San Diego's Park, Shuttle & Fly is a fully fenced, well-lit parking
facility and is a SAFE and SECURE. Open and staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Bring a copy of the reservation with you to scan the barcode and ensure
the proper amount is charged. If you pick up your vehicle later than your
reservation states, the location will charge Posted Daily rates accordingly.
Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2-3 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at
parking location before this 2-3 hour window.

The folks here are very friendly. The parking spots are pretty tight. We had to pull the car out of the spot to get the luggage in the back seat. The wait for the shuttle is pretty long, but it is clean and comfortable. Overall, it's a decent option for cruise ship parking.

As usual, I park here when I travel, which is usually every other month. While the rate has increased, they do offer a coupon on their website. The drivers & gate staff are friendly, yet professional. Today I discussed a small hiccup with the owner Rene' & he was receptive & apologetic. When I got to the exit, he had already passed the info along to Lorena & it was resolved immediately! Thats what I call customer service! Looking forward to seeing them next month. NOTE: Lorena was NOT the issue.

We’ve been using this service for 3 years with no problems at all. We do always leave extra time for the shuttle because sometimes it’s taken over 20 minutes to get a spot in one but that’s happened only once or twice. When we’ve used a third party service to book since it’s one rate for the day and no hourly we give ourselves plenty of buffer. We also had a family emergency one time and they were very kind in handling the extension. Overall it’s not the fanciest of places but for the price we think it’s right.

Convenient to the airport. Shuttle runs frequently to and from airport and upon our return, comes soon after we call, drivers have always been very nice.
No covered parking but that has never been an issue.
Coupons for a bit lesser daily rate often available online. Make a reservation! Too, follow the directions they offer to get to their lot ~ it can be confusing the first time but you will have no problems the next time!!!

Have used Park Shuttle & Fly on various occasions, both lots A & B, for cruises and for flights. The shuttle is convenient, I have hardly had to wait. When you enter the lot they can see on their cameras and a shuttle is on its way quickly. On the way back to get your car you have to call them for pickup. Lots are uncovered but nothing has ever happened to my car and the lots are secured. I used a coupon that was sent to me to save a few bucks off each day. Pretty standard pricing per day. Would definitely use this lot again.

I was hesitant to book here which I did on their website due to recent poor reviews. I like to give people a chance if they are at least close to 4 stars so I did. The customer service was great actually! They even picked me up within 10 mins at 2am from the airport . The only down side and can be a big one, is the coupon that I printed off when I booked was not honored. Apparently the only coupon that is usable is the one that is currently on the website. In my case it was about a 16 dollar difference. If not for that I would have rated 5 stars.

We've used this company five times already and have been very pleased with their customer service and parking lots. Their drivers are nice and friendly. I think the most we have waited to be picked up at the airport is 30 mins and it was on holiday day weekend and the construction at the airport had just started. Their lots are secure and their prices are very fair. It's definitely cheaper than getting an Uber or lyft coming from the Southbay area to airport.

This is a super convenient place to park. Have you ever parked near the airport and came home late and had a hard time getting a shuttle? Maybe they run only run every so often, maybe they skip some times, maybe they don't come at all...this is not the place! You call them directly and they come and get you. We visited San Diego hauling a teardrop trailer. We stayed on Mission Bay in an AirBnb while in town and COULD NOT find a place to park the trailer.
