Such an easy process, from making a reservation online, being driven to our airline, clicking on a link to say we’ve landed, and walking across the Skywalk to our waiting (and warm) car! This is why we choose you guys each time we fly out of PVD. Great experience every time!
Drop off went very well, but pick up wasn’t good…text told us it would take 5 to7min from time of clicking on link, but was actually about 15min…in the rain and cold…when he arrived, it was not our car, so he had to go back and get our Subaru….when I told the gentleman the car he had originally brought belonged to a couple with kids who had just come outside, his answer was WellI have 6 others to take care of! We probably will not use this service again…

I arrived on schedule and Target Park refused to honor my reservation. I had to go to one of the airport garages, which ended up costing me about twice as much for the week. Please credit my Visa account for $84.88 that you charged me for the worthless reservation.
I stumbled across this company's services just before flying out. It was easy to use as far as reserving and paying online. Being dropped off at departing area was a great plus in cutting down walking or shuttling around airport. Also much easier in having bags dropped with you without dragging them to and from parking. Upon returning it was very nice to simply click a text link and have the car brought to you. Excellent service that I plan to use every time.
Everything worked perfectly! The staff was vary curteous and helpful. Everything was accompliched in a timely manner. The employees that handled the drop off and pick up were fabulous!
Definitely no shuttle as advertised. Every 5 minutes! 8:14 requested car via link you provided to me. They replied: Walk to the end of the Sky Bridge & take the elevator marked "Authorize Use" on the right hand side to the bottom. We will meet you outside in 5-7 minutes. (I’m handicapped). A link popped up looking for a tip in which I responded with a $5 choice but then was asked to submit credit card info as I was waiting locked outside the sky bridge. I cancelled the tip option as I wasn’t going to be inserting credit card information while waiting for my car to be delivered. Perfect spot to have got robbed. I then realized I had to vacate that area ASAP and somehow walked to target park where I met an extremely rude attendant who blamed his inattentiveness on it being busy with no help. He might be right but he doesn’t belong in that environment where he’s dealing with weary customers. Picked up at lot 8:32! Not to mention false advertising with the shuttle every 5 minutes. Never again! 👎
