Everything was great! The garage is easy to find. Spaces were plentiful. There were signs about joining for discounts, which saved me $20! Finally, it was a quick and easy walk to the terminal, which was nice both before and after my flight.

We had a very positive experience. The email communication was helpful to a first time user. The bar code system is very user friendly. Our only concern is the lack of a side walk from the garage to the terminal and vice versa. Installing a sidewalk, preferably covered, would provide customer safety and convivence, Will definitely use again.

I had an issue with being overcharged, and was getting worried because I wasn't hearing back from the company. As it turns out, the manager was on vacation and once I was able to get in touch with him, he resolved the issue for me immediately and was very courteous and apologetic. I've used this garage on two occasions and would use it again. Booking online comes with the benefit of coupon codes for specials they may be promoting as well as being able to establish an account to accrue points for your days parked that can lead to a free day of parking.
This is one of the closest garages to the terminal and you can walk in the covered or sidewalk (uncovered) area as you transit. Booking online allows you to know in advance what it will cost to park. The system does a quote and if you're cool with it, you can use your credit card and pay in advance with your reservation. Payment can be made upon exit inside the terminal or at the exit area. It's highly recommended that you pay before exiting so you're not that person holding up the line as cars line up behind you.
This is one of the busier garages. It fills up fast and sometimes they'll place a sign out front that says "Reservations only or Uber drivers only". This is to account for the number of spaces vs the demand. I had a reservation and it was a busy time and I ended up parking on the top level (6th floor). There was inclement weather and I would have preferred that my vehicle was in a covered area but all the spots were filled and there were limited spaces on the top level.
Elevators or stairs are available to get you to the lower levels to go to the terminal. Areas are clean and are well lit for safety. I would recommend that if you're flying and leaving your ride, allow enough time upon return to get your baggage and walk to the garage so that you don't stay beyond your reserved time and have to pay extra.
Other garages charge more even with coupon codes. This garage is closer and more convenient and I'd use it again for my long-term parking needs. If you think you'll park here more than once, it's worth it to sign up for their parking points program.

Great price and convenient location. Very short and easy covered walk into the terminal! The only surprise is that there are no signs on the drive in for C (Red Beam) Garage! There are signs and arrows for A,B,D and E parking but no C?! Maybe they’re on back order :-). Great addition to T.F. Green!

Can’t beat the cost and convenience of this garage. Very easy to make reservation and to check in and out of the garage. I came home after long flight to find my car battery dead. This garage has an assistance station that had live person respond to my pushing of the button and in less than 5 minutes a very courteous and helpful attendant showed up at my car with portable jumper box and I was on my way after that. Thank you for the extra service and exceptional help from your employee.

I love Red Beam Garage! The price is right and the staff is so helpful. I"m 82 so sometimes I get confused about the procedure but they always explain it clearly and patiently. And they answer the call button when I'm in trouble. I wouldn't park anywhere else and the walk to the terminal is good for me and accessible with the ramp. Thank you Red Beam Garage!

I used the reservation feature, the online print out gave me access to the garage but no parking ticket was provided, so I had to pay the lost ticket price that ended up being $95. This was in no way a positive experience until the garage manager GIl reached out with a direct line and resolved the issue. Due to his efforts I would definitely use this service again.

I wish I knew about this garage sooner. By far the most convenient parking experience to get to the providence airport. Way cheaper than ubering too these days. Only paid $38 for 3 days cannot beat that and it was only a 3 minute walk to the tsa security line. So worth it, its no difference than A and B but 1/3 of the cost.

Easy to drop wife off at departures and then loop back around and go into garage, park and hustle back to terminal. I've gotten better at getting my reservation recognized at the kiosks or maybe your kiosk SW has gotten better at recognizing the paper and phone reservations. I'll keep using you folks.

HOWEVER, at midnight there is only one exit and the machine does not work well. The person in front of me had trouble inserting/scanning this proof of payment. It would not work well and then "ate" the receipt. He called and the person on the phone was not helpful. I waited for over 10 minutes for this fiasco to resolve. All this occurred while another car was waiting on the side having had the same problem.
My advice is pay first from your computer at home, print out the QR code and that seems to scan more quickly.

A place to park under cover and only a short covered walk to the terminal. I reserved online and saved $2 per day. The touch less system is easy to use, just wave the special symbol under the electronic sensor and the gate opens!
On the negative side: My wife remarked it seemed dark and it was very hard to see where the BLUE lights and emergency telephones were located. She said it she was a single female, she would not feel comfortable parking there

This was my first somewhat negative experience at a garage I generally find a reasonably priced convenient parking alternative
Last night only one exit was open. Because two cars in front of me had problems exiting, a line formed which held me up for more than half an hour as they tried to converse with a representative on the phone. Since this was around midnight, the wait time was especially annoying
There needs to be more than one exit from the garage to handle delays like this. Otherwise, there needs to be a live attendant on duty to resolve problems expeditiously

Great parking rates for the convenience of parking onsite and the rewards id makes entering and exiting a snap. My only disappointment was that the airport exit has been closed for over a month now forcing you to use the Post Road exit making it difficult to circle back to pick up passengers and luggage.

Totally love the convenience and pricing of this garage! It might be 2-5 minutes more of a walk (all covered from the elements except the first 100 ft) than from airport garages A & B. Booking ahead online gives me peace of mind knowing I have a spot close to airport and prepaying and having the QR code in my phone to enter and exit saves time ... head straight to car at end of busy trip.

The parking lot was 99.9% full and I had to go around 5 times to find one, which I did when I wanted to get out to find another spot on the other garages, not wanting to miss the flight. So yeah it was full and please take that into account before selling more spots.
Having said that, this was not my usual experience. It was always quick and very convenient to park and fly.

There are other parking across Post road but that doesn’t seem like a lot of saving when you have to walk 20 mins to the terminal and when you consider RedBeam is a closed garage.

Easy in and out with loyalty card. The credit card is linked, so no kiosk to worry about. Just scan the card going in and upon exit. Also the app is great for retrieving parking history and receipts. The only downside is that with the loyalty card, you are able to earn points for free parking days, however, we still cannot figure out how to redeem points. Would be useful since we can use those for personal vacations.
