Update: the company reached out to me on this platform as well as personally to explain what happened when I was turned away despite having a reservation. They really seem motivated to atone for this situation which I recognize was unprecedented. I am happy to try their service again as it does appear to be a convenient and cheap way to park and get to Midway.

I like the way they do business, I appreciate when your flight arrives you call them and they come immediately and pick you up. The staff are friendly, it's my family fourth visit,we will continue with their service as long as it remains the same. Love it!

These guys were great. We arrived and after we got checked in the shuttle was there waiting for us. They carried our bags to the shuttle, we loaded up and off we went. Our driver showed us where the pickup location was along our route and helped us unload our luggage once we arrived.

When we returned home, the written instructions were very clear for us to navigate the airport and find our pickup location. The only downside was that we had to wait 25 minutes for the shuttle. Maybe we had just missed them and that was part of the delay? That's the only reason why they're not getting that 5th star from me at this time. I will definitely use these guys again.

I have booked parking with Parking & Shuttle twice in the last few months. Both flights were canceled with only few hours notice. After notifying company they refunded my money. An awesome company to do business with. They did not have to refund the money with such short notice. I will always use them when traveling out of Midway.

Adam was kind and warmed up my car before picking me up which was very kind considering the negative temperatures. I truly appreciate the effort Adam and others at Parking and Shuttle took today. It was a "warm" welcome from stressful travel. I will park here again in the future.

My friend Kathy used Parking & Shuttle on a recent trip out of Midway and it went extremely smooth!

As soon as she arrived, they were already waiting and instructed her where to park. The shuttle followed her to the parking spot where they immediately loaded the luggage and quickly took her to the airport.

On her return, after landing at Midway, she called for pick-up and they were already at the airport waiting. It was a quick trip back, they dropped her off at the car and loaded her bag into the vehicle.

This was her first experience with them and she was very impressed with how well she was taken care of. She highly recommends them and will be using Parking & Shuttle on all future trips!

Highly recommend. We booked on "Way" for 5 days then our flights was canceled. Way helped reschedule for 4 days. It was labor weekend with lots of people traveling out due to the weather cancellations. The man driving us gave us specific instructions of what to do when we come back and a card with everything written down, thank goodness! It is an uncovered and fenced it lot. They have multiple lots. Tip: Remember your confirmation number!

Great guys and a great service. Car was safe and returned in the exact condition we left it. They picked us up upon arrival in less than ten mins and the price was much cheaper than airport parking. They have 24 hour attendants as well so know worries about leaving things in the car. Highly recommended!

The employees of Parking and Shuttle are very courteous and professional and the owner has excellent customer service skills. It was quickly apparent he was knowledgable and had years of experience in the parking business. My experience was effortless from beginning to end. Used this service, booked thru spothero and was so easy and cheaper than parking at the airport. Arrived on Saturday afternoon, helped us unload luggage/and load, had my reservation info. The shuttle pulled up 2 min later and were on our way to airport. Showed us the door to get picked up at when we return. Upon return, called the number on ticket and gave them the ticket number and the shuttle pulled up 2 min later. My car was waiting for me at the entrance. Every one was so nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely use this service again. And i was able to find a discount code online🙂

The staff was friendly and the shuttle was quick and easy. When I returned it was snowing and they had my car cleared off and warmed up ready for me to leave.

Very good place to park. Great price. Great location (distance from airport), though the place looks a little sketchy...no one was there when I parked. You need to send your vehicle info in advance so that they know that your car is supposed to be there.

Very small parking lot. But I will go there again, as it worked out very well.

Midway parking was $200 for 5 days and it's not safe. These guys charged me less than $90 for 5 days. They're safer than midway parking because they're actively monitoring the area and no one is allowed in the parking so you give them the key and park in front and they'll park your car. Free rides to the airport makes them real competitive.

The only parking service I’ll use when I go to midway, drivers were very nice and on time, gave clear instructions and had our car ready at the gate when we came back. Essentially no wait time for dropping off and picking up the car

So happy with my experience with Rodrigo. Keys got left in the car and he held on to them for over two weeks. Car was cleaned off from the snow when I returned. Constant communication made me feel at ease. I will definitely continue to use this lot and will suggest to others as well
