I enjoyed the rooms, they were super clean and the desk staff was very nice and helpful; however I’m writing this review because our breakfast server, Cristian, went way out of his way to make my family’s breakfast memorable. My two kids (younger) were struggling to order and he helped them through it in such a nice way; it made them feel like little grown-ups. I could tell they were so excited to be treated like that by a stranger. It was very nice to see. Thank you again Cristian!

Rooms are great. Large for the area and especially large for the price. Near the Innovation Center Metro Station which is great advantage. While super close to the runway, you do not hear the planes even of the side of the hotel that faces the runways.

I have stayed here multiple times always pleased by the cleanliness and professional attitude of staff. This last time had an issue with charging my cc after cancellation, but the staff took care if it right way. Kudos to the manager Mr. Ventura, Talia for caring and taking care of the issue so quickly.

Close to fly in for conference with it very near dulles. Room was super nice and had a seating area. My main feedback is the bar team had issues keeping track of who was next and they never had menus out. We'd have to ask and then wait for them to come back.

I stay here regularly for business travel. It is close to public transit to get to DC, and minutes from Dulles. The rooms are always clean, staff helpful, and the bar well stocked. If you are looking for a reliable hotel for business travel at a reasonable price, you’ve found it.

This is a nice hotel worth staying in again. Though the room was a cramped, dark-walled rectangular, with a toilet too low and close to the shower, it had a couple nice features. The desk was well placed and the couch was comfortable. The room had a defined living room and bedroom, with the rooms well separated with a half-wall and large TV mounted to it that easily turned to face the living room or the bedroom. The fitness room looked good, but I did not see the pool. The hotel staff was fantastic from front desk to housekeeping. The food was just OK. We had a little indigestion from their evening buffet, which may have been due to eating too much. I would not dine at the hotel in the future. The court yard was great, and I loved the flowering crape myrtle tree there.

Clean, convenient, and well managed. These days, it's hard to predict what you'll get from a hotel that was traditionally great pre- pandemic. The service was friendly, rooms were reasonably clean, and we were treated to a view of the planes from Dulles taking off and landing from our room. Queen rooms had an ample seating area which was an unexpected surprise. We ate dinner and breakfast there - it was at a traditional business hotel price point and with a lack of restaurants in walking distance, performed well. When taking off for an early flight from Dulles, I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very nice and organized. I was staying for a school trip and was only in the room for 2 nights but it was great, the only thing that made me question the hospitality was the front desk. I had kindly asked for extra towels because we only had one and the lady just gave me attitude. My roommates even said it was kinda hostile. The breakfast was very good though, the pancakes were my favorite. But it was a great stay and I would totally recommend it!

Nice decent hotel.

Don't expect much 4 days interval housekeeping. Fortunately I was using my own toiletries.

Breakfast definitely lacks varieties.

The gym was good and quite sizeable.

Love its proximity to the Dulles Airport. The room was nice, but lightnings were a little too dim, else the room was great.

Bathrobe, in-room slippers, and kettle were not by default, please remember to ask for them.

HRD is the best hotel in the area. You can't find a better location close to the airport but far enough to not be bothered by the noise. The airport shuttles are brand new and run very often. The lobby is amazing and spacious. The rooms are spotless and the staff is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is a great value and has a large variety of items. The event space is 30k Sq. Ft of beautiful possibility. Hyatt Regency Dulles is a must visit for airport stays and special events.

The rooms are huge! They actually look just like the pictures online. I was not used to having to pay for parking after paying $200 for a hotel, but I guess that's the norm around the area. I gave the service 3 stars because we ate in the hotel restaurant and it was the worst service I have ever received. She took our order and disappeared. Another waitress brought us water, I had to go to the bar to get my bar beverage, the other waitress brought our food after what seemed like a long wait for a wedge salad and sliders (there were only 2 other people eating). We had to flag her down to get a water refill and flag her down to get our check.

Everything else was great though, rooms are comfortable, extremely clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

If you want a comfortable stay near Dulles Airport, then this hotel is definitely worth considering. They have modern amenities to ensure a pleasant experience. The hotel facilities, including a gym, pool, meeting rooms and dining option were good. Overall this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for somewhere to rest during a long layover or delayed flight.

It's a newer building and everything is nice. my room was great, the price was great. the only downside was the location of the room, across from the indoor gym and pool. there was a lot of foot traffic and chatter right outside the room till late at night and starting very early in the morning. at checkout the receptionist gave me some points to compensate for this issue.

Everybody was very nice and accommodating. It's very close to the airport, so that was very convenient. They have a great shuttle service. Being on the 14th floor allowed us to see all the planes coming in and going out and the freeways of people coming and going. If you're into looking out the window, the even numbered rooms on that floor are perfect.

Well served by DANIELLA

I spent 22 days in your hotel.and I am very satisfied with the overall services.

but the most what marked my stay was DANIELLA the smiling waitress with her warm morning welcome. his willingness to speak to me in my native language and in some French too.

personally I wish to meet in any hotel in the future a waitress like DANIELLA.

I’m around Dulles Airport frequently and have stayed in most of the local hotels, and this is among the best. It’s clean and quiet, staff is friendly. I don’t usually eat at the hotel but this time I had the breakfast buffet and it was outstanding.

My first experience with Hyatt was nothing short of delightful - the room exceeded expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness, while staff members were kind and courteous. What's more convenient is its proximity to the airport only seven minutes away! I am truly grateful for this stay at Hyatt; count on me returning again soon.

The Hyatt Regency Dulles is the rare hotel wedding venue that is just as perfect a fit for both big and small events. We've photographed huge celebrations in the ballroom there and intimate weddings in the patio area, and we were struck by how the space always felt just right. Another big selling point of the Hyatt Regency Dulles as a location for weddings is the areas outside the hotel. The park just in front of it has some great spots for wedding portraits, and the long "staircase" a little farther away is ideal for a first look!

High ratings for a super clean place and a beautiful location just outside the airport. Can't say enough about the service here as it's just exceptional at every level. If I had to give it a dig it would be the restaurant on site. Not that it's bad or the food is bad, it's not. It's just the only selection on site. It would be wonderful to have another as the facility is large the surroundings are populated and the next location to eat is a healthy walk away. But that's a particular not a part of the lodging itself which is top drawer.

The staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. The conference rooms are great. Big updates, equipment seemed to be smoothly running. I'd stay here again for the great staff and location near the airport. It's also pretty quiet even when multiple other events were being held in different areas.

The lounge area was nice too. A friend said the food was good.

The staff and crew at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Front Desk staff person Talia was an excellent customer service representative that you get get often these days. She helped me avoid a lengthy checkout and re-checkin process because I had to extend my trip. Our room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. So well we had to turn it off a few times, but it didn’t take long to chill the room when reactivated. I had to request extra blankets and pillows one day and they were brought right away. It’s was not a long wait, housekeeping was quick. The lobby’s atmosphere is relaxed. You can use the computer, lounge on couches, work at a long table, or sit in the many sitting areas offered. I didn’t use the gym or pool, but I walked though and they were clean and open. I also loved the fact that there was a parking lot on the premises. Do do pay for parking, but at least it’s not a hike to a garage or a few blocks away. I would stay at this hotel again when in the area.
