We’ve been using this service for 3 years with no problems at all. We do always leave extra time for the shuttle because sometimes it’s taken over 20 minutes to get a spot in one but that’s happened only once or twice. When we’ve used a third party service to book since it’s one rate for the day and no hourly we give ourselves plenty of buffer. We also had a family emergency one time and they were very kind in handling the extension. Overall it’s not the fanciest of places but for the price we think it’s right.

I was hesitant to book here which I did on their website due to recent poor reviews. I like to give people a chance if they are at least close to 4 stars so I did. The customer service was great actually! They even picked me up within 10 mins at 2am from the airport . The only down side and can be a big one, is the coupon that I printed off when I booked was not honored. Apparently the only coupon that is usable is the one that is currently on the website. In my case it was about a 16 dollar difference. If not for that I would have rated 5 stars.
