They were so much cheaper than Midway's official garage (like a third of the price), with a very convenient shuttle that you just need to text when you arrive, as opposed to having to wait for a shuttle randomly. You may want to book ahead of time though as they are in high demand and may not have a spot the day of, and are not adequately prepared if you book just moments prior, as in my case (I had to wait in front of a locked gate, honking my horn, until someone came 10-15 mins later from their lunch break). But again, booking ahead of time would resolve that. They have a friendly and personable staff as well. I recommend this place highly!

Great, convenient location with shuttle service to and from MDW. Very helpful and knowledgeable team! Their pick ups @ MDW are over by door #5 where the chartered busses are. Make sure you have your vehicle ticket receipt to claim your vehicle at the end. Would definitely use them again!

This was our first time parking our vehicles for a trip, and they were absolutely great. Price was amazing compared to parking at Midway. They shuttled us to the airport, took less than 10 minutes to get to the airport after we arrived in their lot. On our way home, our flight got delayed, but they have a 2 hour grace period for reservation times. We didn’t have to pay any extra even though we were late. When we landed, they arrived 10 minutes after we sent the text. 10/10

I have parked here many times and never had a problem. It is an affordable and easy way to park near Midway. They are friendly and helpful. Definitely book online in advance because the small lot does fill up. Expect to leave your keys with them and to give the shuttle driver a small tip.

We parked our car for a week at Midway. Service and customer service were 5 star. Super nice guys that work there and go above and beyond. In fact we left our car running, we didn’t realize that we left it running until we got all the way through security at the airport when the guy from Hotspot called me and told me we left our car running! LOL!
Luckily we had enough time before our flight, they sent a shuttle back to the airport to pick up our fob and turned our car off for us. When we came back from our trip they had the car pulled up and the window cleaned off of snow. They assisted with our luggage as well! Would definitely use them again!

We just used this company to park our car for 3 days. It was awesome service! They were waiting for us when we first got there and took us straight to the airport in great timing! When we came back our plane was about 2 hours late coming in but we followed the instructions they gave us for pickup and there were no issues at all. Both workers were awesome and very kind! Also, the parking lot is gated and lit very well. I felt very safe leaving my car here. I will be using them again in the future!
