I will not be parking here again. The shuttles are very slow and always full. We arrived exactly when our reservation time was for and we got kicked out of our shuttle to make way for another couple. We spent an additional 35 minutes in a cold parking lot and were barely able to make our flight. The 4$ a day with coupon isn't worth it.
BEWARE-THEY CHARGE FOR FLIGHT DELAYS EVEN IF YOU HAD FULLY PAID FOR THE 24 HOUR PERIOD. Had to prepay for 3 days, even though only there for 2 days 6 hours. Ok, whatever....but then had a 2 hour flight delay, so arrived 2 hours later to pick up car from the time I put on reservation. Was then charged an additional $19.99 late fee!!!!!! So I paid for 4 days when my car was only there for 2 days 8 hours....we were already upset about the flight delay, so to then get hit with a "late fee" was very upsetting. NEVER AGAIN! They must be making bank on anyone who has a delayed flight, seems very shady especially if you have already paid for a full day you did not use!!!!!!!!
Very low stress and economical option. Drivers were quick to show up when we called and very friendly. Only 5 minutes to airport. Nice to have a low stress dependable lot when you are traveling with kids. I would use this lot again!
Deedee is amazing!!! Such a positive energy and I truly felt comfortable. She was one of the best drivers I've had, along with providing excellent conversation. Would recommend anyone to park here!

The worst parking place. Never park there. My daughter had a reservation this morning and had prepaid. When she got there, they sent her away. Said it was full. She missed her flight and ruined her trip and weekend. Please spread the word not to ever park there. They didn't even offer to pay her back. Just said go on the website and see if you can get get a refund. Never ever go there. When I called to complain the, manager was really rude and did not provide an apology or anything. I have never experienced a worse company ever. This is clearly a company where the owner and the managers don't care about their customers. The manager actually said this is the way their business is. I went to the website to get a refund. Nothing on the website to get your refund back. You can't trust this company or the owner Rene Cruz.

We visited San Diego hauling a teardrop trailer. We stayed on Mission Bay in an AirBnb while in town and COULD NOT find a place to park the trailer. We called several lots and all other attendants were confused at our request and could not accommodate. Park Shuttle & Fly employees were WONDERFUL, they were very helpful and made sure everything was as easy as it could possibly be. 5/5 they were great.
Made a reservation for flight next month and will see hiw the service is. Good prices with a coupon. Wil update after the drop-off and pick up.
Excellent Location, easy access, fast service and priced right compared to other parking’s in the area. Will definitely use them again on our next trip.
They advertise .5 miles from San Diego International Airport. To terminal one is 2.8 miles. Liars.
Called for pick up and didn't even have enough room for us and had to wait for an additional vehicle after specifying how many people were in our group. Horrible service.

Shuttle wait was more than 30 minutes, how long we'll never know because we got tired of waiting and got a Lyft to the parking lot where we'd left the car. As we waited the thirty minutes,, we did see Aladin shuttle picked up passengers for their parking 3 times. Very poor staffing at Park, Shuttle and Fly for shuttle drivers. We'll go with Aladin next time.
Although the parking was pretty easy, upon checkout I used the coupon they provided but it did'nt work. The attendant said because it was computer payment I had to contact there office. When I did I was told sorry no refunds. Would not recommend and will be using a different place
SD PSF prides itself on providing personal service as a family-owned business. I didn’t receive it and warn others: Don’t believe it.
I booked a stay thru a 3rd-party vendor from 6/12-6/22/2020. Wasn’t able to pick the car up on time and sent a friend to get it the next day. No problem there with the additional day’s charge. I then realized that I had made a $17.76 deposit with the 3rd party but forgot to tell friend about it.
I later explained the overpayment in a friendly, cogent email to the manager, Rene. He replied in a manner analogous to a form letter that there wasn’t anything he could do because the rules described a “no refund policy” 24 hrs after the reservation was made. That was it. No “I can offer you a credit;” “I’m sorry but we can’t...”; “I understand we were overpaid. Let me see what I can do.”
Fortunately, my credit card company immediately issued a credit for the overpayment. I won’t park there again. Don’t believe the claim that you’ll get great personal service from this family-owned business.
Normal park and shuttle service, unfortunately both shuttle drivers did not wear their masks the whole time - one driver even admitted that he thought the virus was a hoax. Did not feel safe.
No shuttle at pick up, which is part of the service I paid for, even though there were a dozen other shuttles at the airport. Told I had to pay for a taxi out of my pocket and would not reduce parking rate, so they stuck it to me twice. First and last time customer.
Couldn't be more upset! I recently left my car here for a quick weekend trip and i came back to my moon roof being CAVED IN!! I quickly told the parking attendant and was told "we don't walk on top of cars here sir, you'll have to call the manager in the morning". I have called 3 times and have not been able to reach the manager and have the same employee tell me they are not liable, they have no security footage and on top of everything else will not even get a refund!! The absolute worst parking lot ever!
