A cheap and easy option for airport parking. Shuttle to and from airport. The driver loaded and unloaded all of our luggage. The last time I traveled, I used a hotel/shuttle option, but this was much better because a lot can happen to your vehicle in a hotel parking lot. Leaving my car for two weeks in the hotel parking lot had me worried what I would come back to. This parking lot is more secured and monitored. I didn't worry at all about leaving it there for two weeks. Will use this option again in the future.

This turned out great location. Make reservations first. They are manned 24 hours a day. Pricing is affordable. Are return flight was delayed, we got back in about 12 midnight, and there was no problem. We called and within ten minutes the driver was there to pick us up. The van was new and clean. The driver was very personable. We felt secure with this location.

Great customer service & price. Truly a 24 hour service: got a ride around 3AM to the airport and pick up just before midnight; both times were very pleasant. 6 days for just under $25 for uncovered parking is such a great deal. Would definitely recommend & use again for future travel needs.

Parking is $3.50 plus taxes or $4.75 per day for uncovered. Surface is unpaved and uneven. Not a huge problem but not my preferred parking lot normally. Shuttle was fast to the airport. However, van was old and dirty. Air was blasting and both ceiling vent covers were broken off so I was unable to close the air vent or even move the air off me. While the price is OK, I won't be coming back.

I have utilized this service about seven or eight times. I have dropped my car off at various odd hours during the day or night, and I often come back very late at night. The gentleman here are always very kind, courteous, and professional. I'm pretty picky about things but I always feel taken care of by these guys, especially when it comes to leaving my car for up to a week. I should also mention that I fly around 20 times a year and use different services. I've never had any issues. I definitely recommend them.

Outstanding! I had left my car for several months and when I returned it wouldn't start. Eddie and Neil were very helpful and went above and beyond with their assistance. They first tried to jump start my car but after numerous unsuccessful attempts Eddie drove me to a nearby Auto parts store to get a new battery. My European car had an unusual battery size requiring two trips to get the correct one. Neil brought out a tool kit and replaced the battery. This was all in the dark between 8 and 10pm. Neil then washed the exterior of my car!

I recently used this facility, to park my vehicle, for unexpected extended travel- due to a family emergency. After parking my vehicle, enroute for airport drop off, Lin (the driver) noticed I was slightly distraught. He was personable and provided great customer service to help soften my mood. He even remembered my face and inquired on the status of my situation, upon my return (2 weeks later). Meant alot that he showed genuine concern.
Despite the unpaved grounds in some areas of the lot, I had no pressing concerns about parking my vehicle at this facility. I received great pricing and great customer service.

Never used a parking service for the airport and EZ went above and beyond. When we got back from our 2 week long vacation our car wouldn't start and the parking attendant was extremely helpful in getting the car to start again and even offered to take us home if it didn't start and this was all at about 2am of course. I don't know what we would have done had we been at another service and been stranded. We appreciate that attendant more than he knows. These guys are the best! Highly recommend!

I fly in and out of Tucson to visit my grumpy mother and law with my wife and kds. Whats always a stressful trip dealing with her but Ez parking is always a great experience and takes some stress down. Prices are great, parking is safe and the owner, Eddie, is a great guy who actually cheered up my 12 year old by taking us by In N Out on the way back from the airport. He got a big tip that day! Keep in mind if you use this facility, it is not for those who have mobility issues. And that includes at their facility and at the airport.
Because while they pick you up and take you to the terminal to depart when you arrive, you must walk a pretty good ways to get to the hotel shuttle to meet them.

I met Paul the day I dropped of my car on a Thursday around 11am. He was personable and engaging. Got my car checked in quickly and then sent the Shuttle van to pick me and bags up at the parking stall. The trip to the airport is short and they drop you at the airline you are departing with.
Upon my return I was surprised to find Paul at the wheel of the shuttle that picked me up. I returned Sunday at 1130pm but he was the same engaging profession I had met 3 days prior. He got me back to the lot, checked out and on my way home in no time.
I am thankful for the service and the reasonable cost. I travel often and have used other parking services and Paul and Tucson Ez Parking Take the cake. Looking forward to using them again.

I hadn't been to the airport since the pandemic began, so I didn't know if EZ Parking had changed in the almost 4 years of being away (it was my usual airport parking 4 years ago, and now, different ownership). I wasn't disappointed. Same low prices, friendly helpful staff, wanting to please! Ron greeted me when I arrived, Lyn drove me to the airport ... it was at the ticket counter that I realized I misplaced my keys/change purse!! BUT ... Lyn and Ron were both on it immediately. Ron called and left a message that they were found, and Lyn was back at the airport to hand me the items in record time! THANK YOU!! A great place to airport park!!

Definitely will use this service again! Never used any of the long term parking businesses for the Tucson Airport, so I went with an internet search and decided on them and I’m glad I did! The shuttle to airport was timely, staff were friendly & efficient and it was 5:30 am, also pickup from airport, around 10:00 pm driver was Neil, was prompt and friendly and paying as we left went smoothly!
