So happy with my experience with Rodrigo. Keys got left in the car and he held on to them for over two weeks. Car was cleaned off from the snow when I returned. Constant communication made me feel at ease. I will definitely continue to use this lot and will suggest to others as well

I paid from the 18th until 1am on the 21st. I get back and is told I only had a reservation until 1am on the 20th.
Since my phone is not pulling up any of my emails. I paid the "late fee" of $12. I paid $20 for the entire reservation.
They only get a 1 because it's the lowest they can get. This is how they treat TSA agents.
Do not EVER park here!
Little did I know that their shuttle basically runs every 45 minutes to an hour. When I arrived for my reservation I called the number on the sign because nobody was here and the guy said he would be back in 15 minutes. When he came back he had people in the shuttle and said he had to go to the market and he’ll be back in another 15 minutes. There’s another car behind me waiting for the shuttle and when we brought it to the guys attention he started screaming at us and said “Go find another lot. I don’t need your business go get your refund through the app!” I chose this place because it was inexpensive. Now I understand why.
The best in town. Support small business. They take care of all your requests. Wish i could give more than 5 stars.

So, I show up with a paid reservation through way dot com, within 15 minutes of my reservation window, and they tell me they are full. Ok, so next they tell me to call way dot com main number in California to change my reservation. Of course this is a robot over there, telling me to email with my confirmation number. Ok, so my flight won't wait for that. So, B plan is to find another lot that takes me (thankfully i know the area around Midway enough), and email while I am at the airport to cancel, in the hope to get my $ back...... or dispute the transaction with Visa. Anyway, if you are full but honor my reservation it is NOT my responsibility to make alternate plans before catching a flight, but THEIRS. They are not getting my business anymore, and neither should they get yours....
I had a rough start with this company but the owner was very polite and rectified the situation. The driver on the way back was awesome.

Highly recommend. We booked on "Way" for 5 days then our flights was canceled. Way helped reschedule for 4 days. It was labor weekend with lots of people traveling out due to the weather cancellations. The man driving us gave us specific instructions of what to do when we come back and a card with everything written down, thank goodness! It is an uncovered and fenced it lot. They have multiple lots. Tip: Remember your confirmation number!
They openly oversell and tell you you’re SOL when you’re arrive, even after sending you a confirmation email. There’s a much nicer lot at 5320 S. Cicero for just a couple dollars more.
Quick drop off and pick up from Midway. Good price!
