Better than expected. Yes, they're renovating there. I booked this hotel on a whim- an express travel deal. Looking at recent reviews, I was expecting the worst. You have to drive behind the hotel to the back parking lot. Then, at the back of the facility, there are arrow signs routing you to the entrance / front desk. Yes, there was some navigation through hallways to the desk. There were a couple of people in line in front of me. The woman at check-in was pleasant, and I got room selection sorted out. She asked if I preferred the first or second floor.

The room was pleasant, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy. I must have gotten a recently renovated room. It was quiet. The shower worked fine. Plenty of hot water in the morning . The only thing I would suggest is having a "do not disturb" sign, so that I wouldn't have a maid service wake-up call.

Late and Monica where very nice and made the stay very nice they where the best BUT LILLY doesn’t belong at the front desk ever we have to make sure that her attitude is the right time for her to be happy with us and three different occasions. I had to deal with her attitude problems. If she wants to continue to work in customer service, she’s gotta go to the consort of classes. The hotel is currently under construction and they don’t clean your rooms every single day you have to request towels from the front desk and again if you’re not Lilly , then she’s gonna huff and puff and make a big deal of it.

On top of the construction that they’re doing they’re parking is in the back that is it just guaranteed for your stay. Sometimes you have to go and park in the airport parking lot and walk a country mile to your room once inside the building they like to leave the laundry door open and make the entire hallway hot , oh I might stay back there again if they fix all those problems

The room was clean and the shower was very nice. Daytime staff were very nice and professional. The night front desk guy was very rude and I had an unpleasant checkout because of him. I would hire a different person because it can ruin an otherwise very nice experience.

The front desk and even the maintenance staff that encountered in passing were absolutely wonderful for my stay !!!!!!!

They have a pretty late check-out time which comes in clutch if you don’t have an early flight you can chill out for a while and not be in a rush to check out and be super early to the airport.

Keep in mind the property is under construction, but has the best rates in the area, and for what the hotel lacks in outer appearance it makes up for with the stellar service, pricing, and hospitality.

This is a prime location; with plenty of free parking, clean comfy rooms, microwave and fridge, amenities and snacks at the lobby area, and to be real I wasn’t disturbed by the noise, it wasn’t on the side of the hotel I was on. The gym was closed at the time, if that matters to you as a patron, but I was ok without it. I will be returning! Oh and they held my luggage during a medical emergency my partner was experience, and gave me a ticket and took my contact information for retrieval.

I suggest if you’re on a budget, but still want comfortably and a quality stay, this is the place for you!
