Getting from parking to the terminal was easy, however on the return from the terminal to parking at 2:45 AM, was not as promised. I was told 10 to 15 minutes for pick up and it was 35 minutes.
No complaints, and staff were prompt taking me between the airport and the parking.
The parking was great
Our first time used off-site parking and it could not have gone any smoother! We arrived about 5:45 am checked in, a few minutes later the shuttle picked us up and dropped us off right in front of our curb side check in. When we got back, we just texted them we are ready and the shuttle came and got us! Our car was all ready for us when we got back! Would definitely use them again!
Great experience, first time ever using an offsite parking service and it worked out fantastic! Got there about 5:45 am, dropped our car, their shuttle took us to the airport and dropped us off right in front of the door. On return we just texted them we were ready, shuttle picked us up and our car was waiting for us up front when we got there. Would definitely use them again and the employees were all so friendly!
