This hotel truly deserves a higher rating. As someone who frequently travels the world for both business and leisure, I’ve stayed at numerous Hyatt properties, and this one stands out—especially for the value. The cleanliness is impeccable, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the free shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge plus. The location is also perfect, with easy access to everything. My only minor critique is the $10/night parking fee, which I believe should be complimentary for paying guests. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Absolutley the nicest staff I have encountered at a hotel in the past three years. Phil Hayes at the front desk was great. I was so impressed with how he actually got up and left the desk to show me which door to use to exit the hotel and go to the convenience store. He handled my check in with absolute grace and gave me early access to a room (I did not have a reservation due to a flight cancellation). The room was spotless, fantastic amenities, comfortable bed and soft linens. Honestly, you cannot go wrong in choosing this hotel...and I am an incredibly picky customer.

I stayed in this hotel for 26 nights, and it was solidly good.



The Good:

The front desk staff was wonderful, and always helpful. The amenities are nice and the room was perfectly adequate and reasonably spacious. Despite being so close to the airport, the rooms were quiet and you couldn't hear any of the planes.



The Bad:

Housekeeping would not refresh the room well every day, and when they changed the sheets/made the bed for the king size bed they did not do the same for the sofa bed. I'm also not certain that the sofa bed had clean sheets on it when I got there - there were a couple slightly stained spots. They also did not do a very good job cleaning, and we frequently were in desperate need of a vacuum. The breakfast was okay, most of the food was pretty much flavorless. Gym air conditioning was broken.

Pretty decent stay at this hotel. Falls about average in comparison to other Hyatt properties I have stayed at. The morning breakfast left much to be desired and the elevators were super slow and cramped. However, room was very spacious and hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and housekeeping attentive. The best factor was its convenient location.
