While it was easy and convenient to make a reservation online, be prepared to pay AGAIN when you leave. I arrived and departed within the time period I reserved and was charged another $11 upon what I had already paid. No idea why.

I've been a customer for years and always had a good experience but last night's experience picking up my car was terrible. My battery was dead. The assistance boxes were of no help. No one showed up even though they were activated. No one was on site, even though the sign says a person is on site 24 hours a day. That is wrong. A sticky note was posted at the exit with a phone number. I didn't see this until about an hour later AFTER I walked back to the airport and called the airport police. They thought a person was on duty and tried to call. They were surprised no one was there. When I happened upon the sticky note and called, the first thing the person said is "Well, if you had just driven to the exit, you would have seen the note!". Excuse me? I'm a woman by myself at 11:00pm and my battery is dead. Then he told me I just needed to call AAA. Quite the assumption there. I told him it was unacceptable to have call boxes and be alone at night thinking there would be help and he did the "oh my god" bit under his breath. Clearly I was inconveniencing him.

It is unacceptable to post a sign stating there is a person on site 24 hours. That's not true. It's unacceptable to post a number in the lobby that says to dial for assistance, and no one can be reached. It's unacceptable to post the real number on a sticky note only at the exit when a person might look in the lobby like I did, where the office is located. It's unacceptable to speak to customers like that.

I know this problem isn't new because a person named Kevin M. posted a review with a similar problem a month ago. You stated it wasn't "your normal, high level of service" so I don't know what your manager has done so far but it isn't working. I expect a response from the manager directly, please.

Great price and convenient location. Very short and easy covered walk into the terminal! The only surprise is that there are no signs on the drive in for C (Red Beam) Garage! There are signs and arrows for A,B,D and E parking but no C?! Maybe they’re on back order :-). Great addition to T.F. Green!

Terrible experience. Had an issue exiting the garage. No attendant on-site (as stated on the website). A handwritten note with a phone number was taped to kiosk. When personnel was contacted, they were neither professional nor helpful. I’d think twice before parking in this garage. Not even one star is earned on this experience, but I had to select a star to post this honest review.

I used this parking garage when I went on a quick trip. When I got back, I had a hard time finding my vehicle. After I finally got home and called, I got a hold of the attendant there. I want to thank Jordan specifically for helping me with my senior moment. You were both kind, understanding and helpful. I would definitely use this garage again now that I know how to find my car.

Very easy to reserve parking online. Clean, safe, indoor parking area. A short walk, indoors, to terminal. All of the above at the lowest airport parking rate.

So easy to reserve parking and pay. The best part was the reminder the day before which reassured me I was all set. Also, great response to my emails helping me add a new email to my account. Easy parking and walk to terminal.

I got changed an additional day because I left 9 minutes later than my prepaid reservation.

I would not recommend this lot. There are other options out there.

Short walk to the terminal (less than 5 mins), signs easy to follow. Will definitely use in the future.

Customer service is non-existent outside normal business hours. Attempts to reach the supposedly 24/7 attendant failed. I'm still stranded at the garage with a dead car battery while waiting for roadside assistance. If you go to the exit booth, it points you to go to the office in the lobby but no one responds to doorbell rings or knocks. There was a sticky note on the barcode scanner terminal to call for help at a specific number but it goes straight to voicemail. PVD airport security is unable to help because they don't own the garage so I recommend using the other garages for that peace of mind that airport security can help you in times of need.



Edit: Upgraded to two stars based on customer support refunding the duplicate credit card charges and following up on it. I forgot to mention previously that the paid receipt becomes invalid after a certain amount of time after paying and that's why I tried to reach an attendant. I ended up having to pay for a lost ticket just to get out of the garage but at least I finally got it refunded when calling the main number during normal business hours.

This is the most reasonable and convenient way to park at TF Green. We have used it many times for upwards of two weeks at at time. We have never had a problem. Highly recommended.

1-star because EV’s cant charge without paying for an overnight in the garage and no return call from Cust service on EV charging details/restrictions. Would be nice if the EV chargers were accessible to the public without having to pay to park in the garage. Attempted to call the number listed for info regarding EV charging, nobody answered. left message and no return call unfortunately.

Management, hear this: I'm sure this is a very fine garage, but making travelers at the end of a busy day (or in the middle of a frigid night) walk a quarter of a mile, with their luggage, to this garage to pick up an Uber makes no sense. There are no clear signs at Baggage claim telling you where to go, nor is there any shuttle service. And I was on my own. What about those who might have children in tow? Thank goodness for the kindness of strangers.

Price and proximity to the terminals was great.. My only complaint was when we returned at midnight there had been a snow storm the day before and the walkways (on the roof top level) had not been shovel/plowed or sanded!! We all almost slipped and fell trying to navigate through the snow and ice with our luggage.. It was pretty frustrating trying to drag our luggage through the snow.

I hate walking there, compared to everything else it's out of the way. It's the only way to catch an uber. I use to walk the outside way which is fastest way but dangerous. They closed that direction off however haven't learned the inside way yet and other than the big red sign on the outside of the building there's no directions, that I seen, to go through the other garages to get there. It has a lobby that's really small a couple of seats an ok place to wait but it if you are leaving the airport and doing ride share from tf green use lyft not uber. Stay away from taxis they charge over twice plus tax and expects a 15% or higher tips and sometimes their vehicles just obvious need a mechanic badly

I used the reservation feature, the online print out gave me access to the garage but no parking ticket was provided, so I had to pay the lost ticket price that ended up being $95. This was in no way a positive experience until the garage manager GIl reached out with a direct line and resolved the issue. Due to his efforts I would definitely use this service again.

Can’t beat the cost and convenience of this garage. Very easy to make reservation and to check in and out of the garage. I came home after long flight to find my car battery dead. This garage has an assistance station that had live person respond to my pushing of the button and in less than 5 minutes a very courteous and helpful attendant showed up at my car with portable jumper box and I was on my way after that. Thank you for the extra service and exceptional help from your employee.

Great customer service!! I lost my ticket and had to pay lost ticket fee. Called customer service and they were able to quickly refund me my money back!! Will continue to park at Red Beam Garage C!!

I love Red Beam Garage! The price is right and the staff is so helpful. I"m 82 so sometimes I get confused about the procedure but they always explain it clearly and patiently. And they answer the call button when I'm in trouble. I wouldn't park anywhere else and the walk to the terminal is good for me and accessible with the ramp. Thank you Red Beam Garage!

Definitely the most inexpensive parking option at PVD. There is a convenient app that makes it easy to reserve and pay for parking. Easy in and out of the garage with a bar code. Short walk to the terminal. Highly recommend.
