We chose the 4 Points because of its proximity to the airport. We were delighted that our arrival and departure for our weekend were comfortable and unhurried. The staff were very polite and efficient. The rooms were clean , comfortable , and spacious. The elevators worked! The restaurant offered a good selection of tasty food and was open extended hours. Overall a great stay.

Ali at the front desk is AWESOME! She’s very friendly, professional, thorough, and hospitable. She went out of her way to make us - airline crew - feel comfortable and welcome. After check-in, I went back downstairs looking for some hot sauce. Ali stopped her night audit duties and went to the kitchen to retrieve hot sauce packets for me and my wife. Thank you, Ali!

Finally a decent hotel again! There were a slew of mgmt changes over the years that made me jump ship but they new folks have their act together.

Please add in a lot of vulgarity when you read this so it sounds like if I were saying it out loud.

Very reasonably priced hotel about a half mile from the Tuscon airport. Being so close to the airport, the noise can get loud when you are outside, but the airplane nose does not really travel into the rooms if you close the door and patio.

Shuttle service from the airport, but stops at 11 PM. The walk is about 10 minutes, but you will have to cross a street to get to the hotel that can sometimes have fast moving traffic from both sides.

There is a bar/restautant on the property that serves breakfast and dinner and has a nice ambiance but a little overpriced. There are not too many other restaurant options in the immediate area. The lobby has a small snack bar selection. Coffee and water is usually always in the lobby.

The rooms are separated into several different buildings, most are 2 floors, and each has a patio door with 2 chairs right outside the room. The first floor rooms open onto grass. The upper floor has balconies for each room. Most rooms overlook the pool and grassy courtyard. There is a small pool and hottub that is fenced in and key room fob operated.

There is an atm on the property as well, and some conference rooms.

The room is nice and spacious. A very sleek work area with outlet and slim desk and chair. Internet is pretty smooth. The bed is comfortable as well. The bathroom is very cramped. Also, unsure if it was just my room or just the person above me, but I could hear every loud footstep in the morning, and when the room above me was using the shower.

If you like to take a short walk, the courtyard is nice to walk around in loops, and the grass is very well maintained. Parking is spread all around the side of the building, and some are partially covered, others not. The area outside the hotel is walkable, but generally is just other similarly situated hotels immediately on the same block.

The staff is very pleasant and responsive.

Would recommend if you are travelling for work or a nights stay before driving elsewhere. I would stay here again.

This hotel is nothing fancy, but it also doesn't pretend to be.

It is literally at the entrance to Tucson International Airport and is super convenient.

It's also convenient to the main arteries of Tucson.

The rooms show some wear and tear, but it's an airport hotel, so you're not looking for much.

Rudy Corona GM welcomed us so warmly, as did the front desk. Rooms are nicely remodeled.

The dining room service, thanks to Zackery, is extremely good. Food is plenty full and a good variety including kidos menu. Grounds, pool and common areas are spotless.

We will ALWAYS stay here for our airport travels.

The staff remembered us when we returned. Shannon and Stephanie are very professional and ready to assist.

Thank you Rudy!!!! You are our new best friend! Good job!♥️

I have been to this location twice and I have never had a problem or issue. It is dated and older, but I am fine with that. It's always been an enjoyable stay.

The lobby: Clean, well lit and welcoming. The front desk staff was warm and polite and check in was a breeze.

The room: I thought it was cute. It was very clean. The bed was clean too. I'm afraid of bugs so I tend to take apart the bed/ sheets and make sure things look OK. The bathroom was a little on the small side- the shower had great shower pressure and was also very clean. I liked the decor. The room was a little too dim for me but I was on the first floor and didn't want to open the curtains because anyone who would walk by could have an open view. However that would have solved the dim lighting. The walls were a little thin and I could hear mumbled conversation but I had good quiet neighbors.

Safety: I didn't feel unsafe in the parking lot but I thought it could have had brighter lights? My room was in south wing (back part of hotel) and there was no transients or people hanging out in the parking lot, so I was happy about that. The stairwells were dimly lit too.

The staff: Staff was all very nice. I requested towels and housekeeping was fast in bringing them to me. I thought because of the restaurant, I would be able to get a plate and silverware but the chef apparently said no. However Hilbert was apologetic and brought me plastic utensils and a leftover food box and I felt he tried so it didn't bother me.

I would stay here again.
