I have stayed here multiple times always pleased by the cleanliness and professional attitude of staff. This last time had an issue with charging my cc after cancellation, but the staff took care if it right way. Kudos to the manager Mr. Ventura, Talia for caring and taking care of the issue so quickly.

I stay here regularly for business travel. It is close to public transit to get to DC, and minutes from Dulles. The rooms are always clean, staff helpful, and the bar well stocked. If you are looking for a reliable hotel for business travel at a reasonable price, you’ve found it.

This is a nice hotel worth staying in again. Though the room was a cramped, dark-walled rectangular, with a toilet too low and close to the shower, it had a couple nice features. The desk was well placed and the couch was comfortable. The room had a defined living room and bedroom, with the rooms well separated with a half-wall and large TV mounted to it that easily turned to face the living room or the bedroom. The fitness room looked good, but I did not see the pool. The hotel staff was fantastic from front desk to housekeeping. The food was just OK. We had a little indigestion from their evening buffet, which may have been due to eating too much. I would not dine at the hotel in the future. The court yard was great, and I loved the flowering crape myrtle tree there.

I booked with the Hyatt for my wedding. The rooms were awesome, and the location was perfect for family flying into Dulles airport because they have a shuttle that goes right to the hotel. They were also surprising affordable for a Hyatt location.

There were a number of youth sports tournaments going on, so the hotel was packed with children running all over the hotel. Although there were a number of complaints about the behavior of the athletes, the hotel made sure to accommodate the other guests at the hotel as best as they could. I would recommend this hotel to anybody!

Clean, convenient, and well managed. These days, it's hard to predict what you'll get from a hotel that was traditionally great pre- pandemic. The service was friendly, rooms were reasonably clean, and we were treated to a view of the planes from Dulles taking off and landing from our room. Queen rooms had an ample seating area which was an unexpected surprise. We ate dinner and breakfast there - it was at a traditional business hotel price point and with a lack of restaurants in walking distance, performed well. When taking off for an early flight from Dulles, I would definitely stay here again.

As a category 1 Hyatt we were very very impressed. The rooms and lobby were in good shape and nicely kept. We had helpful staff every time we needed something. The breakfast was good etc. There were some conferences going on in the attached conference center during our stay, so it seems to keep fairly busy. The fitness center and pool were smaller but nice, all three elevators were working all the time and housekeeping would bring items we requested fairly quickly. The parking was very convenient and always had a few open spaces. Im guessing the reason they're not a higher category is the slightly outdated decor like florals and the dining area, and the bathroom showed signs of aging and poor ventilation. With bathroom remodels and a dining area refresh, this property could certainly command a higher price. It was a nice stay so we will be back in the future.

The rooms were very nice and organized. I was staying for a school trip and was only in the room for 2 nights but it was great, the only thing that made me question the hospitality was the front desk. I had kindly asked for extra towels because we only had one and the lady just gave me attitude. My roommates even said it was kinda hostile. The breakfast was very good though, the pancakes were my favorite. But it was a great stay and I would totally recommend it!

HRD is the best hotel in the area. You can't find a better location close to the airport but far enough to not be bothered by the noise. The airport shuttles are brand new and run very often. The lobby is amazing and spacious. The rooms are spotless and the staff is outstanding. The breakfast buffet is a great value and has a large variety of items. The event space is 30k Sq. Ft of beautiful possibility. Hyatt Regency Dulles is a must visit for airport stays and special events.

The rooms are huge! They actually look just like the pictures online. I was not used to having to pay for parking after paying $200 for a hotel, but I guess that's the norm around the area. I gave the service 3 stars because we ate in the hotel restaurant and it was the worst service I have ever received. She took our order and disappeared. Another waitress brought us water, I had to go to the bar to get my bar beverage, the other waitress brought our food after what seemed like a long wait for a wedge salad and sliders (there were only 2 other people eating). We had to flag her down to get a water refill and flag her down to get our check.

Everything else was great though, rooms are comfortable, extremely clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly.

I’m a Marriott man and used to stay across the street at the Courtyard Marriott then I found this place which has much more to offer including a swimming pool and pretty decent gym. The Hyatt Regency is a full service hotel as compared to the Courtyard. The rooms are a lot larger and the beds are much more comfortable. And the price is significantly better. Even though I’m a loyal Marriott member, I can honestly say that as long as I’m staying in this area, I will never stay at that Courtyard again.

Close to airport with shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes up until 11pm [which you may have a 20- 25 minutes wait]. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Towels in the bathroom were soft and thick. Breakfast buffest [costs $] was good, fruit was exceptionally fresh. Management was excellent, and I had a problem with drain in the shower and toliet, but it was addressed by the front desk.

This is a very pretty hotel with decent rooms and a good 2 head shower. The lobby is large and bright and very attractive. The staff is smiley and nice. My room had no issues, and they were attentive to me.

Hotel that is roughly 10 minutes away from IAD. There is airport shuttle that is available every 30 minutes.

Hotel room is good size and condition is very decent.

We stayed as a Globalist member and is offered free breakfast for two. For breakfast, you can either do buffet plus egg omelet or one selection off the menu. We also ordered one cup of coffee each and are included as part of the feee breakfast for two.

One of my favorite Hyatt Regency hotels - this place has a delightful aviation-themed lobby with a delightful restaurant with good food, a fitness center with a pool and hot tub, a free shuttle to and from Dulles airport, and best of all - the rooms feature a center-placed TV that can be rotated to the 'living area' or 'bedroom area' of the room. Very, very comfortable bedding and living areas in the rooms, with very pleasant staff.

It’s my second time I stayed at this hotel this month and must admit that very good experience . The front desk lady by the name Ailynn was super friendly, helpful and pleasant. From the moment I step in to this hotel , everything was great. Definitely will come back.

Nice decent hotel.

Don't expect much 4 days interval housekeeping. Fortunately I was using my own toiletries.

Breakfast definitely lacks varieties.

The gym was good and quite sizeable.

Love its proximity to the Dulles Airport. The room was nice, but lightnings were a little too dim, else the room was great.

Bathrobe, in-room slippers, and kettle were not by default, please remember to ask for them.

It's a newer building and everything is nice. my room was great, the price was great. the only downside was the location of the room, across from the indoor gym and pool. there was a lot of foot traffic and chatter right outside the room till late at night and starting very early in the morning. at checkout the receptionist gave me some points to compensate for this issue.

Good hotel. Comfy beds and great water pressure. Ana at the Restaurant provided outstanding service at the Breakfast. Thank you Ana! Rooms were spacious and well

designed. We opened the window blinds to see a dead tree which could be easily sorted out and removed. A problem finding the hotel entrance as the sign is in black stone and hard to see at night. Room for improvement at the Hyatt.

My first experience with Hyatt was nothing short of delightful - the room exceeded expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness, while staff members were kind and courteous. What's more convenient is its proximity to the airport only seven minutes away! I am truly grateful for this stay at Hyatt; count on me returning again soon.

The Regency is by far my favorite hotel for business. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is universally kind, courteous, and helpful. The location is great from Dulles airport and reasonably close to major highways. There are only a few restaurants semi-walking distance, but a lot only a short drive.

Wrapping up a stay at the Hyatt Regency for a work trip and I was pleasantly surprised. When I arrived I thought the hotel felt dated and was worried about being uncomfortable for a week but the rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. My corporate rate came with a full breakfast every morning from either a buffet or off the menu and every staff member I encountered was polite and offered great service. Location is good as it’s near the airport and the office but no walkable restaurants. That’s not the hotel’s fault though! Pleased with my good sleep over the week and the service!

I'm having a wonderful experience. I am a vendor for the GEO-GOV summit. I thought I was going to have a few issues because I needed a room close to the elevator and I had forgotten a few things, but Jose to the rescue! 😀

He was super helpful and put my mind at ease. I had requested the room next to the elevator days before and it was in my reservation notes. 10/10... I appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism I experienced at this hotel and although I may never stay here again (don't usually come to Herndon, VA) I would recommend it again and again.

High ratings for a super clean place and a beautiful location just outside the airport. Can't say enough about the service here as it's just exceptional at every level. If I had to give it a dig it would be the restaurant on site. Not that it's bad or the food is bad, it's not. It's just the only selection on site. It would be wonderful to have another as the facility is large the surroundings are populated and the next location to eat is a healthy walk away. But that's a particular not a part of the lodging itself which is top drawer.

The staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. The conference rooms are great. Big updates, equipment seemed to be smoothly running. I'd stay here again for the great staff and location near the airport. It's also pretty quiet even when multiple other events were being held in different areas.

The lounge area was nice too. A friend said the food was good.

I recently had the pleasure of dining with my family at the Hyatt Regency Dulles and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. And much of that can be credited to the exceptional restaurant manager, Paul.

From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, Paul's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. He greeted me with a genuine smile and made sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.

Paul's attention to detail was truly impressive. He not only ensured that every table was impeccably set, but he also personally checked in on each guest to ensure their needs were met.

What impressed me the most about Paul was his ability to handle every situation with grace and professionalism. Whether it was managing a busy morning rush or addressing a special request, my brother’s favorite pancakes.

Overall, my experience at the Hyatt Regency Dulles was made memorable by the exceptional service provided by Paul. His dedication to his role as a restaurant manager was evident in every aspect of my dining experience. I would highly recommend visiting this hotel restaurant and experiencing Paul's impeccable service firsthand.

The room was kind of quirky. I was clean and new but the layout is unusual. It was both large and small at the same time. The beds area was barely larger than the bed and you had to step in the shower to close the bathroom door. The seating area was large with a small desk and room for storage.

The area was centrally located with good restaurantsin easy walking distance.

In all, a good value.

Free airport shuttles from the airport. Exit 2B & 2G

The newer rooms in the hotel are great. The fan wasn’t working in the bathroom and they sent someone within 30 minutes.

The service was amazing. Cara on the front desk was extremely pleasant. Just a genuinely kind person trying to be helpful. She took care of a huge group seamlessly and made everyone feel special. I really look forward to staying at this hotel again and again because of her.

Thank you for being so kind Cara!

Nice room. 15 min walk to metro then longish ride to city. For airport shuttle make sure to look for correct shuttle as there are several hyatts in area. Like large size toiletries in shower and lotion at sink. Also, fun fact the swiveling tv can be easily viewed from shower

As soon as I approached the front desk to check in Mr Islam greeted me with such a great enthusiasm and he checked if I had a good flight in. He was super nice, helpful and answered every single question I asked with so much energy and a smile on his face.

As soon as I reached my room I started writing this review. He deserves 10 stars not only five.

Room is clean and spacious.

I like this location better than the other one.

Nice suites, just as described on the website with accurate pictures. The service is rated 4 stars; however, the ice machine on the floor was broken, and there was no microwave available. Nevertheless, the staff was very respectful, smiley, and responsive.

The staff and crew at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Front Desk staff person Talia was an excellent customer service representative that you get get often these days. She helped me avoid a lengthy checkout and re-checkin process because I had to extend my trip. Our room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. So well we had to turn it off a few times, but it didn’t take long to chill the room when reactivated. I had to request extra blankets and pillows one day and they were brought right away. It’s was not a long wait, housekeeping was quick. The lobby’s atmosphere is relaxed. You can use the computer, lounge on couches, work at a long table, or sit in the many sitting areas offered. I didn’t use the gym or pool, but I walked though and they were clean and open. I also loved the fact that there was a parking lot on the premises. Do do pay for parking, but at least it’s not a hike to a garage or a few blocks away. I would stay at this hotel again when in the area.

I enjoyed the rooms, they were super clean and the desk staff was very nice and helpful; however I’m writing this review because our breakfast server, Cristian, went way out of his way to make my family’s breakfast memorable. My two kids (younger) were struggling to order and he helped them through it in such a nice way; it made them feel like little grown-ups. I could tell they were so excited to be treated like that by a stranger. It was very nice to see. Thank you again Cristian!

Rooms are great. Large for the area and especially large for the price. Near the Innovation Center Metro Station which is great advantage. While super close to the runway, you do not hear the planes even of the side of the hotel that faces the runways.

Close to fly in for conference with it very near dulles. Room was super nice and had a seating area. My main feedback is the bar team had issues keeping track of who was next and they never had menus out. We'd have to ask and then wait for them to come back.

The staff was very pleasant and the rooms were very spacious. There was a small issue I had with the initial cleaning of the room but the staff was happy to accommodate and rectify.

The breakfast buffet was pretty sad but we all know how hit or miss that can be when traveling. The only other weird thing was the cafe salads were dated 2 to 3 days into the future. I admit I did eat one that was only a day into the future and it was still pretty fresh.

Overall the stat was very pleasant and I will choose to stay there again when I'm in the area.

Convenient place to stay near Dulles. Airport shuttle runs throughout the day and night. Knocking off one star because the breakfast food and service wasn't the best. Will stay again.

Edit: breakfast service has improved. Ana was very attentive and friendly. Revising to 5 stars.

If you want a comfortable stay near Dulles Airport, then this hotel is definitely worth considering. They have modern amenities to ensure a pleasant experience. The establishment provides excellent accommodations and services, meriting a five-star rating. My wife and I consistently select this hotel as our preferred choice when visiting the city. The spacious and well-appointed rooms feature a swivel television, allowing for convenient viewing from either the bed or the living area. We have a preference for the higher floors, as they offer captivating sunset views towards Dulles International Airport, situated a mere few miles from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to various stores and restaurants enhances its appeal. While we have not yet had the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurant, we intend to do so during our next visit. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for its exceptional accommodations and services.

Room was very good walls are thin as the neighboring guest were noisy. Here for a conference I found most of the hotel staff to be very nice and helpful however during our ladies luncheon they served a Strawberry desert which I asked if there was something else since I am severely allergic answe was no that was ok then dinner time came once again here comes the Strawberry in the fruit cup I asked if I could get one without the Strawberry and was VERY RUDELY TOLD NO she guess they could care less the sever didn’t even try to ask either time I actually left very upset don’t think I’ll spend the $$$$ again to be spoken to in such a rude manner some people do have allergies and should be able to have an alternative dish.

Everybody was very nice and accommodating. It's very close to the airport, so that was very convenient. They have a great shuttle service. Being on the 14th floor allowed us to see all the planes coming in and going out and the freeways of people coming and going. If you're into looking out the window, the even numbered rooms on that floor are perfect.

Well served by DANIELLA

I spent 22 days in your hotel.and I am very satisfied with the overall services.

but the most what marked my stay was DANIELLA the smiling waitress with her warm morning welcome. his willingness to speak to me in my native language and in some French too.

personally I wish to meet in any hotel in the future a waitress like DANIELLA.

I’m around Dulles Airport frequently and have stayed in most of the local hotels, and this is among the best. It’s clean and quiet, staff is friendly. I don’t usually eat at the hotel but this time I had the breakfast buffet and it was outstanding.

The Hyatt Regency Dulles is the rare hotel wedding venue that is just as perfect a fit for both big and small events. We've photographed huge celebrations in the ballroom there and intimate weddings in the patio area, and we were struck by how the space always felt just right. Another big selling point of the Hyatt Regency Dulles as a location for weddings is the areas outside the hotel. The park just in front of it has some great spots for wedding portraits, and the long "staircase" a little farther away is ideal for a first look!

A very cheap and high quality hotel. We arrived in Washington DC at 2 in the morning after a long flight into Dulles Airport, and it was only a 5 minute drive from the car rental to the hotel. The staff were really friendly, they upgraded our room to a corner suite. The rooms were really clean and spacious. There wasn't any noise pollution, despite our room directly facing the Dulles Airport runway. However, it is a 30 minute drive into DC, so if you want to see the famous tourist attractions in downtown DC, then it may be a little bit far. We actually came for a concert at Wolf Trap, and so driving there was effortless. There are also a lot of food options nearby, so if you get hungry you can just go for a treat. The pool was very big, and included a nice hot tub, and the gym wasn't dirty or anything unlike some other hotels. Although it is a bit far from downtown DC, the price really evens it out, as some of the other hotels in DC can really cost a lot.

We stayed there for 3 days, and I have no complaints. Jose from the front desk was so helpful and warm. We also had the breakfast buffet, and it was great also. Our rooms were modern and clean. I used the business center, and I had no issues getting my work done and printing! I highly recommend this hotel, and big thanks to Jose! He is a super star!

Our room was clean, comfortable, and the staff had taken the time to ensure we had enough items for our group. The bathroom is a closet but it had a real door so that was a plus. The restaurant downstairs had a great menu and service, so this place is an easy choice for an airport hotel. Would stay again.
