Convenient. Staff very helpful.

Past reviews had me shook, but the price was nearly 50% less than airport parking so I had to try it at least once. Everything went smoothly. I got a covered spot on the second level of the garage, placed my printout in the window and walked back down to the shuttle stop. The shuttle was already waiting and it took all of 10 minutes to get to the airport in late Saturday afternoon traffic. A few days later I returned after midnight and quickly reached someone at the number listed on the confirmation to request a pickup. The empty shuttle arrived within 15 minutes to take me and one other passenger. As we neared the garage, the driver confirmed whether I was going to the hotel or garage so there was no confusion. The only reason I can imagine someone having a negative experience is if they are traveling with loads of luggage, can't find a convenient spot in the garage or don't communicate well, none of which were a part of my experience.

Great parking near Dulles Airport/IAD for a great price. Less expensive than the uncovered economy lot. My only complaint is that you can't use the barcode on your confirmation to enter. An attendant has to let you in, and if he's dropping people off at the hotel for the airport shuttle, you may have to wait a few minutes. Plan to arrive earlier than you normally would to have plenty of time to get to the shuttle.

It's a spacious parking lot. It kept my car away from snow. The price was not bad for 30 days.
