Quick Summary: For the price, I would go back here again.



Pros:

The shuttle was frequent at the airport. There was one right when I got out from baggage claim, but it was full. The next shuttle came within 4 minutes, I timed it on my phone.



9th day of parking free after staying 8 days.



Cons:

I do think that the professionalism of the Quik Park employees could be improved. When the initial shuttle I tried to get on was full - I offered to stand. Understandably, the driver said no. But when I asked if it was possible for me to sit in the passenger seat in the front, he said that he "had stuff there". I took the liberty of looking at the passenger seat, there was just a plastic bag you get at CVS - there wasn't anything heavy or obtuse stored on there. I will acknowledge that I was worried the next shuttle wouldn't come for a while and that I would have to wait, so I was a bit cranky. I just wished that the driver did not give me excuses, and instead apologized that I could not get on, acknowledged that due to policy, nobody can sit in the passenger seat and that the next shuttle would be much more convenient for me as it would be a shorter ride dropping everyone off. I do appreciate him working on a holiday (New Year's Day) maybe he just had a long day!



It was my first time paying for Quik Park. The pay machine was very clear and easy to use. However, it did not say anywhere on the pay machine or on the website, that if you want to get your 9th day of parking free validated, you have to pay at the cashier's office and not at the machine. I really do think this should change, as I felt I had been charged more than I should have been. After I paid, I asked the worker if the payment included the free day, as it seemed higher than I expected. And instead of saying sorry, he said that it was "too late". I said "How was I supposed to know? It doesn't say on the machine and it as my first time here." He said "You should have asked."



He also said I should just have my parents use the free parking next time.

1) I am 26 years old. I acknowledge that I probably look 13, but the fact that he was not addressing my concerns - suggested my parents just use it - and pushed my questions off felt frustrating.

2) I do not live in Tucson. I rarely fly out of Tucson. Just "getting it validated next time" is not an acceptable solution.



You are given a stamp card at the end to document how many days you parked there, but even on that stamp card, it does not say that you have to go to the cashier's office to have your 9th day free.



I really think this should be more transparent. It is a quick change, would avoid unhappy customer experiences like the one I had, and would sustain what is already a solid off-airport parking car park service. I sincerely hope that the owner considers making these changes! Other than that, I was happy with the service and would recommend.

Never again. Owner nearly lost his mind because the parking ticket was misplaced. The one we got upon pulling in was still in the vehicle. The driver Roscoe then attempted to “show us” when he chose to drive dangerously with a 3 year old among us. The baggage was falling off of the racks and flying across the isle as he yelled about “you don’t have ticket you will get off last.” Then when asked a question he screams back at us that he’s on the radio and we need to shut up. NEVER AGAIN! Fast park has always provided excellent customer service never adding to the stress of an already long day.

We park at Quick Park every time we fly out of the Tucson airport! The parking lot is close to the airport, the shuttle is clean and convenient, and everyone is super friendly. Highly recommend.

All was going well, but when we return of our vacations the shuttle takes about 30 mins to go to pick us at the airport... its very hard to wait in the pick up spot at 42 C, i call twice ant the lady at the phone always said “its gonna take 2mins”... horrible experience!!!...

Great price for covered parking. Almost no wait time on getting a ride to and from the airport. The drivers helped with my luggage and were very friendly and courteous. Customer service is excellent. Definitely recommend Quick Park.
